We had a leak in our home over the weekend and the first plumbing company told us it was our main water line so they turned our water off at the street and left. We couldnt get them to come back out and we still had water actively leaking. So the next day we called 10 different plumbers and nobody was willing to come out until the next week and we couldnt wait a week with the leak. We called Thompson Brothers next and they said they could come take a look for us. Right away they were confident that it was our water heater. We werent expecting them to replace the water heater that day but they gave us a fair price and said they could get it done the same day. They started draining our old one and left to go pick up the new one. Paul and Anderson were excellent to work with, very professional. We will definitely use Thompson Brothers again and highly recommend them! A+

Thompson Brothers worked to figure out what was actually causing my continuous clogging and fixed it (a mega block in our pipe). This has been a problem for a year and they are the only ones that actually got to it, and did a fantastic job. I will not hesitate to call them again when needed. They were also on time, friendly, and honest. I am very grateful for their hard work.

Thompson Brothers has been to our older home several times for various repairs, as well as full scale remodeling of all of our bathrooms. They are reliable, trustworthy and respectful. They show up when they say they are going to show up. They are respectful of your home and they dont damage their surroundings while working. Ive had to leave the house when they have been working and I completely trust them in my home. I highly recommend Thompson Brothers.

I didnt use their services but when I do need the services they offer, I will 100% use this company. I am a security guard for a large company here in Louisville, KY. Two people from Thompson Brothers Plumbing came into my work. They had found a phone with a work ID for an employee at the company I work at. They found it while leaving a job they were doing. I dont know how far away from my work they found it but they took the time to bring in a complete strangers phone and work ID. Its rare to find honest people. I just wanted to let possible customers know how honest and awesome these people are!

Thompson Brothers Plumbing did an excellent professional job in installing our new sewer line! Had us hooked up to the sewer all in one day! No interruption in using the bathrooms or service! I liked the high quality heavy pipe they used and the use of rock to prevent pipe settling. Friendly, kind and professional people! We used Thompson brothers for many years at our business and they did an excellent job maintaining our restaurant that was in a building over a hundred and thirty years old. Recently,they replaced our hot water heater at home. Mark did a first class job. Highly recommend.

Thompson Bros. did the plumbing on my new home over five years ago so I decided to try them for follow up work. Theyve ran black pipe and additional exterior spigots and some repair work. They are timely and professional and reasonable. I wouldnt trust the pipes in my home to anyone else.

KSJ has been using Thompson Bros. Plumbing for several years and has been more than satisfied with their service each and every time. The girls that field the calls are always polite and understanding to the problems that we are having and manage to get the technicians to us in a prompt time frame. The technicians call while in route to us, check in when they get on the property, and always come back and let management know what services they performed. They are polite and curtious to the staff and the tenants. As a property manager to a 4 building complex, it is more than nice to know that KSJ can depend on excellent work and nothing less.

Thompson Bros gave me the best estimate for a basement kitchen and bath, rough-in and finish. They were patient and understanding through all the time it took to finish. Jacob, Chad, Freddie and the office staff all communicated and responded in a timely fashion. Since then, Ive had other plumbing jobs done by them - always professional, efficient and reasonable. Im so glad they were recommended to me! I have already recommended them to several others.

Thompson Brothers Plumbing is the only plumbing contractor we will ever use again! I am so happy to have found them for our new additions. They were polite, courteous and clean. Installers were very professional and got the job done quickly. I absolutely love our two new bathrooms, our whole house water filtration system and our new water heater. These were the updates our old country home needed! No headaches from these guys! They took care to do the job right.
