We have been using H2O for quite some time. Not only are they trustworthy and very reliable as well as very reasonable with their pricing, they show up when they are supposed to and they do the best work out of anyone that we have ever used! A special thank you to Tom Jones, as he came out yesterday and fixed some issues that my original contractors were unable to resolve. He is friendly and professional and the most knowledgeable contractor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. H20 has a special man that should be recognized for his quality workmanship and his attention to detail! Thank you Tom and H20!

We had a few plumbing issues along with a small gas leak in a new construction home we recently moved into. We didnt originally use H20, but Tom Jones and Nolan came out and their professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail is something you dont see much of anymore. Tom took the time to explain why we were having issues and how he was going to fix them. It was also great to see how he shared his knowledge and experience with Nolan who was his apprentice, I believe. I can only speak to my experience with Tom, but it appears H20 hires the right people and wants to make sure the customer is taken care of. I couldnt recommend them enough.

Plumbing woes are never fun, but H2O took the stress out of it. Water heater went out and they were there first thing the next morning after calling for an appointment. Patrick and his sidekick diagnosed and repaired our unit quickly and clean up when they were finished. In and out, easy peasy. We have hot water, which makes everyone in the house happy again. I just wanted to say that this is a great company!! I called and spoke with nice folks in the office and they sent Patrick and his helper (former Marine) out the same afternoon to find and fix my leak. I thought my shower was leaking, but come to find out, a copper pipe underneath the shower was leaking, causing water to go everywhere. These guys were pros, got me fixed up fast, and the price was right. They got a customer for life out of me now!! Thanks for being professional, honest, and timely!!!

I can’t say enough great things about this company! They did all the plumbing work for a new bathroom in our basement. They started the job in December, and had to wait on us to get some other construction work done before they could come back and finish. It took us three months to finish the other work, but they never asked for one penny before they came back and completed the job in March! I was shocked that they never contacted us regarding the $5,500 that we owed them! That’s a trusting company!! They showed up on time, they were professional, very polite, they cleaned up after themselves, and their price was extremely reasonable for all the work they did! I will never call anyone else for my plumbing needs, and I highly, HIGHLY recommend them!! Thanks H2O, for a job very well done!!!Btw, I’ve never rated a company- that’s how strongly I feel about this one!

Honest and affordable company. Called them a couple of years ago for a second opinion after initially calling a big-name plumbing service. They were straight with me and didnt try to oversell me on a service I didnt really need yet. Gave me some honest advice for a future major sewer line repair. Ive now called them for several minor things since, and will not use any other company. Great service, and will be hiring them for the big job when the time comes.

I thought I needed my main sewer line replaced. A bunch of plumbers were happy to come out and quote me $7k to replace it. Mark was the only one that suggested MSD look at it first. Not only did he recommend it he made the call and started the process for me. He did go ahead and quote the job and was well below the rest of the usual suspects. MSD came out and within 2 days had the issue resolved. Mark even followed up with me to make sure they got it. He may have cost himself a job but he totally did what was best for me, something no other plumber was willing to do. He did however gain a customer for life. Thanks Mark.

They were recommended by a trusted contractor. Showed up within hours of the call and were able to solve my problems with galvanized pipes and the stack. Reasonable services, friendly and helpful plumbers. I will only use them moving forward!

Previous plumber quit, so he recommended H20 Publishing LLC. I could not be more please. I called at 3:30pm on a Monday and was given a first thing Tuesday 9am appointment. They called a little before 9am to confirm and said they were on the way. 9:19 two very polite and hard working you men showed up to change out a commode and put in a new water line and shut off valve. At 10:01 they were done and out the door. They worked fast, clearly knowledgeable and came in $30 less than quoted. VERY please and HIGHLY recommend this firm. I will be using them again for my plumbing needs.

My Mom had a drain that was malfunctioning for some reason. All I know is that there was poo poo coming into her basement I called H20 Service. They immediately sent someone out to fix it! I explained that my mom was on a fixed income and they said they could work with that it wont be that expensive! Lo and behold it wasnt! It was really adorable and they fixed it super fast! And their lead tech was from Ohio, so he was a fellow buckeye! OH---- IO! Thanks! Ill be calling them again for any of my plumbing needs.

We have used H20 for old clogged pipes and for new construction. In all cases they have been fantastic. Plumbing is never cheap, but having helpful, trustworthy, and respectful workers that do quality work makes choosing H20 easy. Finding a good plumber is not easy. I’m so thankful H20 is in our community and that we have such a quality company to call on when needed!

Greatest bunch of plumbers I know. They respond right away and will come to your house on the same day. Always polite and I never feel like I have been taken advantage of for the job.
