I can not recommend this business enough. Tony was professional, personable, and an excellent communicator. We always knew the details of the work to be done ahead of time (including accurate costs) and problem-solving issues that came up was professional and painless. As for the actual work (removing wallpaper from every possible surface in our historic home) -- Tony is a magic worker. We could not believe how quickly and effectively he was able to do his job while keeping our plaster walls in great condition. Additionally, he had a very useful list of other contractors that he knew and trusted so that we could continue our renovation, including repairing the walls and doing the finishes (paint, wallpaper, etc). My only regret is that we cant hire 100 Tonys to work on the other restoration projects.

I called them when I bought my first home in 1995. There were several rooms of old foil wallpaper. They took it off and prepped the walls and the cost was VERY reasonable. So, when we bought our current home in 2007, and it had some wall paper edging, I called them immediately. Once again they came and did a super job. ALSO, they removed several rooms of popcorn ceiling. Over the years, Ive removed wallpaper and popcorn ceilings myself...but NOT after I met the Paper Puller. I will always use them. PS...in 1995, I asked them why it was so easy for them to removed all the paper, after a friend and I had struggled to do even a small section. They told me their secret...Its magic, they said. I believe them!

Dominic came over, gave me a great quote, scheduled a date to have the work completed, then came on time and got the job done. It took less time than I anticipated, and he did a great job. It looks wonderful. I highly recommend The Paper Puller if you have wallpaper you would like removed!
