I am genuinely pleased with the services provided by Noahs Plumbing & Water Heaters! As part of a remodeling project for our guest bathroom, we called upon them for the re-plumbing and installation of the tub and shower. Malachi arrived punctually and got straight to work. Despite encountering numerous problems with the old plumbing, Malachi managed to resolve everything, making sure to tidy up afterwards and complete the job efficiently. Even with the added tasks, the project was finished pretty much within the initial estimated timeline. Its so refreshing to experience quality workmanship at a reasonable cost. I cant recommend these guys enough!

My spouse and I cant recommend Noahs Plumbing & Water Heaters enough. Initially, we engaged a different company to handle a blocked sink drain pipe problem, but they couldnt resolve it. They suggested the issue was located behind some kitchen cabinets, which would require removal to access the problem. Deciding to seek a second opinion, we reached out to this company. Kyle was at our place within two hours, promptly resolving the issue. Plus, the fee was half of what the previous company had charged! We wont consider any other service for our plumbing needs in Louisville.

Brantley definitely earns my vote for Plumber of the Year! My spouse and I hired him to tackle several jobs for us. We were preparing a property for sale, but were stumped by a complex sump pit/drainage problem. Despite several other services trying to fix this issue for over a year, none were successful. However, a recommendation led us to Brantley. He was prompt in returning my calls, easy to discuss the project with (which included laying a drain line through the dirt-floored crawl space of our vintage home!), and completed the work in a couple of days. Most importantly, he resolved our persistent problem at a very fair cost. In our new home, we had him install a sump pump, link it to the existing French drain system, and set up and connect a new water softener system. We bought the equipment ourselves and had Brantley handle the installation, saving us a significant amount of money. We are sincerely grateful to Brantley (and his assistant, Thomas!) for all the ways theyve assisted us.

Had a fantastic experience with Noahs Plumbing & Water Heaters. Initially, my basement was flooded, but it all ended with an excellent water heater installed. Im confident that they handle traditional water heaters as well as theyve done an exceptional job installing a TANKLESS water heater, despite others claiming they werent qualified for such a task. After conducting thorough research, if you decide that a tankless system is what you need, give them a call. On my initial call, Seth picked up while he was on the road. He arrived the following day, and upon discovering I was without hot water, he promptly adjusted his schedule and set up the new system the very next morning. In only three hours, the job was completed. The work was tidy and professional. He even left behind a wrench for filter removal. Check out the photo below. It was a fantastic experience for both me and my family. I can confidently say that Julian, Thomas, and the whole team came through for us in Louisville.

Recently, I had the opportunity to collaborate with Noahs Plumbing & Water Heaters on some much-needed plumbing updates for my 1940s home. I use the term collaborate because thats exactly what my experience felt like. Noahs Plumbing & Water Heaters offered enough staff to meet the demands of the job, but they ensured that Brantley, my assigned plumber, was the one overseeing my project. My project spanned several months and required multiple visits at different stages. The company was flexible and worked around my schedule. Brantley was instrumental in acquiring unique shower hardware that fit my specific needs. He was extremely helpful, providing recommendations, explanations, and responding promptly to any queries. He went the extra mile to ease my life, and always had a cheerful attitude. Brantley was assisted by Julian and Kyle during site visits, and both were exceptional. While I was away, a pipe burst in my unoccupied, under-renovation house. Brantley responded immediately to my call for help and promptly fixed the issue. Their office staff were easy to work with and always recognized me, contributing to the overall outstanding experience I had.

When my neighborhood got the opportunity to switch from propane to natural gas without any charges for the meter installation, I was quick to grab it. But, I soon discovered that the interior conversion was going to be a bit pricey. After receiving a number of exorbitant quotes and being told by many that I needed to replace all the pipes in my house, I was pretty disheartened. Then a buddy of mine pointed me in the direction of Noahs Plumbing & Water Heaters. Not only did they offer a fair price, but they were also able to utilize my existing copper pipes. While other firms were suggesting that I might need a new heater due to its age for the conversion, the staff at this company went out of their way to find the right conversion kit for my heater and carried out the change. The technician, Seth, was respectful of my home and made sure to tidy up any mess. Overall, they did a fantastic job and I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

These plumbers are fantastic! Initially, they responded to my home after a heavy rainstorm resulted in basement flooding, damaging my gas water heater in the process. They promptly removed the old unit and installed a new one that functions perfectly. I also had them address the flooding issue related to my French drain. They thoroughly inspected it, even using a camera to see inside the pipe, and effectively cleared out some visible roots. Next, we decided to have them tackle the yard drain pipe, an old clay pipe system. Despite its overall good condition, tree roots had significantly infiltrated it from the lower end of the yard, causing slow drainage and resulting in backup into the basement during heavy rainfall. These plumbers were incredibly professional, arriving on the same day I made the initial call and always being punctual. Their services are very reasonably priced, and I will undoubtedly be calling on Seth, Malachi, and Randall again. I am grateful for their excellent service!

Very professional, couldnt be happier with the work theyve done. I came across this excellent plumber service quite by accident, and boy, was I impressed! Im usually quite demanding when it comes to services, but Seth and Randall didnt disappoint. In fact, they exceeded my expectations by a mile. The pair did an outstanding job of installing my new water heater, even managing to carry the old one down a tricky staircase with a bend, and then disposing of it. They stuck with the task until it lived up to their own high standards. The work was simply impeccable. The initial two plumbing businesses i got in touch with informed me it would take over four days before they could attend to my issue. I had to shut off my water around 11 pm the previous night because my showers hot water wouldnt stop running. So, I reached out to Noahs Plumbing & Water Heaters. kyle was promptly dispatched from one of their trucks and he returned my call within 10 minutes. Malachi and kyle were at my place in less than half an hour. The duo was quite professional and pleasant. kyle identified a minor blunder made by the previous plumber and even corrected what the other couldnt. This solved my problem. I was quite satisfied with the amount I was billed! The former plumber had advised me to dismantle the wall, which kyle was able to rectify in roughly 30 minutes. I am grateful to you all, especially kyle and Malachi! Ill recommend this company to others and will certainly reach out the next time I need plumbing services!

For a long time, my spouse and I had been dealing with the inconvenience of using bottled water and dealing with recurring sewer line issues. Eventually, we decided it was time to replace our worn-out clay sewer line, our lead water line, and our deteriorating house trap. We did our homework, took proposals from three well-known plumbing services, and ultimately chose one that seemed the best fit. Thomas provided us with a fair estimate promptly, and the lead construction expert, Seth, did an incredible job on-site. He managed to accomplish a substantial amount of work in just two days. Our old clay sewer line was in poor shape, clogged with tree roots - the new cast iron piping should serve us well for years to come. Even though the cost wasnt low, this isnt the type of task you want to entrust to the cheapest bidder. The team did a fantastic job and finished the work faster than anticipated. The quality of their work and professionalism were impressive. I am glad we made the decision to hire them.

So, I turned to reviews for same day service and found Noahs Plumbing & Water Heaters had a rating of 4.8 out of 5. When I called them, I was pleasantly surprised when a real person, seth, answered and let me know they could be there within 1-2 hours as they were wrapping up another job. Sure enough, they arrived on time that morning, identified the leaking water pipe in no time, and fixed it. I also chose to replace the original (old water heater) to prevent a likely issue in the near future. In conclusion, whether its for an emergency or routine plumbing services, theyve become my new go-to plumber due to their swift response and professionalism. I would strongly recommend them to my Louisville neighbors and anyone else reading this review. brantley and jaxon were exceptional.

Our hot water heater gave up the ghost and I reached out to Noahs Plumbing & Water Heaters. Luckily, they had a last-minute opening and a technician, Seth, was free to drop by our place within an hour. He diagnosed the issue with the heater and managed to get it up and running again. However, the heater failed once more later that afternoon, outside of regular business hours. My message was passed on by the answering service and I got a response from Malachi. He suggested that the heater, given its age of 13 years, ought to be replaced. A detailed estimate was sent to me via email by him, which included a fair price and a discount for the first service call. He lined up the job for the following morning, first thing. The pair of technicians, Randall and Seth, did an excellent job and they even laid down a drop cloth to protect our flooring. Hats off to them. Also, these folks did a stellar job replacing our main sewer line when we moved from our previous residence 4 years back!

Rang up Noahs Plumbing & Water Heaters to fix a leaking outdoor water spicket, and that was all I was expecting. Two friendly lads, Seth and Kyle, turned up and were more than willing to listen to additional plumbing concerns I had. They decided to inspect my entire property for leaks, and uncovered two; one of which was a serious leak from a toilet. They repaired it in a jiffy! They also discovered a shut off valve that could control the spickets, a feature I was previously unaware of. They provided a reasonable quote for the spicket repairs, which involved digging up a pipe buried underground. I decided to hold off on this, as there are a few things I need to shift before they commence the digging. The plumbers were incredibly professional and respectful, and I will definitely be giving them a ring to carry out the work, along with a few other tasks. They successfully put a stop to my water leak, and I paid them a fair price before they left. I would highly recommend these guys for any plumbing needs!!

I got a new cast iron kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal from Home Depot. At my request, they got in touch with Noahs Plumbing & Water Heaters to handle the installation once all the parts were ready. I got a call to schedule the installation shortly after. On the decided day, Randall and Julian gave me a heads up about their arrival time and actually showed up a few minutes early. Randall inspected the existing sink area and noticed some potential issues. The challenges became more apparent when Randall and Julian assessed the new sink (which was deeper and heavier than the old one), faucet, and disposal. It turned out there was a mismatch between the position of the existing drains and pipes and the new items setup. Randall suggested that we might need to rebuild the under-sink area, which might require another visit and possibly extra fees. But Randall and Julian didnt just throw in the towel. They removed the old sink, faucet, and disposal and committed themselves to get the job done. They had the necessary materials on their truck, and Randall meticulously reconstructed the under-sink system. Before we knew it, despite encountering another big hurdle, the new sink, faucet, and disposal were perfectly installed and functioning. They didnt need to come back; and even though i offered to pay, there werent any extra charges beyond what i paid upfront at Home Depot. They took away all the old stuff and carefully cleaned up the area. i couldnt have been happier with the service; and i highly recommend randall and julian without any reservations.

The revelation of an above-ground septic line running across the floor after the removal of the old furnace certainly caught us off guard. The water and electric lines were oddly placed on the exterior of the wall. We were aware of the bathtubs and toilets positioned on platforms due to the elevated plumbing, but we underestimated the inconvenience of this setup. It was clear that the previous owners had taken a DIY approach with their additions, placing things in a way that was easier for them. We were familiar with Noahs Plumbing & Water Heaters, having enlisted their services previously. So, when we decided to address these glaring issues, we reached out to them. Our concerns were high as we anticipated the reaction of their representative, Randall, when he came to assess our situation. We wondered if he would be scared away by the chaotic setup. After surveying the tangle of lines and discussing our expectations, Randall offered a reassuring statement - where theres a will, theres a way. Soon, Randall, Seth, and Julian arrived, ready to tackle the challenge. After two days of intense labor under the sweltering heat, they transformed our troubles into triumphs. The water lines were skillfully repositioned within the walls, and the septic line was relocated under the house. The raised toilet was lowered, and the shower in the bathtub now drains so efficiently that we no longer wade in water while showering. The transformation was nothing short of incredible. We are extremely grateful for the exceptional work done by Randall, Seth, and Julian. The job was certainly no walk in the park, but they handled it with professionalism and dedication. They truly are an incredible team of plumbers and we are so grateful to have discovered them.

My elderly mother, who is ninety-one, experienced a pipe leak beneath the slab of her dining room late one Friday night - a huge mess indeed. The plumbing service arrived within an hour. Their technician, now named Jaxon, was fantastic, quick, and efficient. The job was inevitably going to be larger due to the location and the fact that a previous homeowner had used inferior materials. However, they really worked with my mother to keep the cost under control. I couldnt be more satisfied with the quality of the work, the professionalism of Thomas, and the customer service delivered by the Louisville office. I wish I could award more than five stars.

My master bathroom got a complete overhaul thanks to jaxon from noahs plumbing & water heaters. he handled everything from removing the old pipe, to replacing the drain pipe which was underground. he also replaced the old supply lines, moved the main drain line, sink lines, toilet lines and set up the main drain for the second bathroom. before filling up the hole, he made sure everything was functioning well with no leaks. his work was tidy, neat and outstanding. i wont think twice about recommending jaxon for any plumbing needs!

Jaxon from noahs plumbing & water heaters successfully replaced my two old water heaters with a tankless one, also installing a recirculating pump. the pricing was reasonable and their professionalism was commendable. a few weeks later, i had a concern about the recirc pump heating the bathtub faster than the rest of the house. jaxon suggested i schedule an appointment to address the issue. despite my busy schedule delaying my call to the office, they were proactive and reached out to me to book an appointment for warranty service. this was because jaxon had followed up with his office about our conversation and realized i hadnt scheduled a service call. they wanted to ensure i was fully satisfied with their work. the same expert, jaxon, arrived punctually for the appointment. he was immensely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. hopefully, i wont need plumbing services anytime soon, but if i do, they will be my first call. highly appreciated!
