Kwesi and his crew did a great job properly burying an external gas line thereby fixing another vendors sloppy and incorrect work. Kwesi went above and beyond by removing multiple large bushes required to install the line which saved me significant digging (and sore muscles to say the least) and he also carted away the largest of the bushes which was much appreciated. He installed a gas tracer line so the newly buried line could be easily located and he also knew to restart the pilot light on the hot water heater which other supposed plumbers had forgotten after shutting off the gas for other projects. Found them on google and I’m so glad I did. Such a great experience with using them. Speedy day of service. They capped the gas line for my old fireplace. Replacing it with electric. I will recommend them to all my friends and 10/10 service. Very professional, polite and on time!!!

Responsive, professional and fair priced. Still 5 stars and still sharing their number with friends.

Great service and very knowledge. They helped me with several jobs over 2 days and everything went great. No shortcuts on the professional work and when they found a few issues I didn’t know about they didn’t pressure me to pay for the fixes. (But I did get the repairs done because they were needed and saved me from a huge issue down the line)

Previously, they did a great job replacing our hot water heater, and when we had a pipe break out front, after the water Dept took over 3 hours to respond, to tell me all they could do was turn off the water because it was on my side, XPress responded and was out within an hour. They quickly fixed the pipe and had us back on before bed. I highly recommend them.

I don’t use anyone else besides Xpress Drain and Plumbling LLC for my plumbing needs. After a bathroom renovation I could tell the people doing the install of my vanity, sink and faucet really didn’t know what they were doing. I told them to stop and I called Xpress immediately. Kwesi came out and pointed out all the issues including a leak. He got me up and running in no time at a fair price. It’s always a pleasure doing business with Xpress. My two outside water faucets were leaking, creating a $300+ monthly water bill in May 2024. I contacted Xpress Drain and Plumbing about the problem and Kwesi came out the next day. He reviewed both faucets and informed me what was wrong; Kwesi provided me an estimate for completing the project and it was done at my convenience. The project was completed within the estimated time and within the estimated amount provided. The faucets no longer leak and I am looking forward to seeing a lower water bill. I had used this company several years ago and had excellent service provided. So when my water heater started leaking, they were the first people I called. The owner Kwesi came out quickly, did an inspection and provided me a few options. I chose to replace it and he had his team (Victor & Joseph) out within a couple hours to replace it.While the owner was on-site, I decided to knock out a few other projects in my house that I needed to address. Everything was HANDLED with professionalism and care. Instructions were provided.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

Our church had a leak. When Joseph came he determined that we had several problems beyond just needing a new water heater. Normally, this would have been a nightmare but....Xpress was a godsend. I called them back to complete the job because I was impressed that despite my initial reservations about their findings the tech remained professional and courteous. He told me to take the time needed and if they would be available when I was ready. They returned and completed the work and did a fantastic job.

Sewer was backed up, they came at 6pm on a Saturday to clear the blockage. Kwesi was on the job and he impressed me with his extensive knowledge, confidence, and professionalism. He had to remove a toilet (very quickly) and use a snake to unclog the blockage 35 or so feet down the line. After it was removed, he used a camera to show me that the drain pipe was clear and fully functioning. He reinstalled the toilet and recommended a couple of preventative measures. I will be calling Xpress for my next plumbing issue!

AAA+++!!! I have used Xpress two times now. Both were for emergencies and the last was on Thanksgiving Day 2020 when we woke up and realized that our sewage was blocked. I called and the owner came out and worked tirelessly to get us back up and working. The owner is extremely nice and capable. The price was also very fair. I will be using Xpress for ALL of my plumbing needs and would readily recommend them to anyone.
