    We have had a wonderful experience with Swan every time we have used their services. Today Francisco and Miguel came and installed a new furnace. They did a wonderful job, they were both thorough and professional, and kind and considerate. The day before, Deri came to help us diagnose our furnace, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had heat for the night. Micah came after business hours, to help give us information about new furnaces and gave a wonderful presentation which really helped us to decide which route was right for us. We are so grateful to Swan and how they have always done everything they could, to help us. They have exceptional customer service and we highly recommend them to anyone!We also had Weston come to our house and perform a plumbing inspection January 2025. He was very professional and considerate as well. Weston went above and beyond to help explain and help with some of the the little things that came up during the inspection.     I highly recommend Swan Plumbing & Heating of Loveland. We needed A furnace tuneup, and they sent out the technician Dylan M. Dylan was very knowledgeable and outstanding in his expertise in this field of work. He explained everything that was happening throughout the entire time that he was here. He was courteous and respectful - I am extremely content with Swan Company of Loveland. I look forward to having Dylan come out next year as our yearly inspection technician.

    We highly recommend Swan Plumbing Heating and Air of Loveland. Every single person weve worked with, from managers, to on-site technicians, to the office staff have been fantastic to work with. Our furnace decided to give out on one of the coldest days of this winter, and they were immediately responsive. They even loaned us space heaters until the new furnace could be installed, just one day later. Everyone at Swan has been the consummate professional, and we could not be happier with the work.

    Andrew came to help figure out why our heater kept running a quick cycle and not running correctly. Turns out there was a totally different issue and he was able to resolve the issue.     Dustin was amazing! He made us feel comfortable from the minute he came to door. Dustin was courteous, knowledgeable, kind and made us feel he had our best interests in mind. He explained everything that he found on our furnace. We ended up getting a new furnace and look forward to having Dustin as our yearly inspection man.The staff at Swan were all patient with our questions and helpful in getting things done in a very short time span.

    If you want to work with the best, hire Swan!! We have worked with Swan for well over 20 years and they just keep getting better. Their customer service regularly exceeds our expectations and they stand by their work. Over the years, we’ve had 2 complete heating units and an AC unit replaced, as well as regular services and a hot water heater repair. Last year we signed up for their Membership Program and part of that includes having Swan inspect all of our plumbing. I can’t express enough what a piece of mind that is to have that looked at in a 31 year old home. Justin did the inspection and took the time to go over everything. He made sure I understood what was found in the inspection and even had the hardware with him to show me what he was talking about. He was personable, professional and respectful.     My old AC went out on Wednesday, a new system was fully operational by Friday afternoon. I worked with Dustin on an inspection and Micah for financing options, and not only did both do an extraordinary job, they gave me the best recommendations and discounts available since I am also a public teacher. Chase worked to install the unit and each member of Swan did a phenomenal job during this experience with them. I would absolutely choose Swan again and cannot recommend them enough in Loveland, Colorado.

Troy is awesome to work with and was very honest with me from the start!Jesus installed our hot water heater and the air scrubber. The install went flawless and he showed me how to do the maintenance with the air scrubber and told me when to do maintenance on that and the water heater.Troy did the duct cleaning and seeing the end result I believe our house is cleaner!Both techs were amazing and very kind.     I made the right decision, choosing Swan. Coming from the roofing industry, I know how important ventilation is to a home. When Drew started explaining what the problem was with my outdated system and how they needed to add returns, and redo my small ducts, I could tell that he knew what he was talking about. I had my system put in last fall, and waited till I went through a heating and cooling season to do a review.     Had them install a heater a couple of years ago. Had an issue with it recently and they came out and figured it was a pest control guy putting a vent on the exhaust pipe that caused the issue. $22.50 charge. Awesome.

    We purchase a new Lennox ML296v furnace from Swan after our old 40 year furnace, that was installed when we built the house, finally died. The Swan rep, Dylan, who came out and gave us the quote, was very professional, technically competent and friendly. He reviewed my current furnace, took measurements of my house for sizing requirements and discussed our full Range of equipment, warranties and financing options. He answered all the questions I had. We ordered the unit on a Friday and the installation was scheduled for the next Monday. We were given a time window and were notified when they were leaving and when they would arrive. The installing technicians, Peter and Spencer, also very professional, technically competent, friendly and really organized and neat. They also answered all of my questions and concerns. They also installed my current humidifier on the new unit. The new unit was installed very neatly and without any problems. They throughly explained why certain things were done to follow code and explained the operation of the unit. They really cleaned up after the installation and hauled away the old unit. I can only say that I was throughly impressed with their organization, personnel and product. A Five Star Plus operation.

My only input is I thought there would be follow-up on the warranty claim for the controller board. We never heard back and today the unit faulted out again.     NEW REVIEW (October 9, 2024)Matt Spurgeon, who gave every evidence of being a top-notch plumber, inspected our leak under the sink from our garbage disposal. He advised replacing the unit (garbage disposal) since it may very well have been the original unit (21 years? -- since before we bought the house). His explanation of the cause of this recommendation made sense to us. There simply was too much calcium buildup at one or more of the seals that would have made a simple repair rather temporary. He was in and out with his inspection and new install of our new garbage disposal in under an hour. We continue to be very pleased with SWAN plumbing and heating. We will continue with our club membership with the company, as their response and quality of service leaves nothing to be desired.

    I have a 20YO furnace (new build 2004) & received a flyer in the mail for an $89 Furnace Tune-up. Being that weve lived in this house for 10yrs & Ive never had maintenance done on the furnace, I called for an appointment. The communication prior to- & right up to- the appointment was top notch (email, texts, & call) & Dustin was AWESOME!! Not only was he very personable & great to talk to, he did a thorough once over of my furnace & seemed very honest/sincere when reviewing what he found- basically, its still got life in it, but is already running on borrowed time (average 15yrs)... He went over all the options w/me, & though its costly, I will most likely update/upgrade versus trying to Band-Aid the multiple issues. Overall? A stellar first impression!4/24/24: Just had my ducts cleaned & Troy did a phenomenal job! He was very professional: He introduced himself, explained what he was going to do prior, did it efficiently & as quietly as possible (I was in online meetings), did a great job cleaning-up, & showed me the amount of dirt/lint/hair he sucked out of my Heating/AC system (see photo). To think, my family was breathing that in!! All-in-all, he did an awesome job, was a joy to talk with, & has a great attitude. Also, hes really good w/animals. I would highly recommend getting your ducts cleaned (better air quality)- especially by Troy @ Swan Heating & AC.

    I’ve found Swan to be a great company. My mom was a member with them up until her death and I continued the membership. The office staff and technicians have been understanding and thoughtful throughout the change over process. I’ve experienced wonderful customer service. Dylan was super helpful and thorough in explaining the service on the furnace a while ago. Today Logan was great while doing a plumbing inspection. He answered all my questions and was thorough.     Anthony arrived shortly after my service window opened and was polite and friendly. He communicated clearly what he was planning on doing and invited me to ask any questions I had. We discussed potential future plumbing plans and he helped me form an idea of what each project is likely to cost in the near future if I choose to pursue them. Once he finished his inspection we went over his findings and recommendations. Service like this is usually hard to find, so I was pretty happy with Anthony doing my home inspection.Additional commentary for a separate service by SWAN, June 2024: Isaac came to do the seasonal inspection of my AC unit. I requested he look at the valve to my humidifier as it was leaking when I turned it on. He knew exactly why it was leaking and how to fix it, providing a quote for that particular service before leaving. Additionally, my thermostat was not connecting with the system properly, and I had a feeling I knew why. A quick analysis confirmed my suspicion and we went ahead with a quick installation of a new thermostat unit. He showed me a quick trick to avoid repeating the problem I experienced with the previous unit, and everything he showed me was easily understood. Besides being a consummate professional, Isaac was quite personable. I feel comfortable allowing him to work on my property both in my presence and my absence. Excellent work.

A few days before the scheduled install, our water heater broke (when it rains it pours). We have a newborn so this made things incredibly difficult. Sean, the tech, came out the next day. The $22 service fee was waived since we were installing AC that weekend (awesome customer service move). After checking the unit, Sean confirmed it was toast but provided options for rebuilding, replacing, and upgrading to tankless. As this was certainly not something in our budget, Micah and the team worked to get us an amazing deal on a tankless water heater AND they arranged to have both the AC and water heater installed the next day. Jesus and his crew were here all day and worked their butts off to make sure we had AC and hot water. Their professionalism and understanding of urgency made for an incredible experience.     I couldnt have had a better experience from calling in my dilemma on my A/C, from speaking to reception (very pleasant) to finish of project. Russell the fix it inspector (1st to come) was able to diagnose, and help me understand my options in a clear manner. He was the ultimate lead off person who took great angles/perspective on what was going on. Within 30 minutes or so, Dylan came to address my service and equipment options, yet did an excellent job of breaking it down so it was not too complicated. He explained the values/philosophy of SWAN, and why they are the Home Comfort Experts, and why many stay with this company that invests both professionally and personally in developing their personal. Finally, an immediate appointment was made according to my schedule. My job was completed by Christian and a team of service professionals. Christian was an excellent team leader, and I had trust in his leadership, even stepping out of the house for several hours to let the team work. Finally, I was not expecting the complete job A/C and furnace replacement to be completed the same day (originally said, the A/C 1st, and would come back). I can see why they came up first on my internet search for Number One In Heating and Air, where I live. Thanks for giving me peace of mind, and an experience with a high quality company. This really helped on the day I was sweating it out (96 degrees) and beyond.

    Swan definitely rates five stars. I called with a furnace problem around 11:00 AM and Celeste got me booked for service between 4 and 6 PM that afternoon. The tech arrived at 4:30 and diagnosed the problem as a loose joint on the vent line. Graff separated the joint and reglued it in no time. He was out the door by 5:00 PM and the unit was under warranty so no charge. Five stars by me!

    The five star rating is for Raquel Hernandez whowas my service tech. She was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. She performed the yearly check on our hvac system and I asked for her back to clean the coil in our furnace. A skilled mechanic and a very nice person.

    Up front, I ultimately chose not to go with Swan for a new furnace, however, working with Dylan for quotes and Sean for previous repairs has been a 5-star experience. Dylan provided the best quote sit-down review and was the only company that asked my preferences, how long Id be in the home, if I had any particular concerns, etc. Dylan was one of two companies that actually measured the house, spending about 45-60 minutes going over the particulars. Other companies showed up and were in/out in 5 minutes...handy for me but didnt physically poke around the equipment or ask any questions. Sean was one of five people to put eyes on my dying furnace and the ONLY one to literally take what seemed to be the entire thing apart and inspect. All for $22. He was there an hour and called for a second opinion. Cant even get a good meal for $22 anymore let alone an hour long diagnostic/consult. Other companies charged me around 8 times as much for a diagnostic that didnt fix/do anything. Swan drove a really hard bargain, especially with the 10-year labor warranty that is substantially longer than other companies. If my coffer was just a bit bigger, I wouldve gone with Swan as a no-brainer. I imagine the difference in cost is for the Lennox brand and for that super long warranty. Thanks Dylan and Sean - will still be using Swan for some other various plumbing/garage heater work thanks to Seans work ethic.
