We are extremely impressed and happy with the results that PlumbLine Services provided when our sewer backed up several days before Thanksgiving 2024. The investigation, troubleshooting, verification, and repair of our sewer took a couple days due to the complexity, materials, access, depth, and specialty equipment required. Coordination was required with City of Lakewood for permits, and Green Mountain Sewer & Water for inspection (s), safety, proper methods to tap into the sewer main, compaction, and materials used. Coulter was my primary on-site contact; coordinating and performing much of the work- excavation access selection in several locations to minimize cost and property disturbance (vegetation, sprinkler system controls and piping). Coulter coordinated a team of professionals (Keith, Scott, George, Ira, Jairo) ensuring pipe jetting, adequate and proper grade, utility location services, installation of clean outs, equipment requirements and scheduling of such and specialty backfill materials. The use of ‘pipe bursting’ was fascinating and integral in the lining of my failed clay sewer pipe (typical of that era of home construction) without doing extensive and expensive excavations through my property, driveway and into the street for connection to the main and the cast iron pipe exiting the house/foundation. Compliments to Ira for initial assessments, scheduling, cost estimates of various stages, potential finance options. George and Scott coordinated and set up access and implementation of the pipe bursting, excellent job by Keith with many of the background details. I have heard the commercials on radio regarding PlumbLine Services and I had no idea I would be in need of emergency sewer repairs over the holidays-one doesn’t plan for such events.…ever! The consumer needs to know you can trust a company like PlumbLine Services that has the capability, expertise, and depth of experienced workers to get a job efficiently completed without breaking the bank or getting ripped off. The sales representative with Blake Cashdollar I believe and he did an excellent job. No press is very informative and then the guy that came and dismantled our old system and reinstalled the new carrier system. They were very good and it was Joann Christian and gentleman. Oh the electrician his name anyways they were all very good and even the helpers were excellent. I have owned a company. I would not hesitate at all for hiring them. Having to pay for excavating the entire sewer line, without any insurance was (and still is) quite the nightmare. The complexity of the piping along with the age of the home produced a bill for 41K. Faran was empathetic and went above & beyond to get this hell of a project completed. The high quality of the work and professionality of the entire team definitely explains the pricing. I couldnt ask for a better job to have been done.

Gage called and said when he’d be at our house. He was in the timeframe he said. I showed him the problem and within a few minutes he was done. Their “$93 or free” was perfect. He found no drain line issues and said he would not be charging me the $93. It was free. The only thing that needs to be done is a new toilet. That’s much better than a bad sewer line. Thanks Gage and Plumbline. I will be calling you again.

We hired Plumbline to replace our sewer line from our house to the middle of the street. The crew arrived about 7::00 am and were finished snd cleaned up by 4:00 pm. They did an exceptional job, keeping damage off our lawn as best possible and little damage to our large pine trees. The entire crew were professional and courteous. Ira and Ryan were great to work with. Every employee we had contact with was awesome. This is the first time I was looking forward to writing a review about a Company. We’ve used them for other service issues in the past and will continue to be a customer for life.

Plumbline techs were very helpful on assessing the issue at my kitchen sink, it took a couple attempts to clear the drain line, however, their experience and commitment to provide a solution to the clogged drain was demonstrated by sending a supervisor with advanced equipment to better diagnose the problem. They were very accommodating on scheduling a second appointment and sending another team to clear the drain.Thank you plumbline team!!!

My experience with Plumbline has been exceptional. I found the Supervisors and technicians to be very professional and very patient.Our interactions with the Supervisors were just what we needed walking us thru the process of having our drainage problems fixed presenting our options and the associated costs.I especially liked the option of having long term and short term solutions presented. Their approach was one of education.Most companies would have said this is it and you have no choice instead of presenting options.I will continue to use Plumbline and expect this kind of service.

Easy to schedule appt., punctual arrival, Bryan was friendly, informative, courteous, spot on with his diagnosis , problem was with AC/ Furnace units which were corrected/repaired in timely manner. Only reasons for minus 1 star was because I thought the initial fee was going to be applied toward repair but 2 days later I have of yet to receive copy of e billing to go over charges and it was about $200 over initial quote. Did seam to me to be alittle high priced but he got it repaired and working again! I did call them because of Tom Martinos referral list.

When the technician Jordan showed he was very polite. He came in and assess the situation. Jordan then proceeded to bring a floor mat and absorbent pads to keep the area clean. Which I greatly appreciated this was the first time I’ve seen someone do that. While cleaning the mainline, if he felt something he would let me know and once he was all done, he was in immediate contact with a supervisor to come out and bring the camera so we can see what was going on with my mainline. When KayGee Arrived to my house introduced himself. He then asked what was going on, went and took look at what was happening and immediately went out and got his camera so we could scope the line. He went out and marked everything with the assistance of Jordan He explained everything that he saw, and we discussed the options that I possibly have on replacing my line. The two gentlemen were very professional, very friendly, and plumbline should be very proud to have them on their team.

For $700.00
