Howard and Terry were extremely professional from start to finish. We had a litany of questions and they were all answered.The administrator in the office was prompt amd polite when fielding my calls and scheduling our appointments. She made it a breeze and I was surprised at how fast they responded to our service request.Howard and Terry went the extra mile both in the office and in our home. Howard made calls to reputable business to assist in the mess we found ourselves in. And Terry allowed us to ask him all kinds of questions and he was great to work with. He even found an issue that would been catastrophic had he not repaired the elbow at the main water line shutoff.The honesty and integrity that both Howard and Terry operate with is evident.It feels good to keep our money local and we are pleased with the results. Highly recommend!

Kastl Plumbing is always the best. They get to us soon, are professional and take care of the problem. We have used them for decades now for everything from new construction to leaky sinks. When there was an issue with our well water causing problems with the water heater, the owner of the company came out to trouble shoot and solved it. Great customer service!

Kastl plumping has the nicest receptionist (I think her name was Brianna) and they came out here the next day to fix our running toilets. Austin was so incredibly kind and friendly, he answered all my questions, gave me good suggestions and fixed a toilet that we’ve had a problem with coming loose and have paid others to fix, but it’s never actually been fixed. He had to add shims bc of the flooring. In this economy it was an added bonus that the price was great! Highly recommend!

Had some slight communication errors but Kastl did a fantastic job overall. Mike identified my plumbing issue and did a quality job replumbing 30 of pipe quickly, professionally, and at a reasonable price. I would recommend Kastl plumbing and use them again should the need arise. I also had some billing issues resolved immediately and professionally. A+ job in my book.

My wife and I were set to close in 4 days when our basement flooded. To save the sale we would have to dig a pit and install a sump pump. Kastl Plumbing came through big time for us! They had it installed by closing and didn’t charge us overtime! Mike stayed late because he knew of our predicament. This is the second time I used them on a big job and they were excellent both times. I highly recommend them!!!

Fantastic experience every time Ive used them. I had them install a new gas line to my range so that I could upgrade from electric to gas. Got it all done a few hours and it worked great!At my old house I couldnt get my toilets to level after I installed tile. They came out and found that my bolt points in the floor were broken and it kept slipping out. They installed a new compression? ring which saved a ton vs tearing up the concrete and then installed and leveled the toilets. Been perfect ever since! (house is now a rental)

Another company replaced 10 feet of sewer pipe in our finished basement improperly. When it backed up again a few weeks later, Kastl came out, diagnosed the problem correctly, redid the work plus a lot more that should have been done the first time, and did it in a highly professional manner. We couldnt be happier with their work. Theyre a local, family run company with full-time employees (not just a list of people pulled in as needed) and yes it makes a difference.

There are many people or companies in the Lawrence area that do plumbing I used Kastl plumbing in the past so it was easy to choose them again. What separates good companies from bad companies are always the people, and without knowledgeable dependable people Everything else doesn’t matter. Terry was their Plumber that came out to our building and we worked and figured out the problem that needed to be changed. He is very, very knowledgeable and trustworthy and does great work. I appreciate the service that he gave us. You can trust this company for your plumbing needs!
