We’ve used Field several times for both plumbing and HVAC services, and have always had good experiences. Their techs and office staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and professional.Today we found water in our basement utility area and called Field immediately. Even though they had a packed schedule, they were able to send a plumber quickly. He discovered it was actually a leak from the A/C, so they sent an HVAC tech within an hour to fix the clogged drain line. They all went the extra mile to take care of us today and will have our business going forward.

5 Stars is not enough!!!! Just when we needed heat, Field came to the rescue! More specifically, Caanan & Maher, were here and they did an absolute amazing job!! They were here on time, very professional, hardworking, and were very courteous of our 10-month-old baby and our 2 very nosey dogs. They kept a very, very clean workspace. Very impressed!!They kept us in the loop through the entire project. When everything was installed, they showed me how everything works and answered any and all questions we had.They went above and beyond!! We now have heat......and cooling for next year :) This new system is so quiet I had to ask Mayer and Caanan, Is it even on? lolAll in all, we are very pleased and so appreciative of their professionalism, time and hard work. I knew right from the start that Field Plumbing and Heating was different from the other companies I called. Linda came out and checked my old furnace, then she checked all the duct work in the basement, she then asked to check the vents on both floors of the house and the cold air return lines. The other companies didnt even look at the duct work yet gave me a quote. A few days later she returned with an installer and came up with a plan to add a couple more cold air returns. I had my new Heat pump and furnace within a week of signing the agreement. The installers were very professional and had everything done in 2 1/2 days. Great Job!!!

Field has been there for us since 2013 or so. We relied in them when we opened our store. They have worked on 2 bathrooms in our house and when our pipes burst in December during Christmas week, destroying our laundy room, they got here right away.But recently, Kevin, came to check the plumbing on our rebuilt laundry/bathroom. He did some troubleshooting on our washer and dryer. He fixed everything! They work like a dream! I have tons of laundry to do and was ready to call the manufacturer, but my hero, Kevin, came to the rescue and had everything working in about 4 hours or less. Trust Field. Trust Kevin! Hes the best! Thank all of you for all the work you have done.

I have used Field Plumbing and Heating for over 20 years, and have never been disappointed with their service. Just before the 4th of July this year my cast iron pipe under the concrete broke and I couldnt use my kitchen sink upstairs or washing machine in the basement. I had nine people coming for the holiday....when I called Fields they immediately worked on lining up the concrete people (thank you concrete people) and then fixed the pipe ....within a day they had fixed it all, and left it neat where they worked. Years ago the owner actually came over on an Easter weekend because the boiler was spouting water. He fixed it........why do things always happen on holidays. We have worked with a number of individuals and they all have been great!!! Rue came and fixed the shower so we would have hot water. He also came and ran a gas line for us for a stove. John came and looked at our central air unit to see why it wasn’t working. Let us know things and was honest about the best option to fix the situation. Therefore, Kevin came and gave us an estimate for the replacement. The final one’s we have worked with are Maher and Armando that installed a new AC unit. They have been all very professional and pleasant to work with. Would recommend this company for any needs for various home repairs.

I had a water leak and my carpet was wet. My first thought was dishwasher and tried to shut off the water line to the dishwasher but it wouldnt budge because it was corroded. So I shut off the well and waited until the next morning to call Field Plumbing and Heating. They sent out help within a couple of hours. Andrew quickly found the problems and repaired the water supply line and the drain line. In addition Andrew showed me how to properly shut down and restart my water and well pump. Ive been a happy customer of Field for many years and highly recommend them.

A quick Google search showed that Field seemed to be the most reputable plumbing service in the area, so I went ahead and booked them to come out to look at a few jobs. From start to finish, every interaction was kind and professional. Jerry called me ahead of time to let me know when he was coming, and once arrived, we walked him through each job, which consisted of a water line attachment to the fridge, a dishwasher install, and a new faucet and pop-up install. Jerry assessed everything and quickly provided a price up front for all the work. Once agreed to, he got started, and got through everything with some check-ins along the way. Once finished, he walked us through each job and tested everything to show us that everything worked. I asked about some future jobs we were planning for the future, and he kindly gave us his thoughts on the best way to move forward. Jerry did an amazing job and had great communication along the way. I will absolutely use Field again and recommend them to anyone in the area for plumbing needs.

I contacted Fields as a new customer. We had a slow drip on our main shut off valve to the main water supply. The got me on rhe schedule the very next day. Jerry was our technician. He was prompt and very knowledgeable. We talked over some options due to all of our pipes being very old and needing replaced. He wrote up a quote and with my permission got to work right away. I am very happy with how the project ended. Everything is working properly and no more leak. Definitely recommend Jerry and Fields if you have a plumbing issue.

This entire project went great and it is all thanks to the team at Field. My wife and I had to put a project on hold from last fall until now. When I called I was expecting to start over, but instead we were able to just update the old quote for equipment costs. To our delight, we were called back that day and scheduled to do the job the next day. Kevin showed up on time and after a quick assessment had ideas on how to save time and money. He and Andrew did a great job. They showed us the job, went over all safety and maintenance points, and the work space was spotless. Field Plumbing and Heating has been my go-to service team for over 15 years so when I decided it was time to replace the furnace and A/C, Fields was the automatic choice. Mark K helped me understand the importance of air flow in my 100 year old house. Tim analyzed the house and venting to give me choices that would best meet my needs. Austin and David did an amazing job adding new cold air returns and putting in the new units. I was impressed that they werent just selling a unit, but also a service as Tim came back a few weeks later to ensure things were working as I hoped and make some adjustments to tweak the furnace performance. Had Tim out to discuss different heating option. While taking a look at the furnace noticed the vent line was not angles properly to allow the condensate to be removed. Repair was made and furnace was working properly. After this discussed options to help with a cold bonus room that is a on a cement slab. He wanted to find a solution that was both cost effective and would fulfill our needs. My wife and I were thinking it was going to be a costly furnace upgrade. It was determined this wouldnt be the correct solution. Came up with the multi split option. Later that day we had 4 different options with quotes to make our selection. All our questions were answered as well as financing options were discussed. The install was setup and the crew came out. Installers were very professional and thorough on the install. They too answered any questions we had as well as gave an overview of the system operation. Install looked great and performed as expected. A follow up visit was made after the install to ensure the system was performing and to answer any other questions we had. Never in this process did we feel it was a high pressure sell.

Chip worked with us on designing an A/C solution for our 100-year old home, which we had never thought could be air conditioned! Originally we looked at a Space Pak system but in the end installed an attic, ducted Fuji system for the upstairs and two wall mounted mini-splits for the downstairs. Chip was very professional and always responded when he said he would, even if only to say he was waiting for something before proceeding. Austin helped to design and install the system. He is very knowledgeable. Mayer carried the brunt of the installation when Austin was unable to come a couple of times and we were very pleased with him , as well. Austin and Mayer were very careful to clean up each day during the installation, and spent as long as we needed to answer questions about operating the system. With the heat and humidity that kicked in over Memorial Day weekend, we were finally able to try the a/c and it works great! The house is so comfortable and the units are all so quiet. We are very pleased with our decision to use Field Plumbing and Heating and highly recommend them.

We were worried that because of the extreme temperature and snow that we would be put on a long list, but nope! They knew heat was priority for all who called and they responded immediately. We just had a Fujitsu mini-split AC unit installed into our log home by Field. We were very happy with the initial analysis of what we needed by Tim Streit who had to take into account that this was a solid log home with no ductwork. The unit itself was then installed by Maher and Canaan who did very professional, meticulous work. Although it was something of a challenge to attach over 30 linear feet of line set to uneven, curving logs high above the ground, they did a great job. We are very happy with the work by Field and its employees.

Honest truth... Field plumbing and heating is just fantastic. A family-owned style company, they have made some fantastic hiring choices. The staff has been professional and prompt, friendly and knowledgable. Austin, the lead installer is a disabled Veteran who worked HVAC in the US Air Force. His crew consisted of a couple younger guys who were currently in school for HVAC and a retired mechanical engineer. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work, the price, and the level at which the entire team has performed their job.

There was no damage to garbage disposal but a plumbing problem that they promptly fixed. They were so pleasant and the cost was very fair. Our furnaces heat exchanger recently failed, and the Field team quickly diagnosed the problem and, after providing us with several options, installed a new energy efficient, two-stage Trane unit. They also loaned us three large space heaters to get us through a 50 degree weekend. Weve been Field customers for years, and I recommend becoming a preferred customer by signing up for their twice a year heating and cooling maintenance service.
