Doug is by far the best guy I have come across in Las Vegas in many years!!He couldn’t get out to my house right away so he walked me through the easy task of tripping triggers and DONE!It was a cold call at 8p at night trying to find someone to help. I can only say WOW on the service!! My A/C went out last night, the A/C guy came out this A.M. and repaired, but unfortunately the Breaker Switch had been fried, so I had to call an Electrician. Doug was on his way within 30 minutes of my call, and repaired quickly, and the price was sooo reasonable. Doug was so friendly personable and professional I definitely give him a 5Star Rating! This is also the 4th of July weekend, and my emergency was important to him to fix...Thank you Doug

Our water heater was leaking everywhere. We called dms plumbing and they came out right away. Excellent service. Very kind and friendly. Did an amazing job. Has great work ethics and very professional and the pricing was perfect. Definitely will call again and recommend to family and friends

I called Renew Electric and was not placed on hold like many companies you call these days. I got to speak with a live person whom has displayed excellent customer service . I was able to get an appointment the next day. The Service technician showed up on time, and was very knowledgeable which was fantastic. Because I do not know anything about electrical repairs nor does my husband and you never know what your are going to get from a repair service. The technician worked very fast and efficiently to solve our light figure problem. I would recommend this company to anyone that I know that has electrical needs.

Doug from Renew Electric provided great residential service - had a main GFI issue affecting main & guest bathrooms. He identified the issue very quickly, replacing 2 faulty GFI switches and was also able to help install a complicated 3-way dimmer. Doug was professional, friendly & very knowledgeable. He was helpful in answering questions about future projects in my home including electrical in my backyard and lighting options in my kitchen. Renew Electric had strong informative reviews, which made me select them in the first place. I’m very happy with my experience and am very glad that the service I received matched their reputable reviews and very reasonable pricing. Renew Electric will be my first choice for service to my home in the future! Thanks Doug!

Patrick showed up for a same day appointment. He was on time. He was very kid friendly. My toddler just adored him so much he wanted to help him look at the outlets in his bedroom. My dogs also responded very well with him in home. We had a bad experience with another electrician previously that day who lacked knowledge and skills (no basic customer service skills). After having Patrick check on our home electrical I am sure he will be our electrician going forward for any issues or upgrades. He is very knowledgeable with older homes and honest which is very hard to find these days (we own a 1966 remodeled home). Thank you Patrick for taking the time to explain how and what kind of electrical system I have, how grounds and GFCI work too. He is welcome back anytime.

Henceforth I wouldnt call or even consider any other company than Renew Electric theyre honest, reliable, & they gave top of the notch service they had gotten all of the jobs that were at hand and that had needed addressing done in a quick, efficient and a timely manner theyre also reasonably priced so no one would be dissatisfied calling Renew Electric in my book. Theyre technicians were also very polite .
