I’m the father of a recently divorced daughter and two granddaughters, who had to move from their home in Centennial, Colorado, to Loveland, Colorado, to begin a new chapter in their lives. The condo they moved to has had nothing but issues…water leaks from a broke dishwasher, floor damage, broken microwave, etcI live in California and I come out as often as I can to work on her,”daddy do list”After being there a week this Thanksgiving, performing several tasks, there was one last thing to do before flying out to go home…tighten the nut to the Strainer under the sink. Unfortunately it would not stop leaking and the washer pusher out to make the leak worse. With no time to do the plumbing work…I called an on line company that was highly recommended…they were crooks, who wanted to charge me a lot of upfront, “diagnostic fees”, before they’d begin the job!Then I found KP Plumbing and Heating! I left a message and boarded the plane to fly home.Kirk called me back quickly…I explained the situation and he came out the next day…to make a long story short…he is one of the most considerate and honest men I have ever met! As it turned out, it was more than a “simple fix”…Kirk took the time to solve the problem and graciously go the extra mile to service my daughter!He is an amazing and refreshing professional, who found ways to fix the problem at an astonishing reasonable price.I’m 73 years old and Kirk is “old school” when it comes to service, reliability, fair prices, compassion and character.He’s your man for ALL your plumbing and heating needs 👍Blessings Kirk.

As I was talking to Kirk, of KP Plumbing, about the job I needed, I could tell he was an honest, good guy. He sounded like he really wanted to help me with installation of three toilets – yet was not at all pushy. I have dealt with other contractors before Kirk and I was highly disappointed. Kirk’s voice at the onset sounded great. I made an appt for installation right away.I was so confused with the amount of styles I needed to pick from at Home Depot, I was getting headaches. Anyone looking for a new toilet knows what I mean! I called Kirk and he guided me through and gave me a brand to check out, that I could afford. They were perfect.I also very much appreciated the installation by Jamison who works with Kirk. A very efficient, considerate, and all around nice young man.Great customer service all around. Kirks team at KP Plumbing did a great job installing rough-in plumbing drains for two full bathrooms during my basement finish. His workers were very knowledgeable, showed up on time, and did quality work. I initially called in KP plumbing to replace another plumbing company that really screwed up on the job. Overall I was impressed and regretted not using KP initially. I would highly recommend for all size plumbing jobs small and large.

After a horrible experience with a contractor, not only did Kirk get us back on track by correcting the unsatisfactory work that was performed, but he completed all our plumbing needs. In addition, and without any hesitation, he pulled ALL his resources and referred us to a new contractor who promptly adjusted their schedules so that we could finish up our project in a timely manner. As a local Realtor, I deal with a lot of similar companies and I can confidently say that I will highly recommend KP plumbing to all my clients in need of their services. I listed a home for sale and the basement kitchen sink was clogged. I noticed a plumbing truck a few door down and called Kirk. He came over right away and fixed the clog and the plumbing on the sink. After inspection another problem was detected in the basement bathroom. I contacted Kirk again and he was able to send someone out the same day to fix it. They have gone above and beyond to help me and I definitely would recommend them and use them again.

If youre needing plumbing services, do yourself a favor and call KP Plumbing. We had an emergency plumbing issue on a Holiday weekend. We called several companies and the prices we were getting were insanely high. KP Plumbing fit us into their busy schedule and the cost was significantly lower than the competitors. I can not say enough good things about KP Plumbing! They can fix any plumbing issue. They even fixed my camper!!! We cracked one of our camper pipes and Kirk came out fixed it at our house and the bill was SO MUCH CHEAPER (by hundreds of dollars) than a RV/camping company who I usually take it to. Kirk is so professional. He is always on time and he over delivers and exceeds my expectations EVERY SINGLE TIME. I love they are family owned and part of our community. Kirk truly is the best professional plumber in all NOCO and FOCO area! I am still and always will be a customer for life!

I had frozen water pipes at my trailer. Once they thawed I had a burst in the pipe. I called Kirk at KP Plumbing in the morning. By mid afternoon Jameson and another pleasant young man came out, crawled under and found out the break was at the meter, and told me that it would be the mobile home parks responsibility to fix. And they didnt charge me a fortune. I recommend KP to anyone looking for a plumber!!!

If you are looking for an honest plumber who is in the field the help people, KP Plumbing is who youre looking for. I hired them to come and clean my drains and, after looking my house over, was told that clogs were not my problem. Instead, a wrong part had been installed and was slowing my system down. So instead of just doing what I thought needed done and charging me hundreds of dollars, the problem was fixed for much less and done the right way.

5 stars is not nearly enough for KP Plumbing. They are beyond amazing. Ive used them twice, and most recently the job was complicated by several outside factors, and Kirk was so patient and kind to work with since it was a complicated situation. Both times he got the problems resolved quickly, his work was excellent, he was much more affordable than the competitors, he was easy to communicate with and just made the whole process so smooth. I was originally referred to him by several friends who said he was the absolute best, and they were right. I now recommend him to everyone. Which is why I say 5 stars is not enough. Beyond outstanding all the way around!

K P Plumbing is excellent. They did a great job redoing all the obsolete pipes in the house. My house was built in 1920, and had old piping and lots of rust; debris was also a problem. He completed the work within the estimate, and also replaced the kitchen faucet, something that had been an ongoing problem. He and his crew, Jamison and Trevor, were professional, polite, careful to disturb us as little as possible, and cleaned up after themselves. I would give them 6 stars if I could!

I came home from work and of course the water heater was not working. By the way it is after hours. So I called these guys and left a message, hoping that the would call in the morning, another day off from work. Within a minute of leaving a message, Kent called me back , helped me trouble shoot the water heater and got it back up and running. These guys could have came out or worse hit me up for after hours house call but didnt. If I ever have to need heating , air or water heater work they will be my only call. Absolutely, without question, the best plumbers in Loveland. I have remodeled 5 of my previous homes, so I have dealth with workmen, contractors, and I am a retired engineer. I had Kirk inspect a previous plumbing job. He told me it was up to local code and showed me how it could have been done cheaper and better. I had him give me an estimate for installing a washer and dryer in the basement. He showed me how he would do it and why. He was very knowledgeable about each of the aspects and code requirements and was very straightforward (no BS). I have now dealt with 5 plumber companies in Loveland whose policies and work were awful. KP Plumbing Is competent, conscientious, and very reasonably priced!
