Kind of did not expect to see all the negative reviews. I had a very pleasant experience and I think that maybe this company may have had some previous not so great electricians and now should have more positive reviews to make their name good again. I had a light that was going out and the tech was on time, very kind, experience & humor ( I appreciate). I had a question regarding the dimmer light and called thinking I would get voicemail and someone actually answered and was very helpful. It was around $400 for one light and upgraded to a dimmer but I would use again. If your looking for non shady I would say give them a try. Give them a chance to change their current ratings as negative reviews.

I had a circuit go out that ended up being a tripped GFCI, but before I discovered that I called Jeff on a Sunday to see about getting someone out to help solve the problem. Jeff was awesome, and while I ended up not needing the appointment after all, I wanted to give a shout-out to his great customer service. Super cool, real down-to-earth and honest guy, and legitimately wants to help people solve their electrical problems.I called three other places before I called One Hour and no one picked up; Jeff did. You need to talk to a real live person? Seriously, dont waste your time chasing other companies, just call One Hour!

I needed a fix to my breaker box today and they were able to give me a same day service appointment. Murray was an awesome tech with a great personality and got the problem figured out and fixed almost immediately. Jeff the owner was an awesome help as well by offering to work with me on payments and make sure my problem was fixed that day instead of leaving me in the dark. Couldnt be happier with their service and team! I highly recommend them, and will be using them again if anything ever happens in the future.

After a service appointment for my a/c unit, it was determined that the circuit breaker needed to be replaced. I called One Hour Electric at 8:30 AM on a Saturday. My call was returned within 2 hours and Mr. T. Felix, the electrician arrived at my house by 2:30 PM. Mr. T. Felixquickly assessed the problem and replaced the breaker. One Hour Electric was amazing. Not only were they able to fix my problem but they let me know that my issue wasn’t as bad as I thought. What I thought was going to be a major problem turned out to be a quick fix by just replacing some old fuses.The best part was that they completed the job in less then an hour and they showed up 15 minutes earlier then their scheduled arrival which was a nice surprise.

So I got a little crazy with the Hedge trimmer last night and cut the cord while trimming the bushes. I lost all power to the garage no doors, no fridge everything was out. I tried the breaker and nothing happened. I called One Hour Electric and spoke with Jeff and he said he would have his technician come out tomorrow morning. Tony called me this morning and gave me an eta of when he would be out. He was on time and very professional. He located the problem quickly and fixed the problem. One hour Electric will be my go to in the future. Great service, very professional. I definitely recommend them for your Electric needs.

Im hardworking like most people and my dollars are truly important to me. But when it comes to One Hour Electric. I was truly worried about the price and the service. I try to DYI my own projects. But electricity isnt to me a DYI project. But when Alan came. He evaluated my work. And told me exactly what needed to be done. And did that and more. Alan wouldnt leave until he was totally satisfied. Job well done!!! The pricing is a 1 to 10 tier process. For me GREAT electrical service is priceless🙏

I would like to write a quick review for Jeff and his team at One Hour Electric. I was referred to Jeff by a 3rd party and even in the midst of the Labor Day weekend storm of 2023, Jeff & team were able to get us up and power restored - even when I was thinking it would be days before we could get an electrician due to the horrendous storms and flooding all over the Las Vegas valley.The electrician Jeff assigned for our service was Jim and after what I am sure was already a very long day, Jim showed up and replaced our main service breaker. It was not easy even after NV Energy removed the gold band from their meter to give access to Jim. Jim was a true professional in every sense of the word and even took the time to come in and explain what he had done to my 92 year-old mother who actually owns the house. We are very happy with the professionalism and the quality of service in addition to the response time. I will certainly be recommending One Hour Electric to others when asked if I know of a quality electrical company. Thanks Jeff for taking care of us. Jim was a real professional in a day where that seems to be getting harder and harder to find!

So its that time of the year when everything that can go wrong, would go wrong. When you have 8 people in the house, and every appliance is running, the lights went out from our 3 bathrooms and our garage door opener and christmas lights went out. I googled electrician and One Hour Electric was the first one. I was in a panic but Lorraine (I hope I got her name right) talked me through it. She even coached me into trying to reset all the outlets. It didnt work and she gave me assurance that they would have someone out and this was fixable. Gabriel, the technician was the one they sent. I believe he was on call and he came all the way from Henderson. He opened the breakers and flipped it and it worked. He did tell me that it may happen again so they replaced it, since it is an older house. Service and replacement had a price on it but he said their labor is backed with a 7 year warranty .He even looked at the other switches and lights. One Hour Electric came and saved the day. They will have our business going forward and I do recommend them.

This is my first time with One Hour Electric. I was routed to them when I started to have problems with our Smoke Detector/Fire Alarm at home the entire alarm system keeps on chirping even if we’ve already changed the batteries and reset it. This happened on a Sunday morning. I did not expect a prompt call since its a weekend but I received a call back from this company right away telling me who’s coming in and what to expect once he gets here. Chris is the one who went did very well explaining why this happened and how to fix it very professional. I would’ve given 5 stars since overall the experience is totally great but it was a bit expensive. We ended up replacing the entire smoke detectors since it already worn off 2/2 dust accumulation etc we were hesitant initially to replace all BUT when Chris mentioned that what theyre replacing it with is contractor grade plus the have a 7 year warranty sounds perfect for me. So i would probably get their services again in the future.

If you want it done fast and done right, call One Hour Electric. I was having a problem with our electrical panel on an older property we recently acquired. I already had a fairly good idea we needed to replace and upgrade the panel, based on its age and my prior experience. When I called and talked to Jeff he gave me a fair idea of what it might cost if we had to go with a new panel and he had a guy there later that afternoon to take a look at it. The electrician he sent over quickly diagnosed the panel and confirmed we needed to replace it. The work was completed quickly and to my complete satisfaction. Hands down the best company I’ve ever dealt with first of all I found out the hard way that all the supposed 24/7 companies don’t actually work 24/7. I called in on a Friday night around 10:30pm Jeff answered he was very knowledgeable and jumped right on my problem. Last week my husband and I had no power in our house, and in our garage we were both smelling smoke. It was late at night but one hour answered our call. The man who answered the phone gave us a quote and said a technician would be getting in touch with us soon. The technician, Alan called us promptly and told us he was on his way and would make sure we were taken care of. He arrived and inspected our entire unit, he was polite and thorough. Jeff was awesome and had Eddie at my house within 45 min. Eddie was very patient with me when calling to explain what had happened. The technician, I believe his name is Eric, called about 30 minutes prior to arrival. I had a faulty outlet that needed replacing. He fixed it and let us know that in another hour, the house could have caught on fire. I know this to be true because a day prior to Erics arrival, I had the fire department come out due to some crackling noises and interesting odor coming from that outlet (which was not being used). The fire department turned the breaker off to two rooms in the house and instructed us: Do not turn it back on. We listened and called an electrician. The work performed was efficient, clean and extremely professional. No matter where I live in the Vegas Valley, I will reach out to One Hour electric. I will encourage anyone who has an electrical issue to do the same. They guarantee their work!

We are very happy with the service we received last night from 1 hour Electric. One of the outlets in our computer room threw off Sparks and burned itself to a crisp. I called 1 hour Electric and they sent somebody out within an hour. Our technician Rey was excellent. He opened up the outlet diagnosed the problem and went over every single thing with us. Because of what he found he also checked every other Outlet in that room and the other room to make sure that the same problem wasnt going to happen again. He also went around and checked several other outlets throughout the house to make sure things are okay. He discovered that the two outlets in the kitchen island hadnt been wrapped so he did that for us as well! Were very pleased with Rey and the service that we received.
