To say Im thrilled, is an understatement! Storm damage is never fun, and the ensuing process of an insurance claim is even worse. Drew was absolutely fantastic to work with, providing very reasonable options to choose from. He knew I was in a must do situation, but was low pressure and made sure I understood all options even calling the owner while on site with questions on feasibility with my oversized windows! That was just the FIRST STEP. After that, everyone I worked with was absolutely amazing! Tina made sure financing was a smooth process, and kept me updated regularly. Marco and team were FUN... yes, installers were FUN to be around! They were polite, interacted, answered any and all questions and left the job site cleaner than they found it! Everyone was friendly, kind, and courteous throughout the whole process and made sure everything was taken care of! AND THE WINDOWS!!! High quality, and craftmanship from window to install. I have an immediate benefit of a more quiet, temperature comfortable home, not to mention they completely updated the look of my house! These windows were truly a silver lining to the horrible hail storm. I HIGHLY recommend working with this company, they are a gem!!

We are so happy with our shower from North Country Windows & Baths! It is absolutely beautiful! As a busy night shift RN, my favorite thing to do after work is to take a nice relaxing shower! Coming home to a beautiful, serene and large shower has been lovely and so relaxing!From step one it was so easy working with North Country! Derek, in sales, was informative and answered all our questions. Tina, in finance, made sure everything went smoothly and was set up the way we wanted. Lastly, our installer, Bayley, was so friendly and incredibly fast while also doing a great job! Everyone we worked with was A+ for customer service and friendliness! We highly recommend North Country Windows and Doors! Not only are our new windows, storm door and front door amazing, but the entire process was so smooth. Derek came to our home and looked at what we were needing. He was great at explaining the products and pointing out things we had not thought of. The gentleman who came to measure and the gals who called from the company were super nice. They all deserve the 5 stars for sure! The install crew however deserves 5+ stars with a cherry on top!! Tony and the 2 young gentleman who spent 2 days at our home installing our windows and doors were absolutely fantastic. They took their time to make sure everything was done correctly. They communicated along the way. We heard them say more than once that they do things the way they would do in their own homes. They cleaned up. We feel they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Plus they were a lot of fun to have around! Start to finish, we are super impressed! Excellent customer service. I was most impressed with the sales experience. I felt like they listened to what I needed and worked with me to reach a price I was comfortable with. There was no pressure to purchase which made the decision easier. The install process was smooth and the installers were courteous and knowledgeable. From start to finish, it was as smooth as possible! We are extremely pleased with the sales person who came to our home, the person who came to measure, and definitely the installer Clark! One of the many impressive selling points for us was the longevity of the people who have worked there. The windows came in a month earlier than anticipated, which was a wonderful surprise. Clark did a great job of getting them installed quickly and with no mess. We are very happy with the facelift our house received thus enhancing curb appeal, how quiet it has made the inside of our house and we look forward to better energy efficiency! A structural issue with our home necessitated a major remodel.That included replacing our shower. It had to be torn out for the issue to be addressed and then the new shower installed later. The folks at North Country went out of their way to accommodate our schedule and minimize the down time. We had been planning to replace some windows, so we decided to get that done too. In both cases, the installers were very efficient and courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. They did a fantastic job! I love my new shower and windows!

Love the new window. The install crew were amazing and did a great job. My only complaint would be the guy whos job is to measure the window. He has no people skills, and apparently doesnt know how to measure. Install crew had to go get extra materials from local lumber yard. Still giving 5 stars, one jerk isnt going to take away from my beautiful window.

Outstanding presentation of the products including samples to see which made it easier to imagine how the product will appear in my house. Excellent pricing compared with their competitors who appear to offer lesser quality products. In 2021 I had seven North Country windows put on the east side of my house. This year (2024) I was able to add three more on the north and west. Im impressed that the three pane and tint are great barriers for both hot and cold weather. I also like that the frame covers my 73 year old frames. The cost is worth the quality.

Our sales rep Drew did a great job explaining their windows, and the various options, and creating a plan that best worked for us. Then come install time, the install crew was extremely professional. They helped remove difficult window shades and worked quickly, efficiently, and extremely clean as my house looks as if they werent even there and new windows just appeared. I would highly recommend North Country Windows when looking to update and upgrade your house with new windows!

Jacuzzi Bathroom Installation scheduled for July 29, 2024 - but told could be earlier if an opening occurred. Got a call July 11 that there was an opening for July 12. Crew arrived around 7 AM and finished by 1 PM or so. Great guys who really knew their stuff and did an incredible job. Couldnt be more pleased. Now I have a happy wife!

Tony and Greg did a great job. They were professional and very courteous. Barely knew they were there. They showed up on time and finished when they said. We had 18 windows replaced and the new ones look great. Tony even went out of his way to clean out the gutter he noticed was clogged up while he was installing one of the windows. All in all we are very happy with this company. Before they left they cleaned up everything and demonstrated the operation of the windows and best way to clean them. Thank you for a job well done.

An oak library panel surrounds two floor-to-ceiling windows that needed replacing. Two companies said theyd try not to damage it. North Country guaranteed they would not damage -- & they didnt damage it! Installers Tony & Dylan also did a great job on the outside wrap. A previous company wed hired for other windows did a sloppy job on their last install with corners not matching exactly. They also left a metal tool that, had it not been bright red, I might have run over with our lawnmower. Clean-up by Tony & Dylan was flawless. This is our second install by North Country (they also did a set of sliding doors for us) & I highly recommend them.

Edit: Im adding to this review because some of what happened below is still relevant but, I wanted to add that we had some minor issues after our shower was installed and the installers came right out and fixed the issues right away. Some of them were just simple fixes didnt know didnt require much effort. The installers were friendly and professional.Even with the difficulties we had in the beginning, I would still recommend the service from this company. I logged in to change my review after being personally contacted by the sales manager to make sure that we were taken care of. To answer the question below, our pets are doing well. Thank you for asking.I do still wish wed asked a few more questions of the sales person before we got started that may have ended in our receiving what we were shown in our initial drawing. All in all though, we are very satisfied with the product we received and its working quite well. We would definitely consider working with this company again on future projects.Initial Review: The work crew was friendly and diligent although we were not given a straight forward work start and end time which caused unnecessary stress to our pets that had to be penned up for hours. The promises made by the sales rep and the work delivered varied distinctly although we are happy with the shower replacement. We do wish there had been more communication when the estimated time of installation passed by several weeks and we began to wonder if wed been forgotten. All in all, were happy with the outcome but would ask a lot more questions if we were to work with this company again.

We allowed the fun salesman into our home. He did the comparison of their window to others in a convincing manner. He gave us a great brochure to review. And we were sold. He did the numbers and wrote the contract. We waited for the delivery date of our custom order. It came. The team came to our home and introduced themselves then began to work. Ninety percent of their work was done outside for tearing out the old windows and putting in the new. Never leaving an open window area open, for very long. In one day I think they had 16 of the 19 windows replaced, with most of them already caulked and trimmed out, before they called it a day. Impressive. With a cleaned up area as well. Then the second day began at 8 a.m. again, and they finished before lunch. Very kind and efficient men that obviously believe in perfection and efficiency. Great experience from start to finish! From the initial visit, to the measuring, Tina in financing working miracles, to the installation. The installation crew was far above and beyond our expectations. They were able to completely preserve our original 1917 woodwork in the house. The windows were installed on a very cold January day, Marco and Perfecto were very efficient, I think the house only dropped a few degrees while windows were out because they made sure to get the new one back in within minutes. They were so considerate, making sure the temp had not dropped too much for my elderly mother as the windows were installed. Would recommend this company to everyone and i am confident that my windows will last as long as Im in my house.

North Country has been a pleasure to work with! Their staff was great at the Home Show, and I had a rep at my house in about 2 days after I called to set up an estimate. Their windows are awesome, but what got me were their rates! RBA windows had given me an estimate that wasnt even close to what I got from North Country, plus, my new windows look better than anything anybody else had to offer. Everybody else offers lots of frame, but smaller glass. These windows save the view!5 windows took less than 2 hours to install, the installers were quick and thorough, and everything was cleaned and straightened so you never even would have known they were there. As a matter of fact, my wifes friend was over later that day, and she couldnt tell we had windows replaced. The new ones were that great a match to what I had.

We have a mid-90s home with builder-grade windows. Each year we work with North Country to replace a set of windows in a different room. This years replacement was the most dramatic change yet. We have three large, nearly floor to ceiling windows in our living room that had the seals broken.. Every day we would have to pull down the shades in an attempt to control the solar load and our AC would fight to keep up. We had our new triple pane low-e windows installed two days ago and my family cannot stop commenting about the difference in temperature in the house. I can finally leave the shades up and enjoy the view once again. We look forward to seeing Derek next year and identifying the next to be replaced. Thanks, North Country. He had the construction knowledge he needed to start and complete the job, which included new plumbing, the walk-in shower, a ceiling tile, new toilet and removal/replacement of the flooring. The entire job took 2 days and was absolutely perfect. I would recommend North Country to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom. Ill be calling them again when were ready for new windows.

I purchased a few windows from North Country about 17 years ago. I was told the windows would be guaranteed for life. I thought that was too good to be true until today when I had trouble closing one of them. I live in Omaha and 1 hour after I called they sent Bob out from Lincoln and not only did he fix the problem but he washed all panes of my window!!! I was totally impressed with the service! I couldnt help but notice when looking at the reviews that all of the 1 stars are because of constant calling for telemarketing. Well, these calls have nothing to do with the quality of their windows or service, so in my view should be disregarded. I would advise these people to get caller ID and dont answer if that is really true. I would highly recommend North Country!!! 5 STARS!!! Thanks Bob!!!

What a pain it was to get different companies coming to your house with windows estimates! We found North Country Windows at the Omaha home show. When their rep showed up, he was a breath of fresh air. Everyone in the office (schedulers, money people, reminders) were soooo easy to work with. The installers were also very easy to work with and they had a big job to do since 1/2 our house is 100 years old and the other 1/2 was built in the 80s. We LOVE our new windows. These are the people to go with when you need excellent service.
