I could not believe how responsive, affordable and efficient Chambers was for us this time. I called on a Friday morning and fully expected a Monday/ Tuesday turnaround time but by 11am we had a technician at our house and a brand new water heater installed by 1pm. Joe was just fantastic, we can not recommend Chambers enough.UPDATE:Nalen came out this morning and was wonderful!! We will always call Chambers

Chambers plumbing did a great job helping us with plumbing for our full basement renovation. They showed up on time, did good, honest work, and were responsive and thorough. Our scope of work entailed sewer locating and taping into existing line, running new plumbing for bathroom and kitchen, installing sink, toilet, and shower accessories. Friendly, professional, and good work. Would definitely recommend!

We had Chambers just install a water fountain at our office. They were super responsive, extremely professional, and, after the install, it looks like the fountain has been there since they built the building. I was interested in having a tankless hot water heater installed and I specifically wanted a Rinnai system. I went to the Rinnai website and chose Chambers because they had the most services for Rinnai in my area. Glenn (owner) called me the next day and we setup an appointment that week. He came on a Wednesday, provided me a quote that night and I was contemplating the purchase. On Friday of that week, my tank hot water heater decided that it was done and starting leaking all over the floor. I emailed Glenn late that night asking if he could do the install immediately and even though he couldnt, he offered to install a temporary 40 gal tank until the tankless system was installed. Wow, such a great thing to do for your customers. The next week the tankless system was installed (see picture) and we couldnt be happier with the system and Glenn and Chambers. Never running out of hot water again. Thanks again for the great service Chambers!

These guys are awesome! My furnace went out and I called them Monday morning and they came later that morning. Serviceman was very friendly and courteous to my wife. They only fixed what needed fixing and told us what we might need to look out for in the future. I would definitely recommend this company.

Chambers plumbing responded to a situation involving a large water valve at our laundromat. I had new washing machines and paid workers who were on the clock to help with the install when we found our old water valve was not functional to turn off water to the whole establishment. Chambers plumbing communicated so well, and did an amazing job, sooner than I had hoped! I am thankful for this company and how they treated us, the valve works great, and I can’t say thank you enough for your knowledge and professionalism.

We had the most pleasant experience today when Joe showed up to repair our Rennai tankless hot water heater. Throughout the entire process of the repair, Joe was constantly explaining the what and why he was doing what he was doing. I now feel that I have a much better understanding of the service requirements of this unit. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner and at a very fair price. When it is time for the next service, I will definitely be calling Chambers Plumbing and Heating.

Kudos to Chambers Plumbing! Our Rinnai Tankless Water Heater went out - Miller Moths Beware! Our whole panel was covered in months, our fan was struggling to handle it.Patrick showed up on time. He was educational, professional, he showed us everything going on with the tankless water heater. He cleaned it all out and replaced the fan and filter (at our request, as ours was original, but still working).I cannot recommend this company - when you get amazing service these days you need to share!!

My experience with Chambers was very satisfying, I called Chambers to work on my hot water home heating system that was previously worked on by another contractor that was able to only create a nightmare from Hades heating system.Both Robert and Glen went way above and beyond to eventually correct the extremely perplexing and frustrating repair job that was not of their doing.After the initial work that they charged for, they never charged any additional fees for having to be called back several times until they were able to finally figure out what the previous contractor did that caused the fiasco.During the entire ordeal, they were very pleasant and professional. Patrick came out today to install a new toilet. The entire time he was friendly and competent. He did a good job; he was quick and cleaned up after himself. Scheduling with them was also easy. I would highly recommend them.

I called Chambers on Monday as my water heater was not heating. A very pleasant lady took my details and in one hour a technician arrived and found the problem, a draft inducer motor was ordered, and I had hot water again at 1:00pm on Wednesday. Everyone I spoke with and came in contact with were pleasant and professional. The technicians who installed the motor worked quietly and quickly. I definitely recommend this company.

In the last three days I have had the opportunity to work directly with the service staff of Chambers plumbing and heating . The floods have affected so many of us , and I found that they were eager to help and that they knew how and what needed to be done to help with my serious plumbing problems that I was dealing with since the flood . I am very grateful to everyone at the company that helped me get back on my feet. I am glad that I called them and I would recommend them . They changed out a water heater and a furnace quickly and efficiently . The technicians are polite and friendly . A job well done.

These guys are awesome they not only helped me with out the fear of having to replace my furnace but helped my mother fix her furnace as well after Allens told her she was in danger and needed to not only replace her furnace do to large amounts of carbon monoxide. And that they would have to red tag it inoperative and she would have to open all her windows and leave the house. She called me almost crying and I told her to calm down and we would get a second opinion. The next day Chambers came out and fixed the small problem and tested for carbon monoxide and cleared her house as safe and heating just fine.

After multiple phone calls to other plumbing companies and needing service immediately for a client who had a plugged up toliet and only one bathroom, you pulled Randy off another job to come take care of her issues. Due to her dementia she did not want to let you in her home, but with your experience you were able to talk her into letting you in. You fixed her toliet and instead of requesting payment, you choice her send an invoice so her caregiver could write the check at their next visit. We were given a call back afterwards with an update of how the visit went, serviced completed, and having experience with dementia you were able to compete the job and all parties were happy.
