Matt Buss is very professional - he is prompt with his responses, he shows up when he says he will and most importantly, he does great work. I would recommend Matt to anyone that asked. He installed a new furnace for me and provided me excellent service and is always ready to answer any questions I may have. A+ service!

Matt saved me a flooded laundry room, stress, and a whole lot of money. Saturday of Memorial Day weekend I discovered a serious leak in the laundry. I called 7 plumbers and only two could come out; because of the holiday, itd be $520-$840. Matt Buss talked to me about the issue, asked me to send him a video, and then actually explained over the phone how I could fix it myself for $30 in parts! Absolutely extraordinary. And Im a woman, so I havent had a lot of plumbers tell me I think you could probably do it. But do it I did and Im so grateful! It would have been so easy for him to just tell me I needed a pro and charge anything he wanted. I will be calling him the next time I need help--and hopefully actually pay him at some point!

Very professional, knows what hes doing, honest. Matt Buss is not your average grungy plumber. He is well-spoken, clean, neat, and kept the job site very tidy. He clearly likes what he does.He came out Saturday night after Thanksgiving to fix a leak in my basement....who does that? Two other plumbers wouldnt. He saved my weekend, week ...and thousands of dollars of wainscoting.
