The technician that came out to look at my furnace was super helpful and honest about what was going on. I needed a new furnace before it gets too cold and they sent somebody out and they got it done as soon as they could and before he left he even set the heat, so my animals wouldn’t get too cold. Very thoughtful. When I had questions they were all very helpful at the office and got back to me quickly. Overall great experience!

KCC installed my TRANE HVAC system yesterday. Bottom line, they have been a class act from start to finish. I only took quotes from companies meeting my filter criteria: A+ BBB rating, NATE trained technicians and great reviews. Of the other five companies I took quotes from, most were in the same quoted price range but one was quite a bit lower. I actually called KCC to cancel their appointment and spoke with Ronen Danino. He said “Give us a chance to earn your business.” So I did, and they beat that best quote by $500.I know TRANE is legendary for its’ reliability and quality. I read that TRANE is the only one to get perfect 5’s from Consumer Reports. Two more things that were greatly appreciated from KCC: a) Communication throughout the process was stellar. Anytime I had a question, I was immediately put through to Ronen and got whatever information I needed; and b) The technicians were also very professional and valued good communication. Jack and his crew completed a flawless installation of a pretty complicated situation. The compressor required a crane to install on the roof and my air handler/heater was on a cramped, elevated platform inside my pantry. We are putting KCC on our recommended list at Merchantile Gallery Lofts and I will highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

When I tell you these people saved us…they saved us! Our AC condenser went out and we were HOT! Had a bad experience with a company basically about to try and take advantage of us in an awful condition. KCC was recommended by a friend and they knocked it out of the park. I would highly suggest them. They went above and beyond to help with our AC and cooling our house down. Even cleaned outdoor unit and adjusted vents!

Edit:The unit KCC installed 15 years ago reached the end of its service life. Because of their good service and support since the initial installation, it was an easy choice to have them install my new heat pump.The installation techs (Ronnie and Jack) were friendly and appropriately informative as they progressed through the installation process. I was totally at ease during their time in my home. They cleaned up when finished and tested the system to assure proper operation.I was especially pleased with the pad and support stand for the outside condensing unit. They leveled the ground to assure it would be stable for the life of the unit, and the support stand raised the unit to assure no damage from landscaping or while trimming around it.End of edit.I purchased a new HVAC system from them five years ago. They are competitively priced and clearly communicate the scope of work they perform. Their installers are friendly, professional, quick and clean up after completing their work.They have performed periodic service on my equipment and their service technicians exhibit a high level of courtesy and expertise. I especially appreciate that they wear disposable boot covers when entering my home to assure they keep my floors clean and free of outside debris.

I researched and found that my AC/Furnace were over 33 years old and decided to replace them with new efficient units. I also added a HEPA system, and UV light to help with allergies, as I have allergies. I was provided a quote for the systems to be installed, was installed in a timely manner, and when I had a concern with the noise the HEPA system made, they made it all right. Very happy with the service and product used. House is warmer and quiet.

This company diagnosed a problem that a previous company had misdiagnosed, causing further problems, and subsequently abandoned. KCC spent a LOT of hours diagnosing the problem and attempted to repair it before replacing the coil and a valve, which are expensive. They didnt charge me for most of the hours they spent here, they fixed the problem (it ended up being the coil, still under warranty, and a certain valve, which had probably been the source of the problem to begin with, but having been misdiagnosed by another company, the coil was fried). Kentuckiana Comfort Center technicians were very helpful, knowledgeable, reliable and fair. I use them in my business (Realtor with Re/Max Metro), I have a service contract with them for my own property, and I highly recommend them.

The technicians were easy to communicate with and taught my mom and me about the new system and thermostat. The furnace was install in a utility room on the floor. Furnace exhaust pipe is positioned on the front of the unit were a person could be accidentally burned if they Contact the pipe. KCC removed the initial exhaust pipe and installed a protected exhaust pipe at no additional charge. KCC’s staff members were very helpful providing a solution.

KCC has been on of the best companies I have dealt with by far. I have used them AND only them for my heating and AC needs. They are very prompt, precise and affordable. I had an issue with my AC when I first moved in and they were quick with a response and taking care of the problem, and the same goes with my heat. When I had an issue with it, they were there the very next day to look at the issue. Never once did they try to upsell me and push a product that I didn’t want or need, and they were honest and upfront with everything. I will continue to use them and I highly recommend them to anyone!

I will say this, my experiences dealing with KCC have been outstanding - in particular, Jill Duvall in the residential department. I cant recommend this company enough if youre looking for a responsive, friendly and effective HVAC service provider. They have been honest and straight-forward from the beginning and Ive always felt like they treated me fairly. Kentuckiana Comfort Center is easily the best HVAC contractor in the city of Louisville.
