I hired Daniel Brown to re-pipe underneath the kitchen sink, add a garbage disposal, replace the washing machine Valves and most of all run a gas line for a new gas range. The plumbers arrived on time they were pleasant, kind and respectful. They completed the work as promised and ahead of schedule. Could not have been better or nicer. Had a clog some where inside our home internal pipes. Beau came out and after 40 feet of snake coil into the drain pipe line inside our home the clogs were gone and our toilets and showers that had water backup drained and returned to normal.Very courteous, respectful of the interior of the house (as the pipe cap was in out finished basement) no mess to clean up after he left and he explained everything prior to actually doing the work.Highly recommend these folks.

Weve used Daniel Brown several times and have always had an amazing experience. We first used them to replace an old water heater with a new tankless. We then had them out to fix a copper drain pipe that had eroded on us. Finally we had them out recently to repair a gas leak in our lines connected to a fireplace (triggered our gas alarm and LG&E disconnected our gas D:)They are extremely professional, very friendly, and always explain what they are doing. I feel like they charge a fair price and whenever I look at the work theyve done I always feel like it was done with an extremely high quality. They arent a company that takes shortcuts. They also are very good at communicating in general. I would 100% recommend Daniel Brown, theyre awesome :D

We needed 2 hose spigots replaced in our home, learning the hard way that we didn’t handle them correctly this past winter. Rick from Brown Plumbing was diligent and thorough, and expertly navigated a difficult project that we could never have completed ourselves. Our 114 year old home is full of fun little surprises from when it was flipped in 2018, so it is not uncommon for seemingly small jobs to become a lot more complicated once repairs are underway. Rick made sure to keep me informed throughout the process and gave an honest assessment of what was required. At the end of the job, we are left with something far more functional. It is clear they will do the job correctly, or they won’t do it at all. After a rough experience with a different plumbing service, it was refreshing to work with a group that clearly cares and provides straightforward quotes and feedback. While I hope our plumbing issues are few and far between, we will not hesitate to reach out to Brown if/when the need arises.

They came to my house after Tom drexler failed to unclog my tub drain on two occasions and told me I need to repipe my whole system for $4500. I forget his name but the man from brown plumbing quickly got the drain fixed. And said there was no need to repipe anything. Brown plumbing will be my first call from now on and will recommend to others.

Needed the igniter button replaced on our water heater, the company we normally use swore up and down it couldnt be replaced and that we would need a whole new pilot unit. Called Daniel this morning, said he could have someone out within an hour or so. Taylor showed up, took it apart said he would have to go by the shop to get a button since he didnt have it on his truck. Back a few minutes later, put on the part, I paid him and he was on his way. Wont be using our other outfit anymore. Very happy!

They were able to get out to my house almost immediately. Donald, their technician, was very friendly and extremely conscientious about keeping my floors and the area around his workspace clean. Donald was able to get my mainline unclogged quickly and did so without any major mess to clean up which is almost impossible to do when running the drain snake. Long story short, Tom Drexler plumbing came to snake my kitchen sink. After about three hours of on and off snaking/sitting in truck to write quotes...he concluded that I needed 25+feet of pipe replaced and quoted me 1900 (after numerous discounts, because he shouldve charged me 3400). Its Christmas time and I just couldnt afford that. Called another guy, who didnt even bother trying to snake and quoted me at least 1100. Finally found Daniels number and he had me on the phone for twenty minutes trying to help me fix problem. Came out on a Saturday and 125 dollars later my sink is fixed and a lifelong customer has been made! It was like having a family member just doing me a favor. He was warm, knowledgeable and confident. So thankful for his quality service this Holiday season!
