These Guys are totally awesome, I was in town for a Monday delivery but I went by their shop to see them f I could park for the weekend. Nevertheless, Troy and his Brother met me in the lot and asked if I something for them. Well of course I said yes and they proceeded to assist in unloading a huge generator. Once we unloaded and completed paperwork, Troy allowed me to park on his property for the weekend. In conclusion, he even gave me a much needed ride to the Car Rental Company . I can only imagine how he treats his customers!! Thanks Troy you’ve saved my weekend!!!!!

We have used Corrigan for 2 or 3 times in the past year, and I had previously used them for electrical needs at my office (I recently retired, so no longer perform those duties). We were very pleased with this recent service at our home. As usual, what was supposed to be a simple replacement of a ceiling fan w/ light unit became complicated due to unforeseen circumstances. Tony, our technician, was extremely resourceful, and, with the assistance of his supervisor/co-worker at the office, who made an extra trip to the store to purchase the special part we needed, made it a most successful outcome. We fully expected to pay for the extra time that was spent in waiting for this to happen, and for the repairs to then be completed. Imagine our surprise when the bill did NOT include the extra down-time. I cannot complicate Corrigan enough on a well-run business with excellent technicians, including Angie who handles the phones (and probably a million other things), who honestly care about their customers needs - and wallets. I highly recommend them for all your electrical needs.

Corrigan Electric went above and beyond to help my family during an emergency situation. A family member has a medical condition that requires oxygen to survive. Our generator was broken and a dangerous ice storm was coming that was probably going to cause us to lose power. Shawn Corrigan and the entire Corrigan team bent over backwards to install a generator before the storm came potentially saving a life. We will always be indebted to Corrigan Electric for their kindness, skill, and professionalism.

I was so impressed with the experience we had with Corrigan. Marianne and Tucker worked on our extensive home renovation and really added value - beyond the excellent work they did. They worked hard every day and added key input in decisions weighing function with finished look (which I really appreciated), were patient, polite, and approached their work with excellence -all with smiles on their faces (even a song from time to time!). These two young employees were friendly, great communicators and conscientious- leaving their workspace (our home) clean every day. Corrigan is lucky to have them representing them. Corrigan did a nice job from start to finish. Eric was helpful with initial planning, proposal and purchase. Tony Hughes came to our home to do the work. There was a minor error in amps of the cord necessary to plug into the generator but Tony & Corrigan rectified that quickly and professionally. Finally, Tony stayed to ensure we understood how the system worked and fired it up ourselves. Office staff was also helpful every step of the way as well.

They recommended lighting in areas that made a tremendous improvement over the original plan. They were prompt, courteous and friendly. We had our electrical panel upgraded, 28 recessed lights installed, along with some miscellaneous electrical work done in our house. The job was completed today 08/19/24. Travis and Nate were the electricians working our job. They were very professional, cordial, polite and did a great job for us. They kept the job site very clean and arrived each day at the promised time. The only issues we had with the entire process was with the scheduling of the job and 2 things we talked to the sales counselor/estimator about having done that did not get included in our estimate and we missed it when reviewing the paperwork and approving the estimate. The scheduler told us this would be a 2 day job, it actually took 5 days. This is not a reflection of the electricians that worked at our house, but of the scheduling process. We had a great experience and we would call on Corrigan again for any of our future electrical needs. The addition of the recessed lights have made a huge difference in our 56 year old house, we love the new fixtures.

We had a pull-chain light stop working in our basement and needed a problem with electrical outlets in our garage diagnosed and fixed. Tony was efficient, courteous, helpfully answered questions, and took care of both issues. He also worked on the exhaust fan in our bathroom. Corrigan has had to order a replacement fan that will fit, but Tony did a good job cleaning up after taking out the old fan.

Had a great experience with Corrigan today. My outlet suddenly went out that my fridge was connected to, and I was absolutely panicking about losing all my food by the time I could get someone here to fix it (which, coincidentally I had just filled with $200 worth of groceries). I called Corrigan and spoke with Angie, who was just absolutely lovely and helpful, and they were able to get someone out to my house within literally 2 hours!! The gentleman was extremely polite and quickly was able to fix the problem and also explain to me what happened. He also offered to and was willing to fix another electrical problem I had in my kitchen which I had put off for years. Not only did my fridge get saved, but I can use all my outlets again! He was also extremely considerate and cleaned up every bit of dust, above and beyond what he had to. The price was very reasonable and they did not even charge me an extra fee for the expedited service. I would definitely trust them to handle any future work and am so grateful to them for saving the day!

Was called by the company explaining it’s not their fault that our generator failed two nights ago. It’s the manufacturer (faulty starter ). Preventive maintenance plan for an annual fee of $335 is not a guarantee to prevent these types of failures. You be the judge whether $335 per year is worth paying. They did come within 2 hours to repair the generator at 1am when we called them. They are not charging us for that service because it apparently is covered under warranty

We had been wanting a standby generator since the heavy Freeze of 2008. We were finally in a position to get one and Corrigan was referred to us by a trusted electrician. I called and was referred to James. He was excellent. Not only was he knowledgeable, he took time to understand our needs and concerns.James came to the house and surveyed our electrical needs and made a recommendation. Once we agreed on a setup, Corrigan took care of everything including contacting and arranging for the city services that were required.James recommended the annual service contract and we felt that it was a value worth spending for. In the several years that weve had our generator, it is a comfort to know that the regular maintenance is taken care of and that were covered for any interim service that may be required.The office staff at Corrigan is knowledgeable and helpful. Mr. Corrigan came by and was extremely professional with his presentation.We sighed up and awaited the installation.The installation took place as scheduled. The two installers who came on-sight (Oakley and Dan) were equally professional. They were on-site just a few minutes after 8:00 AM. Immediately they introduced themselves to me and began to tell me what they were at my home to accomplish. After they looked the job over and without me asking they gave me a solid estimation on approximately how long it would take. Moved into an older home that needed a lot of electrical work including upgraded service panel, about 15 outlets and installation of lighting. In all, a three day job. Corrigan sent a crew of four to do the work. After delaying by two days, they showed up and worked diligently to get the job done. They did quality work, enough so that I called back to install more lighting and more general electrical work. Im very pleased with their work and commitment to doing the jobs right. The only complaint I have is that they did not show up as I scheduled a month before and were two days late. They showed up on Wednesday and had to rush to get done by Friday. So they left behind a mess of wood shavings and the inspector found two issues with the work. They also removed some older circuits that should have stayed. I called Corrigan and they immediately promised to make things right and they did including adding another light for free. For big jobs, no matter what, I have found it always best to learn about what you want done and look over the workmen to make sure they do what you want. Its better to correct along the way than it is to call for corrections later. Ill use Corrigan again. Had they showed on time, I think they would have had time to do everything to standard and I would have given 5 stars.

If you dont read my lengthy praise below, know this... CORRIGAN IS AWESOME!This past Friday, I had the most outstanding service from Corrigan Electric Co. Due to an unplanned incident, I needed my electric meter base, riser and service entry replaced. I had no electricity until that was done. Id never needed an electrician before so I started with the list on Google. Before calling Corrigan, Id contacted about 10 other companies. Every one of them said they were too busy to help me. Most of them are kind of rude about it too. When I called Corrigan, the employee who answered the phone was so kind and professional. She took all of the information about the the situation and then, after a moment, connected me with Shawn. Even though he was heading for a meeting, Shawn took the time to fully understand the situation and asked me to send him some pictures. In the meantime, he was checking with his teams (that were all out on jobs... They were busy too) to get an estimated time frame that someone could come out to help. Even at this point, if they were unable to find a team to help, I was so impressed with the professionalism and their appreciation that this was an emergency situation, that they already had an A in my book. About an hour later, they called and told me they had a team ready to come out. It wasnt long until Travis and Marianne pulled up in the Corrigan truck. They were ready to go with all the materials needed and got to work right away. Since I really couldnt do anything in the house, I sat on the patio and just watched and chatted a little bit with them as they worked. They were both not only professional, but really nice people. They didnt mind when I asked a stupid question about this or that nor did it slow them down at all. They worked together like a well-oiled machine knowing exactly what needed to be done. They were here for about 3 hours and worked the entire time. The quality of the workmanship was superb; they thoroughly cleaned up the area when finished; and they were great people! They now have a new customer for life. After talking to some friends who knew more about these things than myself, they said that the invoice total was right in line, if not better, than other electric companies. AWESOME JOB, CORRIGAN! YOU GUYS ROCK!

Electrician Brian came in on time. HE was very courteous and professional. He even wore a shoe cover so as not to drag outside dirt inside our home! We had an electrical outlet and cable jack installed on top of our fireplace behind out TV. He fixed our fireplace switch. He relocated a phone jack and electrical outlet in our kitchen. He cleaned up afterwards. Very quality work. Reasonably priced. We highly recommend Corrigan Electric and Brian.

The panel box at my grandsons home was a fire hazard and needed replacing badly. I had used Corrigan on my own home in the past and they were excellent to work with and gave me complete confidence in their commitments and professionalism. I thought I needed a panel replaced but after their inspection they assured me my amperage was more than sufficient in meeting my electrical needs. Kria was the service person who replaced the panel at my grandsons. He was friendly and made one feel comfortable in his ability to get the job done. I stayed with him during the replacement and he explained everything in detail as to what needed to be done and even took the time to check other wiring in the house and garages so that I knew exactly what may need to be done at a later date. Robin, the office manager. was more than helpful on the paperwork end of the project. Our 90 year old house needed lighting added to the detached garage, additional backyard security lighting and wiring for post lights and outlets to a deck we were having built. The team at Corrigan Electric worked closely with us and our deck contractors (St Matthews Fence and Deck - also excellent) to coordinate the installation. The job required trenching in the backyard, extensive work in the garage, basement and a crawlspace (yikes). All team members were professional, exceptionally efficient and open to questions or suggestions. I could always reach a knowledgeable and helpful staff member by phone whenever I had a question. The work was completed, as promised and on schedule with no disruption, confusion or problems whatsoever. My husband and I are thrilled with the end result. I highly recommend Corrigan Electric and will call them for any future electrical projects.

I just wanted to say that Corrigan electric are truly professional and do fast and great work, it took them about an 1 1/2 to fix a dead lag on our property that the neighbors fence digging screwed up, they came out on a Friday evening found the problem and fixed it in about an 1 1/2, how ever LG&E took four hours to push the meter back in, but anyway Corrigan electric will definitely get our business from here on out

A little late but the guys did do a good job and they knew what they were doing. Installed and fished a hdmi cable without any problems. Another plus was that the installer knows his country and western songs and sang along with Y2K on the Sirius Radio.
