    I Had shower faucet changed. workers were very nice. It looks like plumbers are no longer working by the hour as far as price goes. i was informed their price is by the job.Ask questions and get an estimate before allowing anyone to perform work. That goes for any company. That way everyone knows and is aware of the estimated cost. I had a little issue with the rate. The owner contacted me and refunded a portion of the bill. He took interest in the reputation of his company and was concerned that i was pleased. I am very pleased with their work and the owner.Thanks

    Called on a Sunday with a non emergency issue. Left a message with the answering service. Got a call Monday morning before 8am and the certified plumber and his apprentice were here by 8:30am. Mr. Johnny and Jacob kept me informed of what they were doing and why. They both had great communication, cleaned up after themselves, and were very polite. I would recommend Hargraves plumbing to anyone in need. Thank you Mr. Johnny and Jacob! Great Job!

Wonderful manners, great skill and knowledge of their craft, and clean and considerate work.     I was so upset. Travis reassured me that everything would be OK and they would get to me as soon as possible. After my new tankless water heater was installed and putting the correct valves & gasket(unlike the last installation) Mark was very thorough, explaining how I should maintain the system. And there wasnt a mess when they left. Like they werent even here. Very friendly, polite company. Being by myself I never felt uncomfortable. I Recommend them 100% will definitely be calling them if I ever need anything.

    Great customer service! We had a small gas leak in the kitchen area this morning. I contacted Hargraveā€™s and the person who took my call was very professional and accommodating. They were able to get to our home within a couple hours and take care of the issue. The technician was polite, quickly found the issue, and communicated what he needed to do to fix the issue. He quickly made the repair and cleaned the area. Very impressed with Hargraveā€™s Plumbing. I would highly recommend!

    I used Hargraveā€™s Plumbing to help fix an issue with the restrooms at my church. They exceeded my expectations. They were very friendly, communicated with me constantly and did a tremendous job fixing the issue. It wasnā€™t an easy job but yet they handled it like pros.     In the process of renovating my home, we discovered some plumbing issues. Nick at Hargraves was recommended. He and his coworker arrived on time and quickly resolved my issue.     Third time using these guys. Today they returned to backfill what had been dug up and was too wet at the time to complete. I had been outside trying to do some hurricane prep and, when they finished their work, one of them just automatically began helping me move things! Not being a spring chicken anymore, these things are getting so much harder for me to do by myself. I canā€™t even begin to describe how grateful I am for these guys. Plus, they fixed the leak that had my entire back yard flooded while having to move in and out of the house since my gates/fences are still messed up from our last big wind event - not a bit of mud left in the house !

    Tom and his employee were amazing! They came the morning after I called and were able to fix a broken pipe in two hours. They were knowledgeable and friendly, and even happily accepted my cats attention on occasion. They were significantly better priced than some of their competitors Iā€™ve used as well.     Absolutely terrific! From the receptionist, who was professional and kind, to the plumbers, who were there within a few hours, and kept me up to date. The ability to receive texts as to arrival time and a photo so I would recognize the plumbers was awesome. They fixed the main problem and addressed other areas so that it does not happen again and added easier access if it does. Tom and Jacob, the plumbers, were informative and professional. Pricing was transparent and explained in full. I was beyond satisfied with all aspects of their service. I have definitely found my new plumbers if I ever have anything go wrong again.     Although in the end it wasnā€™t ā€œgood newsā€ for me and future plans for a bathroom, both Javon and Luke were very professional, and very helpful. Javon was so knowledgeable and good at explaining the process and pointing out possible future issues just so I am aware, which is good! They took their time, very meticulous. They only lose one star because whoever schedules didnā€™t tell me about the service charge (and a service charge is understandable, I just want to know about it ahead of time to agree to it).     I first believed these guys were a plumbing service I could use whenever is had a plumbing problems. Prices were reasonable and had good service. Very respectful guys. Called them for more work that needed to be done and the prices got outrageous. 600 bucks to change one pvc fitting. They suggested a very expensive septic pump for my system and didnā€™t even check what type of power supply the pump needed. Call them to rectify the situation and they told me I would need my own electrician to supply enough power to the pump. Although I was initially upset with their service they came back and corrected the problem.

    Mr. Johnny Johnson and his assistant, Luke did a fantastic job. They were professional, courteous, and on-time. They removed their boots before entering the house. Mr. Johnson and Luke found the problem, made a cut in the wall right where the pipe was leaking. They also cleaned up after they were done. The price was very reasonable.     Im giving the employees of Hargrave Plumbing five stars! Heres why.My hot water heater went out on Thursday. I was scheduled to have minor surgery on Friday. On Thursday, two employees came out, both named Jacob. They are both under 30 years of age. They were very professional, very polite and very knowledgeable. They gave me an estimate, I agreed to the job and they returned Friday afternoon to install the new water heater with another employee named Johnny.They began installing the water heater while I was having surgery.When I arrived home from outpatient surgery, the job was about halfway complete. They worked until 6:30 in the evening to complete the job.I just want to reemphasize, how pleasant the two young men were. I did not have the opportunity to speak with Johnny.I just retired as vice-president of a company with 300 employees. My experience was, a lot of employees, Jacobs and Jacobs age sometimes dont put out their best effort. And, sometimes when asked to go the extra mile, they refuse to and quit. Turn over is a big issue.They are two very fine young men who are well trained on how to deal professionally with clients. Plus, there are very knowledgeable about their profession.If I were still employed, Id hire both of them in a second.

    With 2 bathroom problems, I needed a plumber today. I called and Blake listened to me and got me on the schedule. Thomas Finch & Jacob came at 3:30 and assessed the situation before using the snake:.They will be back Monday to use the camera to see why the blockage because this should not have happened again.Both Thomas * Jacob were very professional and polite. All steps were explained. I would use them again.Thomas & Jacob were back today to unclog the master bath tub and run the camera. Pipes in master bath not flush. Will be digging up tile to repair pipes and retile. Thomas & Jacob are so thorough and keeping me in the loop.     This is the second time I have used Hargraves Plumbing for services. The first time they installed a new hot water heater. They arrived on time and were very nice and pleasant to talk with as they advised me on what kind of water heater I would need. They were able to order and install the new hot water heater in a very timely fashion. They were so professional and exceptional that I called Hargraves Plumbing back for another job. The second job I had them install a new garbage disposal and sink in my kitchen. Once again they were so nice and professional. They installed the new sink and garbage disposal in no time. Their service is so great that I would not hesitate to recommend them for any plumbing needs.

    If I could give 100 stars I would!!!! As a first time manager of properties I had no clue what I was doing when it came to plumbing. When I called on Friday, it was late in the day and I was a clueless individual. The owner and his wife took the time out of their vacation to give ma a call. Not only was that a blessing I was sent multiple updates from the technician along with maps of locations when they were on their way.     Had an unfortunate water leak situation. Hargraves Plumbing were quick to respond and after some troubleshooting and a lot of digging they were able to find the issue. They were quickly able to reroute the line and get us taken of. Will definitely be using them again if the need arises.

    This was the first time I have had to call a plumber on my own and of course I considered calling one of the big chains first but Hargrave came up first for best local ratings and on the website they had the voted best in lafayette sigil and I have usually had good experiences at those local businesses. In my experience chains like have an easier time shrugging you off if something negative happens so I would rather go with local cause they are part of the community and care more about you it matters more to me to support local. I am really glad I did- I really appreciate the ability on the website to send in what is happening after hours. They called me shortly before they even opened to let me know that if I was okay with their plan of action they could send me someone right away. They were respectful, they prioritized my work. Things that I think were notable- They were friendly, they picked up any trash they had (youd be surprised how many handy people dont!) and were very open and honest with their work, pricing, abilities, including the realms of what they could/could not do for us so we had full knowledge and consent of what we were paying for and if there was a possibility if it would/ would bot work. This makes me feel very comfortable with them as a company recommending them to friends and family. They did great work, they gave me a price I found very agreeable. I am very fortunate my first choice was the right one. Which is why Im leaving this review hoping it helps someone else who might be in for their first time one day too have a positive first experience.

    My toilet water line had a little leak and when I touched it, the water line shot water out everywhere at full speed and my bathroom was starting to flood! I called and asked if there was someone available for an emergency and when I explained the circumstances, he immediately called the city for me to have my water shut off and he got 2 of his guys that was closest to me to come out. They took care of everything and weā€™re professional and friendly. I was so pleased that I scheduled a visit for the next day to take care of some other plumbing stuff.The owner followed up with a quality check call to make sure that everything went well and to see if I needed anything else.I would definitely recommend Hargraveā€™s Plumbing to anyone who needs a plumbing service!

    I had a slab leak and need to abandon copper lines under my concrete. I didnt have to use a leak detection company as Travis and his team troubleshot and located the faulty pipe. The two young men that spent the day at my house repairing the leak I cant say enough good about how professional and courteous they were. They have tremendous work ethic and pride in what they do. This is reflected in the job they did for me. Absolutely busted tail for 8 hours without taking breaks and I never heard them complain once. I have found my forever plumber! Hard work done right at a cost lower than I expected. The manner in which Travis runs his business is outstanding as the entire time he was here he was passing on tips and information about every step he was taking with the young men. Great mentorship passing along knowledge which in turn is an investment into his company and workforce. If I have a plumbing problem there is no other number I am calling! A+++ business.

    The techs (Jacob and Johnny) were very professional and did an excellent job. They came about an hour early because they were able to. I received a text message and a phone call (without a voice message), both of which I missed because I was sleeping. It worked out well, though. They gave me an estimate which I wasnt expecting to be that high. I told them I couldnt do it so Jacob called the boss (owner?) and he and I talked about some options and we were able to work it out.The work consisted of things I had been needing to get done and I feel a lot better now that its done. The pros of Hargrave are the excellent work they did, their willingness to work with me to get it done, the demeanor of their employees, and an owner who cares about the customer. The cons are spotty communication, such as what happened the day they came, and all calls seem to go to an answering service which employs friendly and professional people, but the calls arent always returned. Also, they charge $150 just to come out and give an estimate. I guess I must be out of touch but I think thats way too much. Things arent the way they they used to be. The higher costs must be because of all the computerization of these small businesses. Well, I cant do anything about that so Ill just go with it as much as I can. Another thing is I was told that they would email my receipt to me. I still havent gotten one. I called today and left a message with the trusty answering service. I still havent gotten anything from them. I guess I will eventually.Thats about it. I recommend Hargrave Plumbing.

    All around great experience!! I cant remember the guys names that came but they were super nice! Had a leaking pipe from the water heater in the concrete causing my floor to be super warm. They diagnosed which line it was and was able to reroute it. Now it functions perfect and no warm floor. Even took the time to clean and put back everything in the cabinets. Job well done for a great price!! My son is for some reason scared of loud noises, so everytime they were gonna do anything loud, they would warn us so we could be sure my son didnt get scared. Thank yall for a great job! Will definitely be using them in the future.
