    Mike with Vita Pure is outstanding! We wish all providers delivered the same exceptional quality of service as Mike. He is responsive, honest, communicative, and deeply knowledgeable about whole home water filtration systems.Background:We had an EasyWater Iron Shield filter installed about a year ago. For the last four months, our water in the AM came out black after a regen cycle, etching our sinks and toilets. The original installer’s suggestions, including adjusting the regeneration cycle, didn’t work, and their recommendation to replace the media or install a new system seemed excessive given the media’s expected lifespan (at a cost of between $1100 and $3500).Frustrated, we reached out to Vita Pure. Mike responded quickly and identified that one setting on our iron filter was wrong. It was set to “filter” instead of “soften,” which caused the regen cycles to fail/not properly clean the media. After adjusting this setting, the problem was resolved. The water is now clear, and we’re likely getting better filtration.Vita Pure didn’t charge us for their visits and could have upsold us on new media or systems but chose not to. We plan to have them handle our future maintenance needs for our whole home water filtration system. Highly recommended!

    Mr.Eddie came by and went over my whole house system and drinking water system. He explained everything very well. Eddie made me continue to feel great about my recent purchase with vita pure and I will definitely recommend them to others. Vita pure has old fashioned service, there not done with you after the sale. I can tell they will always be there to take care of there customers.

    What a fantastic company! We bought our whole house water system about two weeks ago. Within 15 minutes of the install being completed our water was completely free of iron. We are so happy with Eddie our service manager, who came out today to explain everything to us about the system. This company and their employees go above and beyond to ensure their customers are 100 percent satisfied. We highly recommend them for all your water filtration needs!

    Ive had my system since June 2012 and I love it! Its so much easier than buying bottled water all the time and I love having water that tastes good. We even give it to our dogs. Eddie came to change it my filters today and he did an excellent job. He was very informative and personable. If youre debating getting a system, I highly recommend you do it. You wont regret it!

    We were having spots on our dishes and such several weeks after water softener installation.Eddie came out, tested our water and system was working. When he checked the system itself the level for salt was way too high. He lowered it and also changed out a leaking connector.Great job and Thank you!

    We’ve had our system for 3 years now, and it was the best decision we’ve made for our old country house. We live on a farm with well water and we’ve always had to deal with nasty iron filled water that stained everything but Mike and his team have saved my clothes and appliances. Clear, clean water! Didn’t think it was possible for our old well water. Our technician Mr. Eddie is always extremely friendly and knowledgeable every single time. 100/100 best company around

    Service is great. Prices are on the expensive side. I really do like their products and they work very well to filter water. But the prices for service and replacement filters are very expensive. Other than that very good.

    For a quick turn around on an installation of a reverse osmosis system at an affordable price, Vita-Pure, Mike L., really made good on a drinking system install. Additionally, Eddie, their service tech, made good on checking the equipment and water quality at the two week checkup. The equipment has worked as advertised, based on my water testing with National Testing Laboratories, and I look forward to working with them in the future. Four stars almost five. I dont give away the fifth star too easily!

    We have had our system for about a month. Our water was hideous! United Water is disgusting. A friend referred VitaWater after he got it. We were already paying for Kentwood water. We could not be happier. The water is very very soft. The drinking water for the reverse osmosis is perfect. It’s worth every penny. Eddie came by and did our checkup after a month and he broke everything down step by step so that we understood how everything worked. If you have bad water do yourself a favor and invest in their system.

    I had a water treatment system many years ago and knew the benefits of having one. Due to major skin irritations, I purchased one from Vita Pure last week.     We had a problem with iron in our water. Less than a year ago I had another company change out a head in my softener system, they took me for $1500 as it never corrected the problem. Called VitaPure after tasting their water at a friends home and they changed out our systems. Mike “the Waterboy” was awesome and our technician Ed was very informative.     Mike as the company representative is an expert at recommending just what you need for your home or business. He is available by phone and will call you back in a timely manner with the answer. They use a licensed and insured plumber for the installation followed by a service technician to check the system and demonstrate the softeners function and capability.     This company is awesome! This is the second house that we’ve installed the reverse osmosis system in for our drinking water. We recently found we had high levels of arsenic at our new home which was making our family sick, so we called and asked for a filter for arsenic. That wasn’t something they were used to doing, but they researched and helped us find a system that specifically removed arsenic and installed it for us. They also sent someone out to double check to make sure it was working properly after the install. We highly recommend Vita Pure!

    Mike and the guys at vitapure were great! I grew tired of my appliances breaking from calcium build up and decided to make this investment. A home test from Amazon showed i had very hard water. After a bit of research Mike came out tested my water and confirmed its potency. A week later I had a filter installed and my home tests show my water as clean as it gets.

    I live in Milton Village and i want to say that this system has made an extreme difference. I did a full house filter and softener, because the water was ruining my fixtures and leaving scum to always be cleaned. The water smelled and tasted bad.     We were beginning to wonder about the integrity of this company and the water softener unit that we were sold. We were asked for payment before knowing, 1.) If the unit was properly installed, 2.) If the unit was properly working as promised from the sales person and the literature given, 3.) Without a User’s Manual, and 4.) Without any instruction on how to operate the unit. To the company’s much needed credit, Mr. Eddie (service technician) visited our home. Mr. Eddie 1.) Verified proper installation and operation of the unit, 2.) Patiently and thoroughly answered our questions about the user operations and unit components, 3.) Provided the promised User’s Manual, 4.) Provided product warranty information, 5.) Provided guidance on protection for the unit and 6.) How to obtain service for the unit. We were extremely pleased with the on-site service provided by Mr. Eddie and are looking forward to the advertised benefits of our recently purchased water softener.

    We had our system serviced today, and usually my husband is the one to deal with the technician, but today it was me. Eddy was so informative. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing, explained why it was being done and told me about other services Vita Pure offers. He even took me outside to show me what my old filter looked like. Needless to say, I was VERY pleased with him!
