Enjoyed having Blake and Matthew in to checkout my furnace. They were very polite and efficient, and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. Scheduling was easy and they arrived on time. Alex was my phone contact, scheduled everything promptly and was available by phone for follow up. This was an HVAC call, so the 5 star review only applies to that part of their business, not the plumbing side of the business. Please seek other reviews for the plumbing part of their operation.

Highly recommend JT Plumbing! Our water service line broke and they came out and spent ample time checking into the issue and prioritized our repair to happen immediately. During the walkthrough, they also answered other questions we had about our systems and made other repairs that were needed. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and communicative. Their pricing was very competitive with other companies, but it was their genuine care and high levels of customer service at every turn that made us select them for this type of replacement that is costly, no matter the company. We expect to continue a relationship with JT Plumbing for our other HVAC and plumbing needs.

Would highly recommend JT Plumbing. Had a problem with furnace. Blake and Matthews came and looked at it. After a few visits decided because of age of furnace to replace with new one. Blake came to put in new one. The owner Justin even came over for a little while to help Blake maneuver furnace around bend in stairwell. Matthews was off. Blake did fantastic job putting furnace and made sure cleaned up after he was done. Thumbs up for this company.

Weve had 2 wonderful experiences now with JT Plumbing & heating. First time we broke a pipe in our bathroom and the owner came out at 10pm to fix it for us and didnt gouge us on the price, it was a very fair price for a late night weekend plumbing emergency, and they also came back the next day to help us fix the job we botched and they did a great job with that too.Our second experience was today and they did an awesome job inspecting and tuning up our HVAC. We had a little mix-up in the early communications but Blake and the owner went out of their way to make it right and I cannot thank them enough for putting the customer first. Blake was kind, courteous, thorough and answered all my questions.We will definitely hire them again.

JT Plumbing responded on Sunday evening and fixed the problem and did a good job. I docked a star (and almost two stars) because the price was so high. $1350 for snaking a main line is in my opinion far too high, even on a weekend, for a less than 2 hour service call with nothing unusual or special about the situation, just a clogged drain in a hard to reach location. I probably won’t call again because of the cost, which is a shame because the service was very good otherwise, and the technician was friendly and capable.

Please read all! The plumber did a good job and service was good and quick (less than an hour). However, I will say though this is a pricey company that charges extra to guarantee work. Instead of giving me a price to fix clogged drain your given options to choose from. I chose the lowest offered which cost me $770.00 to snake two drains, less than an hour work. It would have cost me an extra $100 to have the work guaranteed for 24hours 😂. Naturally I did not take that as one would think a decent plumber would gaurentee their work anyway. I agreed to the work to be done and take responsibility for the price paid, really didnt want to have another plumber come out after this one was already here. I will say though I will not use this company again though!! I think it is very offensive to charge extra to guarantee work and then charge extra and only guarantee for 24hours is insane and arrogant.

I just moved in to a new apartment complex so new it doesn’t have an emergency contact number during the weekend. Justin came here to fix a clogged toilet but left having had done so much more. He was so nice and calm. He noticed the water collecting outside the building as he walked by and found a bigger issue than my toilet not flushing. He was very thorough and explained everything to me. He asked for the manager’s number so he could communicate with him. I felt so relieved and not pressured. The job was bigger than what Justin’s equipment would allow but I know that if I ever have plumbing problems, I could call him! The biggest service he did for me was help me transition the authority of service over to the apartment complex. He is extremely professional and personable; the best kind of human service for others!

The issues with our plumbing was not resolved as we have a hole in a cast iron pipe attached to the front bathroom. Justin did what he could for us, and explained all of our options. We were pleased with his work. Only now because of the hole, we have been advised not to use the toilets. The major repair will come later as we are in the process of filing a lawsuit against the former owner.

Weve had service calls where we thought we needed major work and were told an easy, inexpensive fix would do. Clean-up at the end has been very good; all three technicians, with Trey in the lead on the actual work, were terrific. Top of our list of folks to call.

We used Patrick from JT plumbing after our sump pump burned up during heavy rain. We experienced nearly 2000 gallons of water in our crawlspace, but Patrick was available within 12 hours of our flooding. Other companies said it would be at least Tuesday or Wednesday when our issue happened on Friday! We really appreciated the attention to detail, professionalism, and prompt arrival and work from JT plumbing. We will definitely be using you again, and we really appreciated Patrick taking the time to talk to use about proper wordage and explanation of repairs to assist in getting insurance to approve our claim as well. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the service providers. Zack was our technician for two days and Anthony another day, both were stellar. Easy to communicate with and very straightforward. We were in a bind, and utterly dependent upon the integrity of these providers and their transparency. I feel that they were fair and professional. The only drawback about this company is that they are literally typing into their iPad, they itemized each service and product and the price is set. As other reviews have mentioned, its likely that you could find more reasonable services if you have time to shop around, but many of us dont have that luxury. I have no issues with their work or their communication. I would use their service again, and I would simply know that its pricey. If the quality matches up, then its all good!

We are so thankful that we found J.T. Plumbing! We had a water leak in our bathroom that had rotted out our floors and walls in the basement. They got the mold mitigated and removed quickly and then helped us repair the floors and walls. We had them do a full bathroom remodel and they did amazing! Above and beyond our expectations! Our friends were doing their bathroom at the same time, and found a different guy to do it for a low price. When they were done, they ended up having to rip everything out and rehire it to be done again. We are so thankful we used J.T. Oscar is very detailed and did an amazing job! He was so friendly and helpful. We were very indecisive and they were patient with us and helped us come up with something we love! Jeremiah was awesome as well! Through the entire project he was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We really feel like we gained new friendships with all of them. I highly recommend them!

Matt was professional and on time, getting scheduled was easy too. I was a little shocked at the cost- in fairness I do not know what others would have charged, it was $379 for my faucet replacement; we bought the faucet and the job took no more than 30 minutes. Loved the service- still incredibly stunned at the price! The only reason I gave 4 stars was the cost, $59 to come out is fair- seemed pricey considering there was no drilling needed and it was barely a 30 minute job.

These guys are awesome! Spent a whole day here and only because they would find another problem and fix it. Very honest too! Rob was here on time at 815 and was here till 830 at night! He called in for help later in the day, help showed up, and they all worked hard on it! We live in a very old house so our plumbing is a little different than what any plumber is used to seeing. Tyler was down working in some stuff that was not so pleasant and they still never gave up! Our what we thought was a small problem, turned into a very large project. They were determined to fix it though!

I would like to start off by thanking Steve for the amazing service over the phone. JT’s had a scheduling issue but Steve was able to get someone out to my home first thing the next morning. Will showed up and got the job done in about 45 minutes. I appreciated that he respected my home by wearing shoe covers and taking care to make sure no messes were left. Something to note is JT’s plumbing charges a flat rate for services so whether it takes them 45 minutes or 4 hours to clear your drain, you pay the same price you agreed to. Thanks again!

My water heater leaked everywhere, so I called at 6:30am- not thinking anyone would answer. The gal who answered was very nice and said someone would arrive within the next 2 hours. By 8am a technician had arrived and said he could take care of us.By 2pm, a new water heater was installed and we had hot water by 4pm! A side note, I had told the technician we were putting our dog down the next day and several days later received a card in the mail from the whole team at JT Plumbing that they were sad to hear about our loss. I was extremely touched by this! What a great company!I highly recommend this company. They certainly have a customer for life!

Very impressed with this business. Response time was amazing with the first service window available only two hours after I called. Plus, the service agent arrived a good 15 minutes early. Had a leaky toilet that I wanted replaced. Agent identified the problem, listened to what kind of toilet I wanted, gave me upfront pricing and was back within the hour. Pipes were cleared, new toilet installed, and old one hauled away in about 30 minutes. Will definitely call on this business again.

New to home ownership, we started to panic when we noticed water in the basement and no obvious source. We called mid to late afternoon and immediately were able to schedule an appointment for the same day. We received a text just before the window was closing on the quoted time to let us know that they were on the way. The text was followed by a phone call from Brandon to get an idea of what he was getting into. He arrived and was very courteous and helpful. Even though he wasn’t able to pinpoint what had happened he certainly exhausted all options for us. He kindly informed us what we should be on the lookout for to avoid the problem and a few things to keep an eye on for the future. My only complaint is Brandon is a Bengals fan. Nobody is perfect I guess. I would welcome him and this company back into my home again for sure. Highly recommend! Chris and Adam came out and found by kitchen sink to be completely plugged. Having already been told that they would solve my problem; they both worked four hours, and Adam then returned the following day to ensure my issues were fully resolved! All pipes were cleaned out and one was cut open to get rid of the clog caused by egg shells. I was made to promise I would never put egg shells in my garbage disposal again! They were extremely accommodating and affordable, and I will continue to come to them for any future needs.

We needed the cast iron pipes under the house replaced & all the plumbing from the house to the street. It was a huge job! Rob and his team (Steve and Shane) were the best answer. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and finished the work a day earlier than quoted. Steve excavated the old pipes in a narrow strip between the sidewalk and tree, with zero damage to the tree 🌳 Rob and Shane also reinstalled the tankless water heater, which had been installed improperly this summer by someone else. He ended up asking to come early, which never happens! So work was done and he was out the door by 10:45.
