    Dunco has been maintaining my hvac systems for around a decade. Prior to calling Dunco, I was calling other agencies -ALL of which were telling me that I need new equipment.- I didn’t believe them. So I decided to read LOTS of reviews for many agencies, and concluded that Dunco was the one to try. It was a great relief to know that I found an honest agency. No, I don’t need new equipment. I really appreciate that they almost always send the same technician. It helps to know that someone that I am familiar with will be doing my inspections. I have a maintenance agreement with them-2 seasonal inspections for a set price that is less than 2 inspections scheduled individually. Some folks may prefer to wait until their unit breaks, which could happen at 9pm on a Friday (that’s when mine tend to fail,) and the temperature will be extreme. If one has a maintenance agreement, they will come outside of their business hours, most likely shortly after you call. If your equipment fails during business hours, a customer with a maintenance agreement will be given priority over cold calls that were ahead of them. If you have your equipment maintained regularly, it is less likely to fail. But machines can still fail if they are old. Having peace of mind is worth every bit of the cost of the maintenance agreement. Dunco is the most honest hvac agency in the area.

    Dunco installed a new, high efficiency A/C and furnace today to replace our existing, 21 year old system that was original to the house. The entire process - from obtaining a very specific and detailed bid to the installation process was incredibly smooth. Evan & Phil arrived on time and did a great job with the install.     I was referred by friends to have Dunco Heating & Cooling perform the preventative maintenance on my furnace this year. I found out that the heat exchange in my furnace was cracked and I was aware that my air conditioner had a small leak in it. I was given options of things that could be done, without feeling any pressure what-so-ever. Ultimately, I decided to purchase a new furnace and air conditioner. Tyler and his co-worker came out to do the installation; I was impressed with their competence, knowledge, their professionalism. I am pleased with the great job they did. Joe C. came out immediately to assess the situation, gave us a quote that was reasonable, and assured us of an installation day and time.     Dunco installed a mini split A/C system in my master bedroom/ home office area. They fit the right unit to the space and installed it professionally and quickly.     Seven years ago we had to replace our entire unit. Steve came out and did such an excellent job we havent had to worry about it. A few days ago our unit stopped working and I knew just who to call. Normally Id look for the cheapest and fastest technician but I knew this time I wanted reliable quality and thats Dunco.     Every employee that either came to my home or spoke with me over the phone was helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, and personable.Initially, I got bids from 3 different companies. Dunco was the third company to come out, and I am so glad that I waited for a third opinion. The Dunco quote was substantially lower (thousands) than the other two competitors and had a better seer rating.Initially, they sent a technician who assessed the situation and sent me informative and detailed estimates that included a few different options. The financing option was clearly explained, reasonable, and easy to set up. Since my A/C unit was out, it only took a couple of days before the ball was rolling and the techs were installing.Additionally, my HVAC closet is extremely small and other companies insisted theyd need to remove sheetrock/wall for better access; Dunco was able to get my new system in without any issues or further damage.Overall exceptional staff, service, and pricing.Thanks!

    Eric was the service technician that came to my house when my AC quit working! He arrived earlier than expected and even though he had bad news (AC needed replaced) he was very kind and reasonable about my options and his recommendation! Several days later, Clayton came out and performed the masterful replacement of my new furnace and AC units! He was quick and very efficient in his work! When finished, he installed my new smart thermostat and helped me make sure everything (heat and air) were functioning properly! He also gave me a quick rundown of what he did and provided thorough explanations for everything! He made sure he answered all my questions and I am just very glad to receive such great service from both Eric and Clayton!     Dunco has maintained our HVAC System since we purchased this home 16 years ago. Along the way they installed a humidifier in the system to protect our furniture during wintertime. These services have always been completed in a timely and thorough manner.Recently, the AC developed a refrigerant leak and we requested a replacement proposal for this nearly 20 year old system. Jason met with us and discussed their recommendations and optional financing. We accepted the proposal. Clay and Quinn arrived here as scheduled and completed the entire replacement in a smooth and professional manner in about 7 hours. This included the installation of a new thermostat and configuration of the app. They were both polite, knowledgeable and careful to cover/protect the floors and furnishings as they worked. After completing the installation, we were walked through the new system elements, both inside and out.This was a smooth process from beginning to end and we are pleased with the results. We feel confident that our new system will keep us comfortable during the upcoming Kansas heat.

    VERY highly recommended. The price was certainly right,, and customer service seems to be a lost art these days so dealing with Evan and Trent (the technicians who did the actual duct cleaning) was very refreshing. They literally went above and beyond for us, even discovering and fixing a problem with our clothes dryer exhaust we didnt even know we had, climbing into our tiny crawlspace under an addition to our home without hesitation. (Which I never could have done myself) We run a daycare out of our home and I work nights and sleep during the day. They were very considerate of these factors, getting the master bedroom done first so I could get some rest while they worked. My wife reported they went out of their way to be accommodating with her daycare concerns as well. (Making sure they were not working in the spaces she needed for her schedule to not be altered.) They were very polite and provided us with before and after photos of the work they did.I also want to add that scheduling the appointment was also very nice. We were told they were scheduling 2 months out due to high demand, so based on other reviews, I was willing to wait but asked to be notified if there were any cancelations beforehand. I was surprised 2 days later to be called back and they were able to get us in the very next week! A++They will now be my 1st call whenever we need HVAC services. I hope they had a nice lunch. They earned it. 😉

    After 24 years, our A/C system decided it was done this past week! I contacted a company we had used for several years about purchasing a new HVAC system, and was told it would be 3 weeks before they could install! With high 80 and 90° temps, not what I wanted to hear! I decided to call Dunco. We were immediately impressed by their responsiveness and professionalism. The next day after my call, we got a visit from Jason, the service manager. He evaluated our needs, and made a recommendation. Install was scheduled for the following Tuesday! 4 days, not 3 weeks!Clayton, Tyler and Quinn completed our system install today! I cant say enough about Dunco and their employees professionalism, quality of work, and timely manner of our installation! Work was started at noon, and we had cool air blowing by 5pm! You cant do better than Dunco!

    On hottest day of year so far AC malfunctioned. We have a Preventative Maintenance Agreement with Dunco. I called them about 9:30, was told they had received large number of service calls but would get me in that day...Dunco service person Cody called about 11:00, arriving a few minutes later. With some testing the problem was identified, and temporarily remedied pending obtaining/installing of new parts. While here Cody also performed a thorough AC system check and yearly maintenance. There was no charge for this visit. He was professional, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained the problem, what he had done, the cost of replacement of needed part, arranged to obtain the part and answered all my questions. This is the kind of excellent service we have always received from every Dunco staff person we have ever dealt with...so Thank You very much. Could have been a tough day for us, but youve always been there when we needed you.😎

    We have used Dunco since we moved in to this house. In fact the previous owner also used them. Last week, our 20+ year old AC finally stopped working. Joe and Tyler did a very good job getting us a new HVAC system. Both of them were very patient answering our questions. Joe explained the options to us and gave us a reasonable price. Tyler showed up on time in the morning, finished the job at around 3pm. He showed me the new system and gave me some maintenance tips. He also carefully cleaned the area before he left. The whole process was super smooth. The entire team is very professional and highly skilled. Will definitely use them again!

    I highly recommend Dunco. I called them on a Sunday afternoon and they were out there in a just a few hours. After working hard on our unit, it was determined it was unfixable. Our AC had gone out on one of the hottest days of the summer. The next morning (Monday) they called me and had a unit ready for install that afternoon. In less than 24 hours they had me up and running. As miserable as the heat was, our experience with Dunco from the initial call, service call out (Phil), install team (Tyler and Quinn) and the customer service (Lynn and Lori) throughout and after was absolutely amazing.     We have had Dunco take care of our furnace and AC repairs for a few years now. Always excellent work and customer service. Last night around 9 our furnace stopped blowing. I called and got the answering service. They told me they would page the on duty technician. Cody was working last night and came out promptly to repair our furnace. It was bitterly cold last night so I was happy that he had us up and running again shortly after arriving here. We did still need a part replaced to prevent future issues and he explained everything in terms I could understand. The part was not available until today and I let Cody know when I would be home in the afternoon. He called when he said he would, let me know he was on his way, arrived promptly and had the work done quickly. Cody was courteous and considerate, he removed his shoes each time he had to walk on our carpet to get to the thermostat in the living room. He told us about the advantages of the preventative maintenance plan and I decided to go ahead and get signed up. I could not have asked for better service and the cost was reasonable too.

    I had never used them before until this year and I am super pleased. The ladies picking up the phone are always friendly and helpful. As someone who works in customer service this meant a lot to me. I scheduled a tune up on my AC unit I knew it was very old and I had not been moved in for even two years. Jason came out went over things in detail with me and in terms I could understand...ultimately I decided to replace the entire unit. The next week Phil and Evan came out to install.     Of course, our air conditioning quit working when the temperature one day was over 100 degrees. I contacted Dunco and they sent a technician (Alex) that same afternoon. She worked inside and outside (in the heat) and couldnt find any issue with the conditioner that would cause it to quit working. We decided the problem might be with the thermostat that was controlled by our security system. She spent the next 30 minutes working personally with a representative and eventually got the air conditioner up and working. Dunco and Alex were a life saver that day.

    We had an AC issue and my daughter recommended Dunco given her great experience having her AC unit replaced. I contacted them and they were amazing. One of our two AC units and both furnaces were 26 years old. Our AC was leaking Freon and Tyler B. and Paul N. told me they could fix it but it would have to be repaired every year. I asked them to quote an 80% and 95% efficient AC unit and two furnaces. I decided to upgrade to the 95% efficient units and also had them replace my humidifier. They completed the installation within four days of the signed agreement. One of the installers called to ask if he could use my microwave to heat his lunch. Of course I told him yes but was pleased by his courtesy. This further demonstrates Dunco’s high level of professionalism. If you have any HVAC need, I strongly recommend you contact Dunco. They are professional, prompt, honest and offer fair pricing.

    Steve and his helper came out to repair our air conditioner. Fortunately it was still under warranty by the manufacturer York. They quickly identified the problem and it turned out to be the circuit board. They had one on their truck and were able to fix it on the spot at no extra charge. While they were here they did a free maintenance the air conditioning system as well as replacing the filter for the unit for free. I cannot say enough good things about the service is very professional, fast and efficient. Highly recommend!

    Steve has been to our new house twice (moved in in April), once for a review of the service where he quickly took care of updates to the ac. We had him out yesterday because the ac wasnt working. After analysis, it turned out to be an issue with the breaker box and the power to the ac was booted back up and the air was cool once again. He even tightened up breakers that didnt have to do with the ac unit, and he didnt charge us for this service.     I would highly recommend Dunco Heating and Cooling for all your home HVAC needs. We signed up for their annual plan that includes an inspection of the A/C before the summer, and an inspection of the Furnace every fall. It also means we get discounts when we need to call them for emergency after hours services, which is exactly what happened this past weekend. We woke up on a Sunday to find the A/C not working on a heat advisory day and immediately called Dunco. The after hours answering service reached out to the tech on call, who then called me to inquire about the issue and give me an ETA for when they would be able to see me that day. The tech, Ashton, was kind enough to call in advance of showing up, and could not have been more friendly. He was very knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. Ashton diagnosed the issue and fixed it promptly. He then listed all of my options, and I really appreciated his advice on how to proceed. My house is nice and cool again - thanks, Ashton!

    I had my entire HVAC system replaced today on my ranch style house. I received options of estimates the day after I called and asked for them. The day I made a decision on which system I wanted I was able to set up an appointment and they had availability the day I needed. I was notified by their office before they showed up that the techs were on their way. The service team laid down cloth to protect my floors and even swept up after they were done. In total the whole installation was only about 6 hours. I was given a little tour of my new system after installation and they made sure I approved of everything.I chose their 60 month no interest financing through their approved lender and was thrilled with the options I was given. They handled pretty much all of it and I just filled out an online questionnaire to obtain approval.I also had my ducts cleaned and was able to roll that into the total cost and used some $100 off coupons they give with their Preventative Maintenance Program offers, which also came along with my new system.10 out of 10, would do it again.

    Had a great experience with everyone at Dunco, from the answering service and front desk staff to our HVAC techs. When we called over the weekend they responded right away and were very upfront with the extra charge for weekend service, so we chose to wait until Monday. They called us back first thing that morning, so we didn’t have to take the initiative to call back, and they got someone over within the hour. Jason was our first tech, and he looked at our heating/AC unit and diagnosed the problem. Given the expense of the repair and age of our unit, we opted to invest in replacing instead and they were able to set us up with an installation the very next morning. Tyler and Paul came over in the morning around 8:30 and were done inside of 3 hours, and everyone who entered our home was kind and professional, and they all observed proper distancing and masking.     We had Dunco out at our house at the end of July for a regular A/C checkup and cleaning. They were very reasonably priced, prompt and professional. Three weeks later our A/C was having issues. When I called they immediately came out the following day (a Saturday), diagnosed that there was a leak, and then gassed up our A/C to keep it going at no charge. We had issues again about a week later. Again, they came out same day, at no charge, and explained the leak was bigger than expected. They gave us several options ranging in price, and with A/C almost 20 years old, we decided to replace it. They gassed up our current A/C again to last us through the weekend and were out first thing Monday with our new A/C unit. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly, knowledgeable and their prices were more than fair. To top it off, they sent us a little thank you for our business. We truly appreciate their service, response time, and working with them. They certainly earned our future business.

    Great experience with Dunco. We badly needed a new A/C system. The old system was limping along and temperatures were creeping into the low 100s. Dunco jumped on it! The process started with Joe Cunningham visiting and making the assessment. Phil and Greg did the installation a couple of days later. All three were total professionals, both in their quality of work and in their friendliness. You always got the impression that they were there to help you and ensure you are happy with the product, and not just get er done, make the bucks and move on.     Our ancient heater finally went out right before a cold front was moving through the area. We checked out several HVAC companies in town, and decided to go with Dunco based on their outstanding reviews on multiple websites. We were not disappointed! A technician was sent out within hours of our initial phone call, diagnosed our furnace, and gave us a quote for the repairs. He did not try to upsell us on anything, nor did he pressure us to act quickly and use Dunco for the repairs.After calling around to get more quotes on the recommended repairs, it was clear that Duncos price could not be beat. So we called our technician and he came back to our house within an hour to take measurements and size up the space. The next day Clayton and Larry came out on time (and gave us a courtesy call to let us know they were on their way), installed our new furnace, and got us up and running very quickly.There were no surprises in the cost, it was exactly what was quoted to us and included several warranties and instant rebates. We are extremely pleased with the quick, courteous service from Dunco and will be using them in the summer when our ancient A/C is sure to go out. :)

    Tyler, team lead, and Evan were the team from Dunco that installed a new central AC outside condenser and inside AC coil. The interior space was not easy to work in but Tylers installation of the new coil and system attachments was superior to what was in place prior to his arrival. Evan was in constant motion working on the condenser installation and innumerable task he knew had to be done. They did a great job in a timely manner.I want to mention the Service Manager, Jason Fisher, who went the extra mile and worked in the initial visit late on the day I called instead of the scheduled next day.     Professional in all respects is the way I would describe the Mini-Split installation by Dunco in the 6 unit apartment building I own.They showed up on time, worked to the schedule of my tenants, always ask on subjective type decisions (like where units mount), stayed on the job till it was done, did their parts runs as part of the lunch hour, cleaned and vacuumed the work areas, hauled off all the trash, took the time to explain how the units work, added help as needed to get the work done in the promised 2 days.     Love this company! Everyone on the staff (from customer service reps to maintenance staff) is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. It is obvious customer service is a top priority. They show up on time, they explain the work theyre doing, and always leave things clean. They are organized when it comes to maintenance scheduling and give you ample time to chose an appointment most convenient for you. First, when your furnace is out and the house is bitter cold and someone arrives earlier than anticipated, it is a big plus. Also, he was patient when I asked him to repeat three times what the various parts were and what was wrong with each.
