Had a blockage in toilet line and gave this company a call based on many positive reviews. Was told they would arrive within a couple of hours and they did so. Quickly jumped on the project, removing toilet and running power auger line to the clog explaining everything they were doing. Finished the job in less then a hour and charged much less then I was expecting. Will definitely use this company again for any plumbing needs.

Had clogged sink drain in the bathroom. After some unsuccessful adventures with my dad we gave up and called in. They had Kyle out within a matter of hours. 2 hours after showing up everything working according. Price quoted was spot on and fair. While he was there noticed the clogged drain could do to be updated and that sink and one additional sink needed to be replaced as they were falling out of the walls. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable and the price point was reasonable we went ahead with the quote and got everything done. Kyle and his team went above and beyond what was asked. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience. Responsive, prompt, and professional. Keith came to fix a steady leak from our shower faucet after I was unable to get the set screw out to get to the cartridge. Ended up having to cut the handle off entirely which necessitated a run to the store - Keith took care if all of it, kept me informed throughout, and gave me options every step of the way.I couldn’t recommend this company enough and if you are lucky enough to have Keith come out just know you are in great hands.

Super nice guys to work with and less fussy than some of the other companies we had worked with before. In one of our first conversations, by happen-stance, Kyle referred me to a contractor who specializes in European wet rooms. A wet room was exactly what we wanted. All the other companies we had received estimates from had no idea what I was asking for. They all tried to sell me on something less modern/functional. Kyle does honest work too. If they make a mistake they own it and make it right without hesitation. Thanks Kyle!

I called a couple of other plumbers and they were either on vacation, not able to come within the next 48hrs or they required a credit card to schedule. Nine Line Plumbing was able to schedule me for the very next day if not that same day! They were able to diagnose and fix my plumbing issue right away. I feel their fees were reasonable. The young lady answering the phones and scheduling was very nice and met my standards for good ole customer service as well as the plumbers. This was a commercial job and I hope to use them for my personal/residential plumbing projects as well! Very pleased customer here!

Called them out for a leaking water heater. The estimate was very reasonable for the product that would be used. We scheduled an install date. The company communicated well with me the day of the install. They were prompt. After installation I was shown the new unit, explained how the ignition worked and asked if I had any questions. They also offer a very good service policy (especially if your home is older) that is well defined and easy to understand which I purchased as well.I highly recommend Nine Line for your plumbing needs. And a plus for me is that it is Veteran owned.

I called Nine Line Plumbing after my house was inspected and we discovered we had a slow gas leak in our furnace (scary) LG&E came and shut out gas, when I called Nine Line they immediately took action and send someone out. Scott was so nice he fixed the issue and got LG&E Back on. The repairman Scott was on time, very nice, respectful and had great communication skills. Mary is absolutely wonderful. My water heater burst on a Friday afternoon, around 5 PM. I went through my home warranty for coverage and Nine-Line was assigned to me as the contractor. Mary called me at 8:30 PM, well outside their hours of operation, out of concern I wouldnt get the help I needed fast enough as they do not have weekend hours. Even though AHS wouldnt assign me a new contractor and I had to wait until the following Tuesday, a part of me is glad they didnt. Mary was incredibly communicative and supportive, and the servicers who inspected my situation and installed a new water heater were kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Nine Lines services was a new plumbing service for me but I was pleasantly surprised by the job they did for us. It was a fairly extensive job with the repair of several toilets, some faucets and drain cleaning etc. Their technician was very professional and punctual, and seemed to know his trade. They listened to my needs and explained the process very well. Kyle, the owner, was himself involved in some of the explanations, which tell me he cares about he quality of service his company delivers. The lady who answers the phone for them and schedules their appointments is one of the most pleasant people in that role that I have encountered in a while. On Christmas Day we noticed a bubble in our flooring (indicating a water leak) near or refrigerator. We turned the water off to the ice maker and contacted our warranty who assigned us with Nine Lines. At the time there had been a deep freeze in the area and several people were suffering with burst pipes and other emergencies. (Because of that- I did not expect immediate service).We got a call the very next day and service was scheduled. The job was not completed that day because we had to have insurance approval- but the leak was repaired and it ended being a little more invasive than originally thought- but Nine Lines fixed everything efficiently.I will call them for any future plumbing need.

Very professional, they came out here to fix a mistake another plumbing company made and not only did the plumber fix it he completely rebuilt the pipes instead of just trying to take the easy way out and patch stuff up.
