David Bustamante was awesome walking me thru the whole process of getting my solar system hooked up. I have dealt with solar salesman in the past and felt like they were being dishonest but David made me feel comfortable about the whole process. He explained everything honestly and was up front about everything . The installers did a great job too. David even called me to make sure I was happy about everything and took my calls right away with all the questions I had. Because of David I already recommend to friends and family about having solar hooked up at their house. David thank you for all your help with this and making my decision very easy.

Tyler was great, super professional, and patient with us…especially since we had to reschedule a couple of times. He also does what he says he will do!! Accountability and superb customer service? This was by far the easiest solar company I have ever worked with. I have done solar on two of my properties and the representative Dylan Smith that I worked with not only made everything very easy and clear to understand, but informed me about an off system with back up power Instead of the traditional, regular solar system every other company offered me. I’m very excited to have gone with Dylan Smith and VIG Solar And chose their premier option with the solar panels batteries, as well as the generator!

Jacob was extremely helpful in my journey and transition to renewable energy. I had seen many quotes and he was able to bring multiple options to the table and explain the benefits of each. After working with the VIG team coming up on almost a year now through a mutual sister company relationship I can honestly say VIG is one of the few trustworthy solar companies who care about their customers and their community! The owner James has been great to do business with and wants everyone to succeed from homeowners to employees to business partners he truly believes we are all on the same side out here fighting to make a difference.
