    We had a series of electrical jobs we needed done to include aligning a schedule with our outdoor contractors and some new ceiling fans and lights.They cane out first for a onsite review and quote. Very professional and kind.First off the interior was awesome, very clean and was very thorough. We love the installations. For the outside it was fast and once again great care taken to our property. Will definitely call them again!! Highly recommend!

    Patricio Isidore is the most pleasant and experienced electrician I have ever worked with. He installed a circuit sub panel box for our house so we can have 220 power for our newly purchased Tesla. His professional knowledge of doing the job is outstanding. He does the job without cutting corners without wasting any time. He is very organized. He kept the job site very clean during the job and after. He is always willing to take time to answer any questions we have. I feel very fortunate to have him to work on our house-a happy and honest person like him.     Sebastian was great!! He didn’t give up until he solved the puzzle and found the culprit and fixed it. I have had an electrician out before from a different company who didn’t know what he was doing and couldn’t fix the issue in the end. Sebastian was very knowledgeable and took care of this! Will ask for him again in the future.

    Carlos is the most professional and knowledgeable electrician I’ve ever had. He is quick with troubleshooting. Always respectful of my home. When the job is complete he cleans up the area he works in. He always asks if I have any questions when he’s done to ensure he doesn’t leave until all my needs are met.     Carlos is freakin amazing!! We had new lights installed in our pantry- they look amazing ! We had a very large ceiling fan mounted ( 10ft) flawless job! Then we had two fan/lights installed in our closet. After some troubleshooting everything was up and running.Approximately 2 months later we started seeing shorts in one of the custom closet lights so we called and asked for Carlos who was booked. We opted to wait because he does such a great job and is so polite and considerate of our property. And extremely patient with all my constant questions!He was able to come by trouble shoot our lights without affecting our other lighting and voila! He was able to fix everything flawlessly and explain what had happened. Love this dude and we will always use ampere for any future needs!

    I can’t speak highly enough about this company or the technician Sebastian that came to our house. There is a reason for this many good reviews! He diagnosed our sockets, switches and breaker box to uncover the problem. He found the solution and made repairs. Somehow, he was able to explain all that to me so that it made sense too!     We first talked to Jessica and she directed our issue to an electrician. She was kind courteous and a joy to speak with. Our electricians name is Sebastian, he was professional in every way.     Carlos did an amazing job with installing a Mustang Mach E home charging station. Very polite, patient, and always kept his work area clean. He even stayed after the job was complete to make sure I was able to download and connect to app to the charger. Would recommend to anyone looking to get electrical work done.

    We needed an electrician to install a ceiling fan and randomly selected Ampere Electric. They were able to schedule us within a few days. Craig was great. He showed up before the scheduled time, which usually never happens with companies. You always have to sit and wait for someone to show up within the 2-3 hour window. But Craig arrived early, gave us a quote, which we accepted, and went to work. After installation, he vacuumed, put our furniture back and discarded the box for us. What more could we ask for. WE LOVE OUR CEILING FAN.

    Had to replace my entire electrical panel,l. It was old and finally blew the main breaker. Tony (Elia) came out to asses and provided sound advisory on what needed to be done. I had a few other electricians come out to asses as well, but Tony’s knowledge and professionalism gave me confidence in choosing Ampere. No regrets.On the day of installation, he arrived on time (which is rare when waiting on technicians). Everything went smooth, the box looked great, clean work; but waiting on NV Energy is a challenge in itself. Waited between 3 to 4 hours for their technician to show up to turn the power back on. Surprisingly, Tony remained on site the entire time, and then made a few minor adjustments once the power was up. Great experience. Will definitely recommend Ampere to friends.Thanks again Tony.

    Highly recommend. Had an emergency power outage over the weekend and Sebastian the tech came out on a Sunday and restored the power. I also replaced the circuit breaker boxes and wiring and they honored the quote they gave me. The work was done well and the service was outstanding and friendly.     Had a great experience with this company. Had a weird situation where I turned on my upstairs light and when I turned it on, it was dim through the whole upstairs of the house. Technician came out, checked all the electrical outlet as well as plugs and breakers. Turned out there was a loose wire hooked up to the smoke detector that was affecting the lighting for my entire upstairs. Technician got it done super quick and I really appreciate all the hard work he did. To get our lights back on upstairs. Thanks again!!!

    Max is the electrician who came to my house. He found the problem so quick and did an excellent job to fixed the problem I had in my house. You can feel and see his professional skills.     Sebastian and Homer showed up on time, communicated well and did a great job. They replaced a 4 way light switch that I installed incorrectly. After inspecting the main panel they recommended that some upgrades be done. I will be thinking about adding the surge protector and freshening up the connections at a later time. I will be using Ampere again and would recommend them for all your electrical needs.

    Excellent work from the start for our 1st job with Ampere. In the beginning, David came out and spent time itemizing each electrical task that was requested. He is knowledgeable, experienced and very detail oriented. My experience with other electricians has not been carried out in this manner. I do appreciate the work ethic of this company.

    *UPDATE* Ampere and myself worked together tocorrect what QMERIT was being difficult to approve.When purchasing my EV QMERIT subs out the install. Instead of saying that those companies can install up to 80’ of wire and conduit they don’t say.Ampere Bid 10’ of wire and I accepted thinking we are under agreement based on the 80’ rule I signed up for. NOT! lol. So they reopened the bid after I sent the paperwork I signed stating 80’ to QMERIT. Ampere has been excellent in working through this. I hate reviews because at times they are very misleading. I deal with surveys effecting paychecks daily. I again chose ampere because they hung in there and were professional.Let’s see how the install goes….5 stars as of nowDid not use this service to install EV charger in my garage. Fees changed from agreement to actual install. At installment there would be a $400 charge. Additional wiring was said to be needed however this was not so when getting signed up through QMERIT. So there is a disconnect between this company and the Company QMERIT . I paid install prior to selecting the installer. This installer picked up the job. QMERIT said 80ft of wire ran included . This company said only 10ft is included.This company said they would get it worked out but it’s been about a week and I haven’t heard back. I have escalated this to the highest level at the manufacturer. Let’s see what happens next. Honestly not sure who is at fault here. Just be aware before choosing. 2 stars for their friendly service . I would give 5 stars and really want to. I am not saying they are responsible, however I have an Electric Car in my Garage with NO CHARGER..lol so really how can I give anyone stars . This came down to a difference of about needing 15 ft of wire. (For around a garage door) Or $400 Retail dollars. Where I work we would have taken care of the customer and fought the company for the internal amount.

    I was aware that my old breaker box was in need of replacement for about six months prior to contacting Ampere electric. I reached out to two other companies so I could get a few estimates for my large job, however Ampere electric is the only company that showed up for the initial appointment. Carlos was the electrician that helped us from start to finish.  He was polite, knowledgeable, and experienced. The office staff helped move the project forward smoothly as they helped coordinate the power on and off with NV Energy. They were also able to schedule me less than a week from the initial estimate appointment.  I am so pleased that I found an electrician that is honest and does impeccable work! I highly recommend Ampere Electric for all your electrical needs!

    Prices are good. Craig came out fixed our electrical problems. We had no water for 4 days because the breaker for the water pump burnt out. He set everything up to fix our problem for the next day. Very fast service. I love the work he did. It was great that he lives in Pahrump and can service the Pahrump area. The whole staff was wonderful. The contractor to fix the broken wall around the electrical box hadn’t called in to set up a time to fix it. Ampere Electrical got him out in 2 days to finish our wall. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them for all electrical needs.

    If I could give 10 stars that is exactly what service and value David from Ampere Electric provided. We needed an outside GFCI outlet and ceiling fan installed and could not be happier.     David was timely and professional. He installed two ceiling fans under our back patio, 5 ceiling fans in the home, added recessed lighting to our loft, changed out all my outdoor lighting fixtures, added a home surge protector, and added a flood light to the side of my home. He also helped me hang some outdoor cafe lights under the patio. He was very polite and courteous. When one of the lights wasnt working like it should, he came back out to look at it, but it seems to be a defect with the fixture. Since they did so much work, he offered to install a new fixture free of charge.

    We have had Ampere at our home on at least three separate occasions and each time we have been thrilled with the results. We recently bought an older home that was built in the early 60s, and as one can imagine, the location and number of outlets were limited. We needed a couple outlets installed for our security system and entertainment console. Ampere dispatched Craig Martin arrived to our home ahead of schedule and ready to go! Craig discussed our immediate power needs, as well as potential upgrades in the future (e.g., adding a light in a dark storage closet, adding outlets for a device charging station). Craig identified a few installation and power supply options, discussed the pros and cons of each, and then took great care to ensure that the installation was minimally evasive and looked great! We couldnt be happier with the service we received and have already booked our next appointment with Craig.

    We had a great experience with Ampere. 4 of our outlets stopped working and we couldn’t figure it out, and we had another issue with an outlet in a different room. I called the office and they scheduled me for service very fast, even during a busy holiday week. David was our technician and he was super prompt and friendly and fixed everything for us quickly. He answered all our questions and was super helpful. Highly recommend!

    Fantastic service from my first call in, to meeting my tech, through completion of my project! They were on time and even send you a text so you can see where your tech is in route. My tech Keith knows his stuff and did a great, great job!!Keith was very courteous about making sure he kept the project clean, as I have a whole lot of that tiny insulation in my roof that wanted to come down and so Keith put a trash bag up to help catch the insulation while he cut the hole in the ceiling for my ceiling fan, which was very nice and much appreciated. They came highly recommended to me and I can see why!!! Thank you so much Keith!!

    Called and left a message for a call back. Later that evening, way after normal business hours, Jessica returned my call and set up an appointment for me. I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service from her; not only with the call back but my interaction with her the next day. Keith Smith, the technician was excellent. I was very impressed and pleased with the service and work performed; especially the work in the Master Bathroom. That particular job came out way better than I expected. Am currently reviewing estimates for two other jobs within my home and am sure I will be calling to have them scheduled. Just a matter of timing.Accepted the bids on two other jobs. Both were well done and my wife and I are very pleased with the work. Keith Smith supervised, even though it was his day off, and Sebastian Hernandez, the technician, did a good job. He had to do quite a bit of the work, plus crawl around in the attic. Jessica again did a great job of scheduling to accommodate our calendar and time frame. Ampere Electric will be on the top our list for any future electrical needs.

    I want to say that Shane and Mike provided same day service. My fuse box literally burned up in the middle of the night. I was left without electricity for my entire unit. I contacted the repair service and they came to my unit in a timely fashion. They bought the necessary materials for the repair. They did not attempt to mislead me nor take advantage of my situation. I am a senior citizen on a limited budget and they worked with me. I am truly thankful for the quality of work that they rendered. I would highly recommend them. Thank you.

    Ampere is fantastic. They were able to come out quickly. They gave me a fair estimate and were able to complete the work right then. I have horse arena lighting and they were able to use a tall ladder to access and work on those 20 ft high lights. Most companies will not work with this type of elevated lighting. The electrician was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone. We will be using them again. Highly recommend.

    David was very professional and casual at the same time. He fixed the issue quickly, check our jacuzzi pump as a courtesy and quickly helped reset the GSR. He has this rare quality that made me feel at ease to leave him to work in my home. Plus he quoted me half of what the other one my home warranty sent. Very happy. Ask for David.

    Updating my review to include the charger/breaker install that just happenedTroubleshooting Visit (10/14)Keith is an absolute legend. Great guy, does great work. Remounted Tesla charger on the wall, diagnosed the problem with the Install, and already got the job planned for the breaker replacement along with another charger on another part of the property. Friendly, approachable. Exactly what I needed!Install visit (10/17)Adolfo was great. Arrived about 10am to upgrade one breaker (so that the aforementioned Tesla charger would actually charge at 48A without overheating/turning off), and install a Chargepoint Flex charger on another part of the property. He was quick, pleasant and the work was great. Cant recommend enough.

    Craig Martin was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and honest on what replacements we needed, what would be best for our company and what we didnt really need in order to save on the cost. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. We will definitely be using Ampere for any other electrical needs that come up. Price was far more reasonable and affordable than other companies bids we had received. Customer service from booking to paying was 5 stars. Great job everyone.

    I called Ampere on Wednesday and requested to have the work completed soon as possible. They informed me that they would do their best to accommodate me. With that being said, they were able to schedule me the very next day and did an amazing job. Craig was very polite and professional. He explained the entire scope of the work to be performed and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend using the company for your electrical needs. Last, I reached to more than 4 companies prior to Ampere, and sad to say, they wanted to schedule me weeks out and/or did not return my call.     The 5 Stars are real.We had several lighting fixtures upgraded in a high ceiling.Some of the new fixtures that we acquired were damaged. Ampere Electric did not source them,so thats on us.Craig worked with us to reschedule once our replacements arrived.Very flexible and accommodating. They provided a fair estimate and met it. The worked was scheduled before operating hours and was completed on time, including cleaning.Some of the wiring necessitated cutting out a piece of drywall, and it needed to be patched. We used a vendor that they recommended, and that experience was also excellent.
