    I have been using Ace High for about 7 years. I have been very happy and pleased with their work. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Mark, who services our HVAC every year, is trustworthy and does a great job! Garrett and his co-worker installed two new faucets in our master bath recently. They were thorough and cleaned up to where it looked like no one had been there! They also just installed a new hot water heater for us and again did a great job! I HIGHLY recommend Ace High!

    Discovered that our kitchen sink drain pipe was leaking behind the wall. We got quotes from a couple of plumbers and we chose Ace. The repair was a bit complicated because a previous remodel left the drain pipe threading through the back of a corner lazy susan cabinet with a narrow door opening. Adam (of Ace Hi) was able to make a minimal hole to the back of the cabinet to cut out the old pipe and install a new drain pipe in less than 2 hours. It cost less than 1/2 of what the highest quote was. Adam was very informative and showed that the old pipe had actually split where the other plumbers thought it was a bad joint at a 90 degree elbow.

    Ace Hi Plumbing aced it at our house! They are professional, prompt and knowledgable. Mike explained our options clearly and taught up how to change the filter, turn off the unit, etc. They even put down a protective walkway over the carpet and cleaned up beautifully! enough Ace Hi excels at prompt courteous customer service.

    I highly recommend this company for pretty much anything in or outside the home that deals with plumbing, or HVAC. We had them out giving us an estimate for a few things in our house, but our biggest concern was our 20-year-old air conditioner which they replaced the next day with a much quieter american-made unit that is energy efficient. Nick and the owner Gary were considerate and helpful with their conversations over the phone and email.

    I own several rentals in Estes Park and have used many plumbers over the past 20 years. Recently I had an emergency and could not get in touch with one of my usual plumbers. I called a friend and he recommended Ace Hi. And I am so thankful he did! Rick and Shawn are incredible! They have helped me in a pinch on two occasions now. Their communication is top-notch in setting up appointments and also in helping me understand the issues that I was dealing with. They are now 100% my go-to plumber!     Ace Hi went above and beyond!! We can not thank them enough! They were incredibly thorough in trying to trouble shoot our current tankless water heater. They had the parts, when it seemed like no one else in town had them. After much trial and error, it was determined that we needed a new machine. Their install was quick. Every staff member we talked to and worked with was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. What a blessing they are!! We highly recommend them as a number 1 go to company.

    I absolutely LOVE Ace High, so much so that they are now saved in my contacts.I called them at the beginning of summer (while I was on vacation) because my sewage backed up on my pet sitter 2x while I was gone.They were so easy, and effortless to work with. They came right away (both times) and I have had them back multiple times since, for I needed a new sewage line and etc.With all the work they have done this year for me, I have had the pleasure to meet almost their entire staff, and I couldnt be more grateful.     I’ve used Ace Hi for a few years, sink issues. Recent drain clog became a major repair of rotted pipes under my basement, and 5 drains -all needing replacement. Ace Hi scheduled repair over 3 days, ahead of a big freeze and Christmas-on time, cement work coordinated, managed by Nick on site each day-protected furnace and hot water heater, furniture ,walls, etc from dust, amazing work, hustle and incredible value. Cleaned up everything-honest, awesome attitudes, excellent work. Thanks to a great crew and Shawn who explained everything -sent space heaters, protected carpets and kitchen floor-just the best.

    I needed a dryer vent installed. Very prompt response. Came out that day and gave an estimate. Arrived early a few days later for installation. Very professional.     The gentlemen we worked with at Ace Hi were wonderful! Kyle was very knowledgeable and got to work right away. He had our crawl space all fixed up in no time, as well as helped up tune up a toilet! A couple weeks later we had to call again for the same toilet issue on a lesser scale. Rick came by that time and he was just as professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We have a slightly bigger issue than just the toilet turns out, but we trust them and will be sure to call back to get the job done once the weather warms up! Id for sure recommend these guys!

    Hands down, the best plumber on the front range. I had a leaking sewer pipe and Rick at Ace Hi dropped everything and came right over. They diagnosed the problem and started working immediately.     I have used Ace Hi on several occasion for 3 old, rustic cabins. Yesterday was the most recent: a second opinion on a major drain clog that another plumbing company worked on for 8 hours without resolution short of excavating outside the cabin. Mark came to give a second opinion and within an hour or so he had solved the problem - no excavation.Mark, and another employee from the past, has always been kind, patient, truthful, and offers tips for best maintenance of old systems.Its wonderful to have professionals that I trust.     Couldnt be happier with their customer service. Last year we had a tankless water heater installed for our summer home, Ace Hi was reasonably priced and walked us through step by step for the rebate. Then earlier this month a neighbor said they may be hearing it more than they have in the past. Our daughter called Ace Hi and they sent someone out at no charge, understanding that this was more for our piece of mind than anything.     I am very happy with Ace Hi. I have used them for my semi-annual services for heating and cooling, and they also installed my hot water tank. Everyone I have dealt with has been pleasant, professional and done their best to get everything right. The most recent call was for this years cooling check and service. Michael came (he did last springs as well) and he not only worked diligently, he was polite (took his shoes off after hed been out to the condenser) but he explained everything he was doing as he did the work, so I knew the state of each part of the system.     I ordered a new water heater from Lowes and they contracted Ace Hi to do the installation.Alex and Aaron showed up to start the job at 1:50pm. Scheduled time was between 2 and 4pm. So good job for punctuality. They were professional, courteous, and cordial. They had the job all completed by 3:00pm. They went over the safety features and operation of the new water heater. They also went over the safety inspection results (Combustion test, CO2 test and incoming water pressure test) with me. Everything was in spec.My experience with Ace Hi was very positive.

    I have been using Ace Hi Plumbing for 15 years now (and I will NOT go back to the “other guys”!)Ace Hi are always very prompt, kind, considerate & respectful of my property. They are always helpful when discussing my options of service and choices of products for Installation.Through the years they’ve:replaced toilets (both those I’ve ordered through them AND those I’ve ordered myself for color choices etc.);installed new water lines for a sprinkler system, and for a new refrigerator with water & ice maker;Replaced a garbage disposal, hot water heater and faucets for my Kitchen and 2 Bathrooms;They raised my shower head to make it easier for my tall sons to stay squeaky clean & smelling good 😂;They’ve come running on VERY short notice when I had a broken pipeAnd my most recent service was an unusual two step process. I was having my crawl space issues repaired, encapsulation done and had a sump pump installed. All the plumbing for my home ran through my crawl space. I had to have them come and cap everything off so the lines themselves could all be moved ….     Ace Hi has been my go-to plumber ever since they installed the plumbing when we built our house in 2008. A problem came up with an error code on the tankless boiler a while back, that a couple different techs couldnt find a permanent fix to. When I called this time, the owner came out, and stayed until he fully diagnosed and resolved the problem. Ace Hi has earned my loyalty.

    Rick and Nick were able to diagnose and solve a serious and fundamental plumbing issue. Wed spent two years and over a $1,000 on plumbing, heating, ducts and vents service calls with other companies without a solution. Rick pondered the engineering fix and Nick did the heavy lifting. They replaced substandard pipes, innovated solutions and corrected the flaws. They are professional, trustworthy, competent and incredibly skilled. We cant thank them enough.     From the beginning of our project, everyone at Ace Hi was professional and honest with us. This was a major job which included cutting through a concrete floor to replace a rusted sewer line, soil abatement, hauling in gravel to replace the removed soil, and pouring concrete to restore the floor surface. At every step we were consulted and kept informed of the potential issues and what our expectations should be. As the job went on, we kept adding to the scope, deciding to replace our remaining interior cast iron pipes as well as two toilets. Even so, the Ace Hi team managed to complete the entire project in half the time we had anticipated and made sure that from the first afternoon we had an operating sewer line so that we never had to leave our home, (which had been a big concern for us). Even with the add-ons, the price came in within the range I had expected and was very reasonable given the scope of the project. But most of all I appreciated the conscientiousness and respect the team treated us with. I would definitely recommend Ace Hi for any major (or minor, for that matter) plumbing projects.

    I had almost no bathroom. I couldnt get anyone in Estes Park to work on it or for a price I could afford.     We own a Navien NR240A tankless water heater. Since installed in 2011 we have encountered several problems. Most have had fairly straightforward solutions and we have been satisfied with another company that has Navien certified techs on staff. We had a new plumber from a different company flush the system which resulted in the air compensator leaking. They did return, we consulted with Navien, banged on the compensator freeing the float and thought all was well. No, Friday night the leak started again in earnest. We called the company we had dealt with before the most recent flush and they did not have a compensator in stock, not surprising most plumbers do not stock these parts and you are sol until you overnight it. We contacted Ace Hi and he had the part, mind you this is on a Saturday. Our experience with weekend work is usually, they come and nothing can actually get fixed but you pay for their time. Rick was hands down the most knowledgeable Navien certified plumber we have used. He started the work at 4 and did not give up when the new compensator failed to fix the leak! We contacted Navien (best support) and they had no idea, had never seen this before. Rick tried silicone grease on the o-ring for the compensator cap and based on Naviens support we were going to order a compensator with a screw on rather than snap down bleed valve. Of course the net for us was no hot water until the part came in. Rick sat there thinking through it and said its got to be the internal recirculation pump, its the only part connected to the compensator. He did check our water pressure as well before coming to this conclusion. Unlike every other Navien certified plumber Rick had the pump because he fortuitously purchased and stocked parts. The net, we were up and running and he debugged a problem that Navien support could not. He also helped us create a list of parts to stock based on our combined experiences which he is not actually selling us, pretty decent huh. And to top it off his bill was 20% lower than what I expected Thank you to Rick and his wife since we sent him home around 7:30 on a Saturday.
