Action Plumbing came through as always.On Thursday I had NO water in my kitchen! I panicked with a 3 day weekend the next day! I called Christie at Action plumbing and she was so kind and reassured me not to worry and had Casey out at my home by the afternoon. I arrived Home to a brand new faucet and a running water!We moved here from Calif in 2020 & have used Action Plumbing for many services. I cant give them enough praise. Their work is always stellar & their office is run extremely well.We wouldnt use anyone else and you shouldnt either! THANK YOU AGAIN!

I was having problems with my furnace and on family recommendation I called Action Plumbing. Shawn Middleton helped me out and was very nice, professional, and on time. He even fixed my thermostat and was able to remove some scraps that a previous heating company had left behind. It was a great overall experience and I was very surprised and happy that he called to followup the next day. I will definitely be coming back to them in the future for any of my furnace needs.

I contacted action plumbing to repair the water lines that are under our slab foundation. Kevin came out and explained our options. After speaking with Kevin I was very confident in hiring Action Plumbing to do the work. It was the best decision that I could have made. Everyone that works for Action Plumbing was incredible.They were all great to work with. They took the time to explain everything to make sure I knew what was going on every step of they way. Based on the quality of work and the quality of people that work for Action Plumbing I will only use them in the future and will recommend them to everyone.

I scheduled an appointment for my hot water heater to be replaced. Connor called before he came over and arrived exactly at the time I had scheduled. Within an hour and a half he had completely drained my old water heater, removed it and reinstalled a new one. Very fair pricing and great customer service. I have used a lot of plumbing companies over the years but this one is by far the best, I will definitely be using them again.

No one wants a break in a waterline, especially if their house is on a slab. But when I tell my water story, I tell how great Action Plumbing was. They were prompt, courteous, and encouraging through this process.To the woman who answered the phone with her reassurance that “we can fix the problem,” to Kevin who came out to show me how to safely turn my hot water tank on and off, to Brian and Connor who showed concern for our home and for us--I thank you.When I got the bill and saw that this elder also got a senior discount, well that was the topper to an experience that had us terribly worried and left us without a leak.FYI: We had radiant heat on our tile floor for more than a week after the repair. I love a good sauna. Too bad this one was under my house!

Very quick service by the Dispatch Team. Bobby the tech was very knowledgeable and courteous. He explained clearly what could be the problem and provided a reasonable solution. We had another tech from another company that just wanted to pump in more Freon. Bobby explained that until the coils and fins on the outside unit and the coils and blower motor inside were cleaned and running efficient then tested just putting in more Freon could damage the pump. Bobby set up a return appointment quickly to do the work. I would recommend.

Jimmy came for a simple equipment check and ended up having to give me some hard news. He was professional and thorough and clear in explaining what the problem was. He then gave me the referrals I needed to get the work done with Action. The replacement was done by Austin and John with the same great professional skills. Joey came the next day and completed the work with a complete duct cleaning. It was a They were all great. Very good service!

We were having problems with the temperature regulator on our shower. We called another plumber, who, after two visits, told us that it could not be repaired. We then called Action. We had an excellent initial experience with Pam. Action told us that the part (available!) was probably under warranty by the manufacturer (it was) and that if we ordered it, they could replace it. After the part arrived the plumber arrived right on time (wish we could remember his name) and found the problem needed some advice from the manufacturer (Moen). He waited patiently to connect with Moen technical support and was told he needed a special wrench. He went to town, got the part, and fixed our hot water regulator. All at a reasonable price! We now have hot showers again! We highly recommend Action.

I am so pleased with the service provided by Action Plumbing. Every person with whom I interacted was pleasant and helpful, from the one who answered the phone, to the scheduler, to the plumber.Brian, the plumber, quickly confirmed that our water heater was kaput, gave me an estimate for replacement, and replaced the darn thing, all in about 3 hours. And came in more than 10% below the estimated cost!When I had a leak two days later, Brian was at my door in less than half an hour. It turned out to be just a humidifier hose than had gotten knocked out of its drain pipe, but he never made me feel stupid for not figuring it out and even secured my washer hoses so theyd not become a problem in the future.This company cares deeply about the quality of its work and its customer service is fantastic.

The quick Review: Shawn Middleton is a courteous. Caring. Professional. If you get him as your first contact, please know that he will treat you right!!!!Now more detail:When My AC died, they were out here within 2 hours. Shawn Middleton was not only professional, he was friendly, listened, gave us multiple options to get the repair done. With absolutely ZERO pressure. In my case, I did get a new AC put in. But as my current AC was a year or two of the end of its lifespan, I thought it was best to invest in the house. I checked prior to him coming out and each site said I was defiantly near the end. It was either band aid or replace.I also caregive my 83 year old father. That added a sense of urgency with the issue. Had us scheduled the next day. Shawn made sure to tell my dad that we were going to take care of him. Spoke to him by name. Not Champ. sport. ETC. A big plus in my book. Ive been through that with him.He followed up when promised. Checked with others as our house was right at the max size of my current unit. Plus the layout of my return vents. Awesome, Awesome, Awesome! Weve used Action Plumbing on 2 separate occasions. Once with a water heater problem that leaked in the basement, and another time to work on our sump pump in the basement. The first time, we called in the middle of the night and left a voice-mail and they called us back immediately after opening. We were fortunate to have that repaired the same day. The other time it wasnt a rush but we got an ETA. Both times they were professional, on time, and very courteous to deal with. Straight forward and honest and thats from the lady who scheduled the work and the people who performed the work. I recommend them to anyone with confidence.

Our water heater died on a weekend. We had to call for off hours assistance. Even though Tobias had to travel quite a ways he was awesome!! He had to make two trips. The work he and Art did was great. Not only did they replace the water heater they had to replumb, reposition and resecure the heater. Both were very professional and a delight to work with.

I tried contacting multiple companies and nobody would come out to my condo promptly or without a significant dispatch fee; Action made it from Salt Lake to Park City within the hour. Their electrician, Hector Castillo, was extremely amicable and knowledgable. He took me seriously and we were able to resolve the issue in less than 30 minutes. Awesome experience, I will definitely call them next time I have a plumbing or electrical problem.

The only reason that I do not give the experience a 5 star rating is I do not understand how Action feels good about charging a fee to come to my house for a WARRANTY call. I did take advantage and have a complete furnace tuneup, but I thought warranty was supposed to be included, not an extra $59 fee. Thanks

Shawn Middleton did an A/C tune up for me. My system is an older one purchased in 2005 but, still working well. Shawn did a thorough inspection while I was watching. Shawn explained in detail what he was inspecting and why. Based on the inspection, Shawn gave me many options from doing nothing to a new system. We discussed the options and decided that doing nothing would not be a good option. Based on Shawns recommendations I will be doing the compressor saver service. This service should extend the life of my A/C unit for another couple of years while I plan a unit replacement in the next couple of years. Shawn was very polite and knowledgeable and explained things so that I understood the options presented. Thanks, Mike Allen.

Plumber installed new faucet and garbage disposal. I had bought faucet previously and then garbage disposal had problem before I had scheduled the faucet replacement, so ended up having both done at once. Jeff arrived next morning after call for service (not emergency for me), within scheduled time frame, after dispatcher called to say he was 1 hour away. He offered 3 option on replacing the garbage disposal since mechanical problem could not be fixed (as expected). I chose middle cost 3/4 horsepower disposal option and he left to get disposal unit, taking about 40 minutes. After return, took approximately 2 hours to complete both jobs. He was neat, kept the work area clean, and explained to me afterwards what I needed to do in order to allow seal to dry. Only issue I have with his work was that he asked me to provide a towel for sopping up water. I believe workers should bring anything they would normally need for a job and though I had an old towel he used, the request violated my expectations.

Weve used a few different companies with HVAC. One really let us down and the only company that has managed to salvage the system for the past three years has been Action. When one of the units final gave up working, Action were amazing! They came out and inspected the unit, managed to find a new unit, install it all on the same day. They showed up happy, dedicated and didnt end up leaving until gone 22h30. Talk about dedication! They were polite, honest, and professional.

Darren was awesome! The crew worked very diligently to fix our main sewer line and they did a fantastic job cleaning up and putting the bathroom back together. Id highly recommend Action Plumbing for any of your issues.On a side note, if you do have a main sewer line issue, pay the extra money to get the Water Jet treatment. I wish I had done that back in Feb, it would have saved me a lot of time and money. Which of course Darren suggested in the first place :)

They were great from first phone call for a quote until the work was done on a new sump pump and battery back up sump pump. I’d recommend and use again any time I need work done! Can I just say that I have never had a more pleasant experience with a technician or company? Seriously, these guys are always so great when they come to do work at my little, old, run-down house. They never make disparaging comments, they are always so personable and professional, and they always answer my questions in a way that doesnt make me feel stupid for asking. Shawn installed an air-purifier (Air-Scrubber Plus) this morning. He was courteous and quick, and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with his work. Ive had Action out to do all the things in their company name: plumbing, heating, air, and electric, and Ive never had any problems with any of their work. 10/10 would defo-pants use again!

Connor called me at 7:55 to let me know he would be showing up at 8a, and arrived at 8a. Professional, honest, thorough. He only charged me for the labor, and recommended against what I wanted to do that would have cost >$300, and showed me alternative solutions that I could do on my own to prevent future issues. Top notch, will use again. Connor is amazing too, keep him around and give him a raise!

I was extremely satisfied with Larry, who showed up in a very timely manner, was personable and friendly, and checked and serviced my furnace and AC in a proficient manner. I have to loosen screws in the front of my furnace to access the filter, which I didnt know about, having recently purchased my home. Later, I found a wrench on my porch. I thought Larry might have dropped it, but eventually put two and two together. The wrench is the perfect size to loosen the screws. Larry evidently left it there for me to use. What a thoughtful, kind thing for him to do for me!

Had extra light installed in the exterior of house. Job needed work through the attic which was in the master bed room closet. Under Toms guidance, GT and Presten conducted the job professionally and they were very co-operative. They draped the closet and prepped the path as per my satisfaction. They are very hard working and very prompt in their work. I am very satisfied with their job. The estimate was also very appropriate. I would definitely recommend and use their services again

Not sure what happened but they called and changed the time to 4:30 and came at about 5 pm. But they did the service for the advertised price ... I was expecting some kind of added fee. Action plumbing was super awesome came out to fix my furnace on a Sunday for a reasonable fee, Shawn was super awesome and patient waited on me for at least 20 mins. Worked super hard to find the problems he didnt want to give up even came back the next day and did research on his own time to figure out our problem. Also put up with my winning dog who was locked in another room he was polite and did fix my furnace thanks again action and Shawn were all warm again !!!!👍👍🤗🤗😇😇

Recently, the same faucet started dripping again so I called Action. They replaced the faucet and it was CHEAPER than the other company that replaced the washer. I will use Action for every plumbing need I have. 5 STARS.
