    I had Chris install two outlets in a powder room that switches on with the existing box from a light fixture. He showed up exactly on time. Professional and personable. The customer service is impeccable in comparison to other services I’ve received from the valley. He showed dressed in uniform and immediately greeted me without being overbearing. (Some quotes I’ve gotten people just walk right in & start talking about themselves) I’d rather have the work speak for you instead of bragging. And he did just that. He finished the job then spoke later on how long he’s been doing it. He finished in an about an hour or so. Cleaned up after himself and discussed that they have 90 day warranty. He even cleaned up some of the mess the previous person created. He offered the patch up the hole the outsider contractor did. Which he didn’t have to & I didn’t let him because that’s not his mess to clean up. I really do appreciate exceptional customer service like this.For future projects I would 100% recommend this company. The lady (Angie) who answered the phone to set up my appointment is a mirror of this as well. Extremely personable and sounded delighted I was an interested customer giving them business. And that’s how it should be.I’ve called 3 other places and it sounded like I was inconviencing them or it would take more than 48 hours to get a quote or response.Overall happy with the work I received.

    We had a small fire and seeded to check our electrical to see if everything was still in working order. Luckily everything was fine. Pacific sent someone the same day. Sam was professional and efficient. Asked if there was anything else I needed before he left and did a great job.

    Sam D came out to check on a strange electrical issue we were having. The initial prognosis was going to be expensive. Sam worked for hours troubleshooting the issue to find it was a simple fix. He was polite, considerate, compassionate, and helped to clean up parts of the house that had been taken apart. He showed up within the time promised. Overall it was a great experience. I appreciated him taking the time to rule out other problems instead of starting with the most expensive option first.

    Excellent work by Andy and Sam. They weren’t the original technicians that came out to create the estimate so they needed to do some figuring out of what needed to happen. Additionally they hit a snag with one of the electrical boxes being too crowded to make my EV charger install, but they worked with their supervisor to figure it out and adapt to the situation. Work was clean and careful, very much appreciated their work.

    David could not have been kinder and he was extremely efficient at the job at hand. I would recommend him to anyone. unfortunately, the switch that he replaced for me in the bathroom keeps tripping off. So my lights keep going off about every 20 minutes I have to go in and trip it to come back on so that my Christmas lights will stay on. I think I will probably call tomorrow and see if there’s anything that can be done. This problem existed before the Christmas lights came to be and now it’s there again.

    I used Pacific Electric two years ago to install a wired Ring Flood Cam and the service was wonderful. Today I used them again to install two more wired cameras and they were thorough, professional, did the work perfectly, and answered all my questions. Sam was the electrician who showed up. He quickly developed a quote and after I accepted it he got to work immediately. I will be using Pacific Electric again in the future.

    EXPECTATIONS EXCEEDED!! The Senior Technician, Travis, showed up 20 minutes early. The job he performed was in a word, perfect. He was able to put an additional grounded three prong outlet for use to power my big screen TV and sound bar. He did a great job, laid down a plastic catch sheet for the drywall, dust and debris. The first picture was the power cord previous to the installation and the results after the installation took place. Phenomenal.

    I was referred to Pacific Electric by a coworker and her husband after they had a great experience getting some electrical work done at their home. I used Pacific Electric Inc at my business to install a 50 amp outlet where I can plug in an air conditioner to train my employees. The install is clean and neat just like their field staff.     I was referred to Pacific Electric by Adam at Robco Solar, so I know that I could trust these guys to do a great job, and I was correct. There was excellent communication before and after the job. My technicians were Austin Hernandez and Andy Lopez. They were both extremely nice guys who arrived on time.Their work was clean and perfect. We had several things done from changing out old fluorescent to LEDs to going outside and putting in a 50 amp plug for our RV. They worked fast and efficiently. Everything was neat and clean when they left and worked perfectly. I will definitely use Pacific Electric again and would confidently refer them to anyone who needs a good honest electrician. They even do 10% discount for Seniors or Veterans!

    Pacific Electric always alerts us via text message and email as to when the technician is on their way. A photo of the scheduled technician is also included so we know whom to expect. They were the 5th electrical company to come to diagnose an electrical issue that no one else found in a matter of hours! Their personnel always clean up and have never left a mess or any exposed liabilities. Office personnel is always quick to respond and very efficient in scheduling, estimate preparation and turnover time when work is needed and very good with their billing. Overall every staff member is professional, courteous, efficient and clean. No one sits around looking for work or billing us for filling in reports. Detailed photos show their work and findings throughout the service and are uploaded and presented with every estimate and bill when necessary. They will never do work without authorization so you do not find extras on the bill that you were aware of or did not authorize via their online authorization process. I recommend Pacific Electric over all other electrical companies for those reasons. No to mention two years ago on New Years day another association had a condominium building electrical panel catch fire and the power was cut to all the units. They came out the same day and restored power by way of a new panel installation, permits and all, within 48 hours. Unbelievable considering this is Vegas and New Years day was a Saturday!.

    Used Pacific Electric initially to check our smoke & carbon monoxide detectors which kept going off (faulty wiring and just plain old). Eric came out and checked everything, provided great service. We appreciated his professional opinion and did decide to buy all new detectors.     Fast! Earlier than appointment which I love. Fair with price. Knowledgeable about work. Explained everything so I could understand what I actually needed and didnt need. I had a dimmer switch that I didnt like and it arced and burnt the wall. I just wanted an up and down simple switch. I thought maybe the outlets could be bad as well. They explained they still worked and with the toggle switch it would give me constant power. They didnt try to sell me a bunch of things I didnt need. Stephen and Jesse were the 2 guys that came out. I told them both the reason I called Pacific Electric was based on the reviews. They both had nothing but good things to say about their employer and it totally showed in both their work and attitude. They both said it was the best company they ever worked for and I believe them.     As always, I receive wonderful service. They are always able to repair any issue Ive had. David was professional and troubleshooted the problem right away. This is the company to call for any electrical needs.     With so many issues during the pandemic it was so nice to deal with Pacific Electric. Starting with Kim in the office. She was so nice and did everything to get the techs out to my place ASAP.Kenny came out first, did a great job fixing my main breaker. He was very professional and a very nice guy as he explained everything. I still had issues with my bathroom lights but it was late and he was going to come back out.Shane ended up coming back out to fix the bathrooms and he also is extremely nice, very professional, he shows you all he is doing and the plan to find what is wrong.     The woman who answered the phone was very thorough and we received confirmation of our appointment via email. Eric came to our home and found the source of our issue within minutes.     Initially my review was going to be a negative review but that all changed. On Dec 17 I had called to make an appointment because we had multiple outlets that weren’t working. Our appointment was schedule on Tuesday Dec 21 from 2pm-4pm. Fast forward to Tuesday my husband waited from 2pm-4pm and no technician had came to my house. I had called the office to follow up on my appointment and see why no showed up, two phone calls later I had found out that there was no appointment that was found under my address. I was devastated because my family and I were going to travel to California for Christmas which we had to postpone because I had made another appt at a different company because no one had came. The next day I had received a call from Kim and she was apologizing for what had happen the day before and she didn’t know what happened to my appointment, I had asked if there was any available tech that could come the same day but she had told me that she could schedule an appointment for Wednesday but if a tech opens up they will push my appointment for that day. I had declined because I was already upset and I already had made an appointment with another company to come on Wednesday so I had declined. But 30 minutes later I got another call, I apologize I don’t remember her name, she had told me that they had a technician in my area that can come to my house. I was shocked and I told her ok. Within the hour Christopher came and he was wonderful. My husband and I were very happy with how Christopher was very professional and very informative.     Shane arrived on time. He explained the work order and looked at the areas for indoor light upgrades. He wired and installed an outdoor motion sensor light, excellent job. I did not have an emergency, but one of our smoke detectors started shrieking for no apparent reason on Sunday night.     Larry Carraher was fantastic! He arrived within 30 minutes of my call on a Saturday night when my power went out. He replaced the breaker quickly and now everything is back to normal. I appreciate of him coming out on short notice on a Saturday evening. I highly recommend Larry to anyone who is in a power outage jam!!

    Stephen Soulliere is an exceptional Electrician. He went out of his way to figure out how to fix the problem in order to avoid it being a major problem and costly, too.     Austin Hernandez went above and beyond what was expected and helped fix the entire electrical problem even helping me with annoying sound from faulty wiring in back of gfi he made sure to double check everything was working before leaving and was very professional wearing mask and gloves and was very polite.
