    Prompt. Very competent and knowledgeable. Friendly. Trustworthy. Helpful in our situation. Explains things in simple terms. I called Alec twice, once to fix some issues and another on an emergency call over the weekend. We will be using Alec again. So far, he un-jammed a garbage disposal, re-lit pilot lights for a water heater and fireplace that I couldnt figure out (and Im handy), installed a P-trap, and replaced a water heater anode rod. When we had a gas leak outside, Xcel found a slight interior leak and wouldnt turn on the gas until the interior leak was fixed. Alec showed up so quickly that the Xcel Energy guy said, you must have a guy. Problem solved. Many problems solved. Call Rock Solid!

    Very honest, reliable! Competitive pricing with other plumbing companies. Had them fix a leak at my house ended up being a little more complicated than initially thought they were able to fix it and help me out, will be using them in the future and I highly recommend this company!!!

    They are the best! They are myfavorite plumbers- Affordable and knowledgeable. I live in a really old home with a system that is unique and difficult to deal with and these guys fixed our major problems quickly. They are wonderful people to work with.

    Matt and Alec are amazing people and Rock Solid Plumbing is the go to company to use if you need any of their services. I called Alec to have him help us out with having a hot water installed and he let me know he was on vacation and he would have his best guy Matt give me a call shortly to get the details and get it taken care of! Yes you read that correctly that the owner of the company answered my call on vacation! But wait it gets better!!! Matt called me within 5 minutes and I explained the situation to him. I work at an automotive repair shop in Fort Collins and one of our employees family was in need of having a hot water heater replaced and the company was so kind as to pay to have the hot water heater installed for the employees family in his time of need. Matt took it from there and was able to get out the very next day and not only look at the issue but got it removed, a new one installed and working in the same day! Great communication, excellent customer service, amazing price point, outstanding workmanship and a very thankful to serve you attitude! These guys deserve 10 stars but since you can only go to 5 I guess that will have to do. Great Christian based morals and values with huge hearts and truly care for their customers! Thank you to Matt and Alec for helping us out in a pinch! You guys rock!!!

    Rock solid plumbing rocks, Coulton and his crew did a fantastic job, hard working, on time great customer service skills you cant go wrong with this company. I recommend them for any job as they bored in a new water line for a great price.

    Hands down one the best companies to deal with! We had a family emergency that needed to be taken care of on top of our Hot water heater needing to be replaced.     Just used this company to install furnace and AC unit. Did a great job and went above and beyond. Fantastic!Have used this company several times now and will continueto use in the future. Professional and honest.     Alec first came to clear the roots out of my sewer line. I was also waiting on another company to repair my AC and he said he would look at it for free. After finding out we needed a new AC his quote for a new one came in lower than the 5 other companies we called. The team was quick to install and came back when I noticed a leak. They fixed it right away. He also fixed an outdoor faucet and a sewer exhaust pipe for us. This is the only plumbing and heating/air company I will ever use now.
