Called Vessels due to the dish washer backing up into the kitchen sink, which wound up being a pretty good clog in the pipe. Donnie arrived on time and got the job done in under 2 hours. He was professional, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job. He reworked some pipe and was able to remove the clog in the drain. I couldnt have been happier with his work. Will definitely be calling Vessels for future plumbing needs.

Vessels replaced the waste pipe at my mothers house - a job that took just over a week and involved jackhammering up the old pipe under the floor and digging it out in the back yard. The gentlemen who did the work were truly professional and very polite. They did a great job keeping the mess to as much of a minimum as possible with such a job and put things back even better than they were before they started. The office staff were so kind and helpful. My mother is very happy with the work, and said the team went above and beyond. My sister and I are delighted that Vessels took such great care of our little Mamma, and we would definitely recommend them.

My home is built on a slab and I had been having trouble off and on with water backing up in the drain in my laundry room. I had my local plumber, who is very trustworthy, look at it a number of times. The last time there here they said part of the pipe needed to be replaced which was bowed. This meant a major job of tearing up and putting back. A very expensive endeavor. I decided to get a 2nd opinion and called Vessels. They came today, ran a camera under the house and said it looked clear. We explained to them what we had been told. Jason and Chris were so helpful and told us they did not see any problems under the house. They did discover a place in the line running from my house to the outside line which runs under my driveway. Our next step is to contact City to get that repaired as it’s on the City property. Jason and Chris took their time explaining the process to us and what they felt should be done. I was very impressed with Vessel’s response time and the extra time they took with us. Their solution was much, much better than our earlier estimate. I told Jason and Chris that they were my two favorite people today!!😉

Extremely pleased with the work these 2 guys from Vessels did for us. The weather was awful. Cold and very windy. The didn’t seem to notice.We had a leak outside by our sidewalk.They kept us informed on what they were doing and going to do. Showed us where the problem was when he found it. Talked us through the process of replacing the galvanized pipe with pvc pipe.Very polite men. Very informative. Leah in the office was always patient with us when we called with questions. We had a sewer line replacement that was about 160 ft of piping. It had to be done trench style because of all the offsets we had in the old pipes. Hard workers and very knowledgeable. Thank you Vessels!

I am thankful that they do a wonderful job of explaining to the homeowner what is wrong, the options for fixing the problem, their recommendations, and they make sure that the optimum parts (based on the issue and your budget) are utilized for the job. We recently had Shaun from Vessels come and fix a number of items on our house. He was outstanding and went above and beyond the call of duty to help us. I operate Sola Salons Louisville and it is so difficult to find a contractor that is easy to communicate and be reliable. Vessels has been a blessing from above for us, Tonya who usual handles the phones when I call is incredibly personable and always exceeds my expectations. The actual plumbers are amazing, I had a hot water heater problem and they came at 10pm at night to fix even though I could tell they were exhausted. I take pride in what I do personally and seeing others do that means the world to me. Thank you Vessels!Update: 9 years after writing the review above, they still have never let me down. This company truly cares about their customers and I recommend them to everyone. We had a hot water heater go completely down during the holidays and they moved heaven and Earth to get us up and running.

Vessels Plumbing is by far one of the most courteous, professional, and competent plumbing companies in Kentuckiana. You can quite often get next day services (faster, if its an emergency), and theyre always willing to go above and beyond getting the regular job done; tightening a nut or fixing other issues you may not have even known about. They are mindful of your personal space (always wearing booties) and once you latch onto a technician that you like, you can request him or her, personally. (I highly recommend Shaun, for example).

I called Vessels plumbing about what I thought was a plumbing issue I was having at my house. After explaining to them what was going on, they stated that it was a septic issue and gave me recommendations on who to call & provided advice. The septic company came out and did the work which fixed the problem. I would call Vessels again because they could’ve sent someone & charged me a service charge to investigate but instead they referred me to the right company to fix my issue. It gets even better though… the septic company said if I hadn’t had it fixed when I did, I was close to having a major issue that would’ve cost me $20k to fix. Vessels saved me time, money and were very professional & courteous! I highly recommend them!!

Joe has worked directly with me since adding a new sewer sleeve to our rental house. I have since completed multiple service calls and projects with Vessels! There quality and responsiveness is by far the best i seen in years! Russ and Austin just completed a bath renovation due to an unforeseen water problems, and did a fantastic job, extremely quick. They also just added a tankless water to our primary home. I cant give a high enough rating for Vessels Plumbing. I have used them numerous times for plumbing and am aware they also offer HVAC and the sewer pipe lining service. The most recent experience I had was yesterday. I called in a panic indicating I had a water leak somewhere in the house and it was coming down into my basement. They were reassuring and fit me into their busy schedule. Once they came, they stayed until they could isolate the leak in the walls and fix it. They were prompt, courteous and friendly. They used troubleshooting to minimizing cutting drywall to find the leak and used dropcloth to minimize the dust from cutting the drywall. They cleaned up their mess such that you couldnt tell on the carpet that they had been there. They fixed the leak with a better pipe than we had to ensure we would not have problems in the future. They explained their warranty if we had any problems. They provided input to our questions on how to best handle the wet drywall and carpet, and were incredibly cost effective on price. I can vouch that they have high integrity from my numerous dealings with them. I highly recommend Vessels Plumbing.

I can not say enough positive comments about this business. We own a 1920 home near Cherokee with large trees surrounding, Our sewage system/pipes broke and sewage was coming into our basement. From the first call (basic hysteria) the Vessel staff was immediately helpful, and worked diligently to find and repair the issue. Throughout the process of digging, repairing and fixing the multiple issues (with rain a couple of weeks), their professionalism, communication and overall problem solving was outstanding. They not only fixed major old house sewage issues, the way they put back my yard, cleaned the area and even put back some old bushes that were dug was amazing. From the office staff to the on site crew, this group is outstanding!!! (First google review I have ever written, but this group deserves it)

I like the fact they are family owned and operated. I had a stopped up drain and they sent a plumber out to snake it, he got me open with no problem. I thought I needed a new sewer and he told me that I didnt. Which I thought was awesome, he could have easily sold me something I didnt really need but he didnt. He saved me a few thousand dollars Im sure. They are a very honest company which is a rarity these days. I will definitely use Vessels Plumbing for all my plumbing and HVAC needs. We Contacted Vessels Plumbing for their cured-in-place pipe services. Their lining process was the perfect solution for our sewer line issue. Our yard has extensive landscaping, fencing and hard surface installations. Even other plumbing professionals who had come on site to bid suggested that we consider the procedure that Vessels offers.The complete lining process from excavation to final inspection took less than 24 hours. Vessels gave sound advice, the staff was professional, knowledgable and completely engaged in their service and the repair of our sewer.In the end we had only to reconstruct an eight by three foot area of our garden path and were able to save the sixty year old red maple that was at the ‘root’ of the problem.Thank You Vessels Plumbing

Vessels came out for an estimate on fixing my sewer line. They provided an option to replace the sewer line that was much less invasive than digging up the front yard and replacing with PVC.They were recommended to me by a neighborhood group and I was pleased with how quickly they came out and how knowledgeable they are.
