If you need a plumber, look no further! I called, they came and they fixed! What a different world it would be if our work world would operate using Rodney Terry Plumbing’s philosophy. From my first phone call to the completed job we were treated with the attentiveness and upmost respect. From the owner and the office staff to the on job workmen we have only words of thanks. I could not be happier that I found Rodney Terry Plumbing. After countless plumbers coming out or not interested in touching the issue, Rodney Terry plumbing stepped up. Upon purchasing a new to me home, I had severe issues with sewage smell in the house. They were able to uncover 2 issues and fix them both quickly. Matt and Isaac were amazing! They are friendly, listed to all concerns, talked through all potential issues/solutions. They were very up front and honest. Their pricing is very reasonable for the high quality work that was completed. Another side note, Tiffany their office team member is amazing as well. She was always quick to get me answers (although I felt like I was probably annoying her:) ) Overall, I am super satisfied. I will definitely us moving forward and have already recommended to a family member.

Ethan did a great job installing a kitchen sink in our basement by rerouting our existing vents and drains to create a cleaner and more professional look. There was a lot of necessary plumbing and faucets for all the accessories on our sink. I applaud his patience as our sink did not come with all the required parts. All accessories are operating great including a mug rinser and extra faucet and hook up for a garbage disposal. This is the second time we have used Rodney Terry Plumbing and will continue to do so.

Terry Plumbing has my business from this point forward. Honest, friendly and did not try to sell me something I was sure I needed. He fixed the issue with my disposal and unclogged the drain at a very fair price. He even came early as I was scheduled for later in the upcoming week. Great service. 5 stars.

Terry Plumbing exceeded our expectations. The two men came to our house at 8:30 to unclog our kitchen sink, take out the existing pedestal sink and install a new vanity. They completed the entire job in two (2) hours. Unbelievable!The servicemen were professional, knowledgeable, polite, cleaned up their working area.Other larger plumbing companies in the Louisville market estimated 6-8 hours work at a much higher hourly rate. We will always use Terry Plumbing for are plumbing needs and recommend them to other people.Great job Terry Plumbing, thank you for your incredible service.Steve Zagar

Couldnt be more helpful with excellent service. I first contacted Terry Plumbing when I had a basement remodel job at the recommendation from a general contractor friend of mine. He made a full bathroom from a partial which included a rough in under a concrete slab. Ive since had him back twice now, once to replace an old hot water heater and once more to move some piping. I knew I called the right guy when multiple contractors complimented his work before I had a chance to hide it behind the drywall.

These folks do good work. Had pinhole leak issue in our entire plumbing system and had to replace everything in our home. Had three people bid the job. Terry clearly had the best understanding of where the pipes were running and where theyd have to cut drywall to make the replacements. They made about half the cuts others expected to make and did the job very well.

I own a hardwood flooring business and we have been using Rodney Terry for the past 4 years. After we install a new hardwood floor they come in behind my crews and reset toilets and sinks. We recently moved to a new location and we had several bathrooms that needed facet repairs and toilet leaks repaired. I would highly recommend Rodney Terry for all of your plumbing needs.

We had a bad garbage disposal in a home we just purchased. It was also backing up water. One plumber came out, said it was rusted beyond repair, wanted an insane amount of money to replace it. Time for another quote.We called Terry Plumbing. They gave us a reasonable quote over the phone. Mr. Terry got here, used an Allen wrench, made a couple turns, pressed a reset button, and suddenly it was working. A couple of glasses of ice later, we had a perfectly functional and draining garbage disposal.While I dont know plumbing, I do a lot about troubleshooting. I very much appreciated the knowledge and experience of plumbing he had to actually come in and troubleshoot the problem and not sell us an unnecessary repair. And I appreciated the fairness in pricing and the honesty to not do the unnecessary repair.Customer for life!
