We had the most amazing experience with Michael and the Restoration Complete team. My parents water heater broke and the basement was a mold nightmare, which was only discovered after my mothers sudden passing in November. Michael and his team were so efficient and patient while we were navigating an extremely difficult time, going above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of so my dad could live safely in his house of 30 years before we ended up selling it. Michael and his team made everything possible so we could focus on our family.

Michael gave us an exceptional service. He was there the moment we had an emergency flood at 12am where our 2nd floor and main floor was affected. He showed up and quickly started to work on drying the damages done to our house. He was very knowledgeable and educating us in what was going on. Michael was there through all of the process from damages to dealing with our insurance. I without a doubt recommend Michael and his crew. We are so grateful to have found Michael and helping us out through a very tough time. Excellent work, transparent, trustworthy, great communication and reassuring. Michael did a great job dealing with our insurance company to make sure everything was covered. On the rebuild, he made sure to work within the coverage amount so we had very little out of pocket expense. He even had his team come out and fix a minor issue that occurred long after the rebuild was complete, free of charge. Highly recommend.

A pipe burst from our ceiling and flooded our whole kitchen. Michael and his team did an excellent job quickly drying and fixing all the damage this caused to our kitchen. Honestly, the ceiling looks better than it did before, as they patched up our whole downstairs ceiling, fixing all cracks.Even with the stress with my 2 younger kids and a newborn during this mess, they were always courteous and respectful. Thank you Restoration Complete!! I highly recommend.

They were amazing every step of the way. We had a catastrophic flood with a pipe burst in my daycare and they responded within hours of our call. They had numerous crews out to handle every step and held our hand with the insurance company. My daycare basically had a complete renovation and it looks amazing. Thanks Michael and Jeff. I appreciate everything y’all did for us and my business. They had us opened within a month, whereas other daycares that had the same issue with the freeze were closed over 3 months. Quite miraculous! Again we had a great experience and would recommend with 5 stars!

This was the single best service and work I have experienced in my life. These guys are on their game and good guys to boot. Jeff and Mike were always on site and when they couldnt be, they were a phone call away, This project included damage from the roof to the basement and they were on top of it all the way through mitigation, dealing w insurance and construction.

From the moment Michael and his team walked into our house he kept his promise that work would begin immediately unlike ServPro. (I had some unfortunate events with ServPro that led me to Restoration Complete) We had an unfortunate second floor leak occur and travel down to main level and into basement.As soon as I gave Michael the green light, within 20 minutes, a crew was on-site beginning the demo. Michael took the time and walked us through the process from demo to rebuild. He provided us details and was willing to work with us during our travels out of town. Very trustworthy guys and crew while we were traveling.I would NOT hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone. The rebuild/finish is beyond what we were expecting so we are very happy with the rebuild quality. Overall, 5 stars due to a solid rebuild to a trustworthy team.Thanks again Restoration Complete Team!

I do not even know where to begin, Jeff and his crew were simply AMAZING! I had a sewage pipe burst in my fully finished basement and from the moment his crew showed up until the moment they moved everything back in they were kind, compassionate, efficient, thorough, and they restored my home to an even better version than it was before. They provided quality work, showed up on time, kept me informed on everything that could cause a delay or where we were with the project. From the sewage destroying parts of my home to being put back together took less than 2 full months (1500 sq ft, with a kitchen and bathroom). To me Jeff, David, and Helena and all the crew are THE BEST people! They treated my home with respect, worked with my schedule, and just did an overall FANTASTIC job. I could not recommend them more if I tried!!!

I highly recommend Restoration Complete. If you ever have any kind of water damage to your home. They did a excellent job repairing my leaking roof. And cleaning up the water damage on the second floor of the house. The mildew smell had set in and once they completed, their cleanup, the smell was gone and the repairs looked great!! Jeff went above and beyond to get my condo put back together. He knew that there was mold issues behind by cabinets and bookshelves even though the insurance adjusters were fighting him on it. He will fight for what is right. If it were not for him I would be breathing in mold right now.Thanks Jeff
