The guys were awesome! Cleaned up after themselves, kept me informed of what was going on each day after the work was completed. I went through kokomo in office, Justin went above and beyond to help get my drain open and clean! I cant thank Justin, Eric, Bob, John, Austin, Levi, and Ethan for all of their knowledge and work to get us up and running. I have a disabled veteran who gets 24 hr care they literally saved us!!! If you need plumbing and drain service call Roto Rooter right away and away goes trouble down the drain. The commercial was right!!!!! The even have special financing!!! My score is 15 out of 10! Xavier did a good job coping with a nasty clog. He was persistentbut careful with the drain surroundings. Friendly (and he let mewatch :-). Had an appointment with Roto-Rooter to inspect main line issue and quote out hydro jetting. Customer service was excellent. Wylen and the other two gentlemen were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure we were up and running and to make sure we didnt have water damage. I called Roto-Rooter on a Sunday after my tankless water heater malfunctioned. A service technician came to my home, diagnosed the problem, and determined a new unit was needed. He arranged for it to be ordered and on Monday worked into the evening to install it. I appreciated his commitment to finishing the job beyond normal working hours. Communication with Roto-Rooter via phone, text and email was effective. I would have rated my experience with five stars, except that the cost estimate was not itemized, which in hindsight I should have requested before authorizing the work. Overall, I’m pleased.

Pleased with the service came the same day I called. Explained the work and gave me the cost of the repairs up front. They were pleasant and polite. My only problem is I had to fixed the Toilet before it worked properly after they unplugged it. The quote they gave me to do the finale job was $200.00. They did tell me what part to buy. I got the part and fixed the problem for $15.00 and 20 minutes work. Not blaming the workers, blaming the pluming industry for over estimating there work.

*EDIT* The service man returned to my home and was able to get my water running once again. He did what should have been done the first time, admitting that he was in the wrong. I appreciate the honesty.** The service men that came to my home were very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything they found and what needed to be done to fix the issue well. However, when they were finished, I still had one bathroom with “frozen” pipes. Technician would not go back under house to check. I was told it was in the wall and not under the house and space heaters would work. After 30 hours of 90degree heat in that room and 25 degrees outside, still no water in room. 2 hours minimum labor cost before they even began as well was a bit much.

They scheduled my repair quickly, they were helpful in reminding me an hour before my water was going to be shut off by the city, the supervisor came to get parts needed for the repair to make my time without water as short as possible and they cleaned up the mess on the floor before they left. I was very impressed.

We woke up to a water leaking from the ceiling in our garage. We called several companies that could not come out same day. I called Roto Rooter and they were here within 90 minutes. Nicholas was very professional and did a great job. The water restoration gentleman was the same. I am very happy with the service. We had a water leak coming in from the main water line. Nicholas cleaned up what we could very well. I am so glad it was fixed today before it got even worse. I am also glad a water restoration person comes out as well. We self with water damage about 12 yrs ago in our previous home and finding someone was a nightmare and the company was horrible. We will be using Roto Rooter for any future plumbing needs.

Ryan helped our clogged kitchen drain. We tried to fix it with our 25 inch drain snake but it is not long enough. Hey Guys! I want to give Chad Haworth and Connor a 5 star review! I had to have my shower handles replaced with some new plumbing in the walls back in May. The initial fix did not go so well. The new shower handle was loose, the tub spout was not flush with the shower tile, and it is quite possible the work done in May caused a leak from the water lines in the basement, and ripped part of the shower tile off the wall. Chad came in and fixed the issues free of charge! Even though some of the issues were unrelated to the initial fix in a may, he didn’t charge me a dime. Excellent service

It should have been a flush top cap but a raised cap was used creating a trip hazard. I replaced cap myself. So far I am satisfied eoth the draining and hopefully it will stay clear.

Xavier Yarbrough did an excellent job with the plumbing in my 100-year-old farmhouse. I had a bad shower/sink clog that caused water from the sink to back up into the bathtub. He also drove a good distance to pick out a new toilet, and matched my requests on the specs of said new toilet, perfectly. He even hauled away the old toilet. Better yet, the carpeted stairs are clean post-job, meaning he was careful to wipe the snow and mud off of his boots before entering the house. Thats not easy when carrying a 90-pound box!Pricing was discussed up front and deliberately before-hand, meaning there were no surprise bills.Xavier Yarbrough - Excellent service, 5-stars.
