    I used them for the first time about one month ago for some plumbing replacements that I wasnt comfortable doing myself. They were quick to respond after I called about getting a quote, were very fair with their estimates, and when it came time to do the work they were VERY fast and efficient. Theyd have probably gotten it done even faster if I didnt ask so many questions. They are an excellent local company who keeps everything simple and straightforward for the customer. I cannot recommend them enough, and if I ever need any plumbing work taken care of again I will be sure to call them first.

    I used Grahams Plumbing for the first time two weeks ago for a severe clogged drain in my bathroom and kitchen and I will definitely use them again. Very professional and efficient and got the job done very quickly! They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Very reasonable price as well.

    From start to finish, Sam and the others were terrific. I was watching my friends grandfathers house as he was very ill and they were so professional and thoughtful. The plumbing has not been updated in years and the pipes had frozen over bad. They fixed it all and now the pipes are much better than the old ones and everything is working splendidly. Thanks to Graham plumbing for the high level of expertise and speedy and excellent job

    Graham Plumbing is reliable, friendly, and trustworthy. I manage a high volume restaurant housed within a building constructed in the 1890s. The inner workings of the building are a real patchwork. Needless to say, we experience many unexpected plumbing issues and we dont have the luxury to wait for them to be addressed.Sam and his team are always prompt, informative, minimally intrusive, and extremely courteous. They are quick, but thorough, and are always sure to go over what the different options are for whatever the current issue may be. In my job, I deal with a lot of vendors and contractors, and I can say without any hesitation that Grahams Plumbing is the easiest company to work with. Prompt, professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. I have also used Grahams Plumbing for work on my home, and the results and care were just as impressive. I would highly recommend to anyone, commercial or residential.

    Sam was great in helping me with what to do to find and stop and massive water leak outside our house. He quickly scheduled for a team to come out a repair it. His team was friendly and helpful and didnt leave until they found the pipe and repaired it! Graham s Plumbing will be my go to from here on out!

To me, thats the most important quality for any business. Will they treat you fairly? If things get tough, will they cut and run - or make things right, for a fair price?     Plumbing issues Ive had a few, to say the least, but Grahams plumbing has not only taken care of each problem, but also has gone above and beyond. What first began as a simple estimate call about an MSD back flow valve, soon turned into a request for an estimate on a new water heater. I so appreciated Sams no-nonsense and forthright explanation of pricing and procedure that I did have them install a new water heater over the summer. Only a few short months later, my downstairs shower diverter finally gave up the ghost. Again, Grahams plumbing to the rescue not once, but twice when the newly installed valve died because of a manufacturing defect. Grahams plumbing replaced the defective valve with another new one, which involved more labor than the first time. Furthermore, as a working family, Grahams Plumbing worked around our schedule versus forcing us to work around their schedule, which is amazing given the fact that most people do not have the luxury of being able to leave work to meet someone at the house. Trustworthy plumbers are not a dime a dozen. Im glad to have found a company that is just that and more.

    Sam is maybe the worst salesman Ive met but his company is successful because theyre do good work for a FAIR price.Drexler quoted me $4500 for a water heater replacement and Sam came up with a solution for $800.I had a busted spigot that Jarbor quoted $450 for and Graham for it for $150.They also show up on time and dont have too long of a lead time. Go with Graham!

    Good work and fair prices. I wanted the old fixtures changed on my shower and tub, and Sam said it was going to be fairly expensive, because Id need to re-tile where they had to remove the tile to put in the new fixtures. Then he called back and had found some larger plates that would cover the openings left by the old fixtures, which meant I wouldnt need to get someone to re-tile the areas. That was great news and the plates and fixtures look great. Im really pleased. Hes done other work in the kitchen, since then that I am also happy with. Whenever I need plumbing done, I call Grahams Plumbing.

    Grahams Plumbing is an amazing company with reliable and affordable plumbing services.Their team consists of professionals who respect your schedule and your home taking time to clean up and not leave your house looking like a wreck.Also, Sam is well versed in theprevious winners of the last several years Westminster Kennel Clubs annual dog show. I love talking about dogs and dog related stuff and it was refreshing to find a kindred spirit in Sam Graham. We also talked a little bit about dog agility competition and that was nice too!

    Handle broke on Sunday night and it’s the only tub in the house and only bathroom on main floor. Called and got a technician same day. The entire handle had to be replaced with something much better and Sam is very responsive when you have questions. Love our new faucet and the turnaround. They tried to fix the existing with parts but the old unit was junk. They put in a new unit quickly and didn’t charge me extra for the extra time trying to replace parts on the old. Hope to have this unit for years to come! Won’t buy junk from Home Depot again!

    Recently I called Grahams Plumbing to replace some drain piping to a bathroom sink on the second floor that would not drain. I was prepared for him to cut out the ceiling below, but he was able to clear it with just a snake! The particular plumber I dealt with was named Nick, and he was very professional and called me to explain what he did. I was very relieved to not have to deal with all the plaster repairs since he already fixed it.In the past, I asked Grahams to clear the main sewer line to my house. Sam came into the basement and noted that he would have to drag a drain cleaning machine into the crawl space, which would be just as expensive as installing a cleanout behind my house. He installed the cleanout, which makes it much easier to clear anytime the line gets clogged up. His price was very fair as well. They are always my first call for any plumbing problems.

    Sam did a great job on replacing some shutoff valves around the house. Job was done promptly and for an affordable price. He came to the house with lots of replacement parts without even seeing the problem. I will be calling him first for plumbing issues in the future.

    Weve used Grahams Plumbing for routine shower faucet upgrades and fix an emergent leak. Both times, they handled our plumbing problems professionally and charged reasonable amounts. We do live out in Prospect so it is a bit of a drive from Louisville. Some plumbers have charged us travel fees just for coming to the house. When you need a Louisville plumber, you should count on Grahams Plumbing.

    Just used them for the second time. The first time was a clogged shower. This time I had a clogged sewer line. They responded promptly, arrived on time, and were reasonably priced. Both times a man named James worked with me and he is amazing. I would highly recommend this company.

    Worked performed: We had our entire home re-plumbed with Pex piping. Our home is roughly 120 years old. The home includes three stories including a basement and four full bathrooms. The work was completed in four business days. Total cost for work performed $4820. Work was performed by two employees who were very professional. My husband I and both work from home and were not bothered by having the workmen in the home. The plumbers cut out very limited amount of drywall to get the work accomplished and left virtually no mess. Every day the plumbers would lay down plastic and cover necessary areas and then at the end of every day the plumbers would sweep up any debris. Very satisfied with the work performed. Have since used Graham’s plumbing for other unrelated house calls.
