The communication was excellent. Scheduling our appointment was easy and we were given a great heads-up phone call to let us know they were on the way. They even called to see if they could come by earlier than planned. The husband/wife team were very kind and although my lighting & fan fixture was a embarrassing operator error, they were generous and didnt make me feel bad about it. Found out they had just completed work on my next door neighbors remodel, and that landlord said he was pleased with them as well! I assured them I will be calling them for my next electrical issue!

They secured & grounded the weatherhead on my outside electrical line, replaced 3 security lights, 4 outside electrical outlets and 2 inside switches and checked the power to my dishwasher. I highly recommend this business.

Can’t speak more highly. I contacted four or five companies for a hot tub installation and only two got back to me and Zwicker was one of them. They literally went above and beyond to get me scheduled and get my project completed quickly and done well. I feel like everybody works to figure out who their go to plumber is and who their go to mechanic is. I can definitely tell you who my go to electrician is. Zwicker.

Terry Zwicker came out and did an assessment due to me losing power to my garage and determined that it was in the wiring that was buried underground. Terry came out today to perform the job on time, during the trenching it was discovered the electrical wiring that ran to the garage was only 4.5 inches under ground and was shorting out with heavy rain and had kept blowing my breaker, which has happened off and on since moving here in 2017. He was very thorough, explained his process and any other issues he had come across. I will not use ANY other electrician. He is very honest, prompt and professional. I will definitely be using him in the future when and if any other electrical issues arise. Zwicker Electric (Terry and Renee) removed an existing chandelier and an existing ceiling fan from a high ceiling area (approx 18 ft), and installed two large and heavy chandeliers in their place. They had to use a 16 ft ladder to reach each ceiling electrical box. They were extremely careful setting the ladder up, making sure not to scuff the floors, walls, or ceilings. They were very careful disconnecting the fixtures and lowering them to the ground. They then connected the support chains, spliced the wiring, and carefully raised the fixtures to their final height, connected the wiring to the power source, and then tested each fixture to make sure they both worked properly. The living room chandelier weighed almost sixty pounds, so Terry reinforced the support box with additional screws to insure a sturdy and sound support. They cleaned up their leftover materials and made sure the work area was left as it was originally. I was impressed with Terrys knowledge of and adherence to the applicable electrical codes, and his ingenuity and clever solutions to solve minor issues with the installation. The costs for this project were reasonable, and I was able to schedule the installation date and time online for a time that worked for me - and that is the date and time that they showed up! I will definitely use Zwicker again for any electrical projects I have in the future.

So happy with this company!!! They were very quick to respond and provide a reasonable quote (very fair for the big work they did). They did an excellent job repairing and replacing my old outlets and breaker box, getting everything up to code. I feel safer in my new-old home. They were also nice and considerate to my little dogs, which is always a plus in my book!!! Im planning on contacting them again for future upgrades!

I had a breaker switch that wasnt working. So my xmas lights werent working outside.When Terry from Zwicker flipped the switch it all turned on. Apparently I didnt push the switch over hard enough. I was a little embarrassed and he didnt charge me for the call. Thank you for that!But I have used this place in the past for hanging lights and ceiling fans and other electrical work and Ive always been pleased by their work and professionalism.I like that they call if they are running a little behind.Ill be calling them back after the New Year to charge out more light fixtures for me.

Top notch company! I have a 110 yr old house with a mix of older knob and tube connected into newer wiring. Lost power to most of my second floor. Left a message on Saturday - Terry called back shortly after and was in the area and came by to check. Turns out it was not a simple fix, so came back the next week - traced out the wiring and found a poorly installed junction box from years ago. His office staff kept me posted on his arrival time. He and his assistants were totally respectful of my property, and he took the time to explain what had happened to cause the problem. Absolutely will use again for any electrical needs.

He said he wouldnt leave until my electric was on and he kept his word going above and beyond and waiting for LG&E.Highly recommend. Will be my go to for any future electrical needs.

I was very pleased with my experience with Zwicker Electric. They did quite a bit of work for us including troubleshooting why plugs didnt work. They charged way less than other estimates we had been given, and on both days arrived early, and went straight to work. The electricians were very professional and friendly. Fantastic experience! My husband and I realized 3 of our outlets weren’t working after the big storm a few weeks ago. This included the outlet our refrigerator was connected to. After making sure the breaker wasnt tripped, my husband changed the outlets but they still weren’t working. Zwicker was able to come out quicker than any other company we called. The day of our appointment, they actually called and said they could be there earlier if we were available. The gentleman who came out checked the outlets then pulled a wire on the breaker box and of course everything worked. He also said that he thought the refrigerator was bad and causing one of the outlets to trip. My husband thanked him for coming out and asked how much the service fee was. They shook hands and he told my husband not to worry about it, and contact them if we had any other needs. We will definitely be reaching out again and have told our friends, family, and coworkers of our great experience!

I got multiple quotes to put in a new 220V circuit and run wiring for an electric water heater. Zwicker electric was the best price by far, so much so that I was nervous about hiring them. But they came out on time, were very professional and courteous, did a FANTASTIC job, and left the house clean. I have a hand-written paper taped inside my breaker box where I tried to figure out which breakers went to which devices in the house when I first moved in, and they even took the time to update my sheet for me. it was a nice personal touch. I would recommend Zwicker to anyone and will be returning with any future problems I have.
