Shane Gibson Plumbing made it to my doorstep before I could even get a call back from other plumbing companies. He advised me of exactly what was going on, and why it happened. He then only charged me for what was absolutely necessary to make the repairs, he was in and out like a flash. He was professional, courteous, respectful of my home leaving the area cleaner than it was when he arrived. I expected to pay 3X what my total bill ended up being. Shane came out the morning after I called and was extremely polite and knowledgeable. The work preformed included the replacement of an old toilet flange, replacement of existing lead drainage pipe with PVC as well as replacing the main shut off valve to the house. I would hands down recommend Shane to anyone in need of a plumber.

We have called Shane several times over the past year. He shows up on schedule, and is a real professional. This last time, he tried to clear a drain, and his equipment couldnt reach the clog. He not only was able to tell us where the problem was, HE DIDNT CHARGE US A DIME FOR HIS TIME. Shane also referred us to another company that had the correct equipment.
