Georgia Rooter Services initially missed the mark with me. However, after seeing my original Google review regarding a no call, no show, the owner contacted me to ascertain the situation then subsequently dispatched a technician within 70 minutes to assess my (malfunctioning) water heater. Alex was the consummate professional. He was polite, considerate of my home, concise, and efficient in removing my damaged water heater & installing a new one in less that 24 hours. Lastly, in good faith the owner reduced my bill to make up for the miscommunication. I respect GA Rooter far more than the big box stores, as they were honest, provided a reasonable resolution, quickly completed my water heater installation, and provided stellar customer service from project start to end. I will use them again in the future.

I had Felix out today. He has to be one of the most thorough and compassionate technicians Ive met. I had a bad leak in my garage and he was so comforting in building my confidence that he would be able to help me TOODAY. He found and repaired the problem causing the leak within a couple of hours. He was also able to recommend, contact and schedule the water mediation technician to come out today too. For what started out as such a draining and emotional day, I am now calm, feeling better with no water leaks. I would definitely recommend this company!!

Georgi was amazing! We needed a toilet replaced. As soon as we picked it up from the store, he arrived on Sunday evening at 6PM to install it! He was very conscientious to ensure the new toilet would fit prior to starting the project, and educated us on the pros of changing the valve. Georgi was efficient, knowledgeable and a delight to work with. After the installation, he did a pressure check on our system, and fixed a faucet that had lacked pressure and was driving me crazy for years! When we need a plumber again, we will start with Georgi!

Emir (tech ) showed up on time and was able to identify where the leak was coming from and corrected it to my satisfaction. I had a clogged pipe but the service provided was inadequate and very expensive. The problem came back 10 days later. They did not fix the concern. In speaking with another professional plumber I was told that for the price I paid 650.00 the rooter plumber should have looked down the pipe with a camera. I was told the problem is fixed. When I called them back to do the job right they wanted to charge me again to look with a camera which should have been done the first time. Now they wanted another 450.00 when we told him no then he said ok 350.00, unbelievable.I was contacted by the owner and very impressed with his listening skills and response to my needs. I am an RN and know that customer service and professionalism is of the utmost importance in dealing with the public sector. Edin showed genuine sincerity and respect regarding my issue. Unfortunately sometimes a worker will not always be a representative of a companys values. I applaud Edin the owner for reaching out to me to find a compatible resolution.Thank for your time in this matter.Donna

Georgia Rooter is absolutely amazing! Due to a major water pipe break from our fabulous Georgia freezing weather, my clients house flooded in the basement level. Georgia Rooter was able to get out to the house two days after the event occurred which was amazing as most people had to wait a week or so to get any service at all from plumbers. They fixed the section where the pipe broke and also took care of the water restoration, removing all of the carpet and padding, drying out the flooring with fans and dehumidifiers, and spraying down a mold preventative. Highly recommend!

Emir came out to unplug a clog in the main line, and subsequently found tree roots in the pipes using a camera. He successfully cleared the lines and was also very informative regarding what needs to be done to permanently resolve the tree root issue. During the same call, Emir re-plumbed the kitchen faucet. He also checked and repaired another leak free of charge. I would hire Georgia Rooter Services again.

Highly recommend Edin and Georgia Rooter Services. We got a pinhole leak in our basement and we had to turn the water off to prevent further damage. We discovered this after 11:00 PM on Wednesday night. We made some phone calls to some 24 hour plumbers and no one returned our call. So I started contacting every plumber I could find that had a good rating / review on my Nextdoor App. I literally contacted over 20 plumbers. Only 3 of them could actually come out later that same day. Being stressed out that our family was not going to have water for yet another day, I lined them all up to come out. Then out of the blue, I had a call from Edin. A friend of mine at work asked her husband if he could use his connections to help me get a plumber to come out to fix this leak so we could turn our water back on. I had not reached out to Georgia Rooter Services, they called me wanting to get it fixed for me. And wow! Im so happy they did. He told me he had a tech on the way and would be there in 25 minutes. Sure enough, he showed up exactly 25 minutes later. The tech was very kind, very thorough, fixed the pipe and then took the time to explain to me exactly what what he did to repair the pipe. His price was very reasonable and fair and I look forward to working with Edin and his technicians again. In fact, Im having Edin come look at an even bigger job next week - a full house pipe replacement.

Jorge was AMAZING!!! He was very professional. He made sure to put shoe wraps around his shoes so he wouldnt track any dirt in the house which was a nice touch. She scheduled a plumber to come to my home the following day!Georgi, the plumber, gave me a courtesy call about 30 minutes before he arrived.He was very knowledgeable polite, and professional. I was pleasantly surprised when he said he could do the work the same day! He explained in detail everything he was going to do.He had no problem answering all of my questions – and I asked a lot of them!For example, Im a new homeowner and have been a bit intimidated about going into my crawlspace. I asked him where I could find the main water shut off valve. Guess where it is? In the crawlspace! Ha!So, Georgi took me down there to show me where it is and how to turn it off in the event of a water emergency. I truly appreciate companies that employ people who not only do great work, but will go above and beyond. This company did an excellent job. Overall, I give Georgia Rooter Services a 10 out of 10.
