    Richard did a great job installing my new water heater. He was very informative and respectful from start to finish. I got an appointment quickly and the work was done in less than a day. The job was quite complicated as you can see from the photo. He installed a new thermostatic valve and expansion tank. The water heater was heavy (225lbs empty) but with an assistant he was able to get it down my basement stairs no problem. The pipe welding was clean and has no leaks or burn marks. There were no hidden costs, the price I paid was the price he quoted at the start. I will certainly call Richard again the next time I need plumbing work.

    We had Richard replace our kitchen sink and faucet back in November and he did a great job at a low price. I called him back out last week to scope and consult me on a blocked storm drain in my front yard. Although the scope was not that effective he located the problem then loaned me his shovel at no charge so I could make the repair. Good guy.

    We were looking for a local trusted plumber and we found that person in Richard Workman (owner). First visit he provided plan and estimate of work to be done. Second trip, Richard relocated plumbing service (drain and water lines from exterior wall to new center kitchen island with precision expertise and relocated the ice maker line to the opposite side of the room. Although the kitchen was awaiting new cabinetry, he made sure we had a functional kitchen with the old cabinetry reconfiguration until new cabinetry arrived and was installed. He returned promptly after new cabinets were installed to plumb the drain to the new sink and he went above and beyond when he installed the faucet on our temporary plywood countertop. Richard’s knowledge, professionalism, and integrity make him the ideal plumber to call if you are looking for that needed service. Richard also made sure to protect our floors and cleaned up nicely after the job. You can’t go wrong by calling Richard for your plumbing needs!

    Our water heater decided that it would leak out all over our basement for the holiday and since it was close to a weekend we didnt get the go ahead from insurance until Monday afternoon. I called Richard and he said he could be here shortly to replace it and gave a fair, affordable quote. True to his word he was here quickly and got it replaced. He was professional and friendly and took the time to make sure he didnt leave a mess. I am thankful that I was able to find such a great company. Although I hope I dont need him again, he will be my first and only call if the need arises.

    Water heater had gone bad. Richard quoted me a price that was about 60% of the first quote I had gotten for the job, and managed to squeeze us in the very same day. He was finished in under two hours, and didnt charge us any more even though the tank was a little difficult to reach (had to be lifted over a toilet). I wish I had known about this company earlier.

    I contacted a number of plumbers in my area for a new kitchen sink and faucet installation and 2 bathroom faucet swaps. Richard called very quickly with a very reasonable quote. He was much young than his low gruff over-the-phone voice would suggest. I am very please with Richard and the work he completed for us. I would not hesitate recommend him to anyone, and next time I need some plumbing work complete, I will give him a call first.

He took the time to make sure we had everything we needed and that the measurements were right before quoting and scheduling. I will be calling Workman for all my future needs.

    Richard came out to inspect a problem with our old built-in shower drain stopper, acquired the parts needed, and installed them the same day we called. He stayed in touch every step of the way with eta and gave a cost estimate as soon as he assessed the problem. Very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He is now our plumbing guy.

    Same day service on broken pipe that leaked after being fixed over a year ago. He is very thorough and honest! Not one cent over charged. Great job! Continuous leaking situation. Pipe had multiple breaks (he thought to look under the sink cabinet) He solved it for good.

    I called Richard the morning after our basement flooded and he was here so quickly to repair our sprinkler spigot that had caused the leak. He was incredibly professional and friendly! He took the time to explain what had caused the leak and what to do to prevent it. He also fixed other small plumbing issues in our kitchen and bathrooms.     Rich was awesome. He installed a new drain and water line so that I could get a dishwasher installed in my tiny 55 sq ft kitchen, and then got the whole dishwasher installed.I had been hand washing dishes since I bought the house last year and it made me completely miserable.Aside from doing great work, Rich was incredibly responsive. He was able to get over to my house for the first visit within a day, and when I finally got the cabinet built, I texted him and he showed up to finish up a couple more pieces literally a couple hours later, and then first thing the next morning to complete the job.To top it off, while he was over here he also fixed a leak in my bathtub and secured my unsecured spigot to the house.Theres a reason Workman is rated 5 stars!By the way, I got quotes from another couple plumbers but I could barely even get them on the phone. Left a couple messages but didnt even get a call back. Whats the point of doing the estimate if you wont even follow through? But nothing of value was lost, and I know Ive got someone I can trust now.Thanks again Rich! That dishwasher has brought me so much joy.

    Workman services really saved us on a sewer line that was in rough shape. He came out to scope the sewer and found the line was collapsed and disconnected.     Initially I called Richard to come repair a toilet that was leaking at the flush, fill, and external water source valves. He did such a quick repair that I also asked him to replace all the rubber seals in our sink facet handles. He took care of everything for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

    Richard is a very high quality plumber. He fixed all our problems at a reasonable price. He is very kind also. I give him extra kudos for doing such a neat job on our shower and tub kit installment. A previous plumber did a messy, unattractive job with the sealant. Richard sealed everything up so it is invisible and looks ready for a magazine shoot.

    We contacted Richard to get a second opinion on pipe replacement in our home, after having another large plumbing company in Fort Collins take a week to get an appointment scheduled to fix the water to our kitchen. Richard was able to fix the problem the day that we called him, for over $1000 less than his competition. We are so glad to have found Workman Plumbing and would recommend Richard to anyone!

He returned several times to address continuing water problems and he was very patient with my questions and concerns.     Richard installed my gas hot water heater. He was completely professional and courteous and had immense knowledge about plumbing systems. He was mindful of working in the house by laying down canvas over the carpet so that he wouldnt soil it and by cleaning up during and after the install. He was also more than willing to answer the numerous questions I have and gave me hints on how to get the most use out of my hot water heater. I wouldnt hesitate to call him again for my future plumbing needs.

    My experience was great! My main line was backed up and Richard! came over on time and ready to fix what was going on. He Asset the areas throughout the house. He ran a line down our main toilet and the line came through into our other bathroom into the toilet and cracked it. He told me what happen and that he was gonna go to Home Depot and get us a new toilet but had to go to other jobs before hand. I said that’s fine he apologized. I was very happy that he fixed his mistake. He came back on time with a new toilet and a mop! It’s cause before He left I told him I didn’t have one and there was water all over my floor I was using towels. I only have one of those swifter mops that don’t soak up. He said he felt bad. Told him that was very nice of him I thanked him. I also said what kind of plumber buys you a mop? Obviously a good one and Richard is a good guy! Anyway he figure out where the main line was on top of the roof! He ran a snake down it and fixed the issue! I’m so happy that I can do dishes and laundry again lol!!! Everything was done for such a good price. I’m very happy and I’m definitely wanting him to come back and fix one other issue with my sink. my pipes are done wrong sadly. I asked about my garbage disposal cause it shoots water up in to the sink. He explained to me what was going on and gave me an estimate. I would recommend Richard and his company to everyone! Also this guy deserves some major appreciation this company has a good worker.

    Top notch! We forgot to remove our hose this year, yeah, you guessed it. A crack near the spicket. The plumbing in the ceiling of a finished basement. Workman Plumbing, got it done! Determined where the plumbing was, measured, cut once, made the repair and installed a vent so theres no guess work where the line is located. No fuss, clean and professional. Highly recommended.
