    I contacted Anderson Plumbing with a leaking pipe issue we discovered after purchasing our new (lemon) home. After such a discouraging day, Theresa at the office was a breath of fresh air. She was beyond helpful and encouraging that it would be fixed and promptly at that. She sent Sam to check out the pipe in question so that they could give us a more accurate estimation of the work and he was the second breath of fresh air. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and encouraging as well. Sam reached out to a colleague who said he could come the same day and get it done. Tyler and his other colleague showed up as the final amazing pieces to this operation. They showed up already holding the necessary parts, and were, you guessed it! FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND ENCOURAGING! They got the job done and my otherwise terrible and discouraging day was completely turned around. Im thankful to others who recommend Anderson Plumbing over and over again on Facebook. We will be reaching out again for our other plumbing needs, and will recommend to anyone else needing plumbing services.

    Absolutely call Anderson plumbing first. I cant say enough good things about my experience with them and how thankful i am. I was having an awful time dealing with another company who were clearly trying to take advantage of my desperation. The other company over 4-5 days quoted me for full replacement of a line with no explanation of why it needed replaced. Explained destroying my garage/driveway/backyard starting at $20k and would not talk to me about any other options. I called Anderson on my lunch for a second opinion, and even the office was so incredibly kind and wanted to help me. I got a call 2 hours later that day that they were in the area and would like to get to my house asap to fit me in same day. They told me they would have it fixed shortly, and they absolutely did. I was in shock that they were going to fix this nightmare issue that I was losing sleep over. The pricing was better than i even hoped for as well. They are honest, genuine, and knowledgeable. I cant thank them enough for how much they helped me.

    I just bought a brand new home here in Lafayette, a utility smashed my sewage line and created a huge problem. I started calling around and a few plumbers I call said “ we are scheduling 10 days out.” ( due to staffing shortages) I called Anderson and Teresa said “we will be there tomorrow morning at 8am.” They showed up, They were awesome! The issue we had was much worse than originally thought, they did not have to break up my driveway, they have all the right connections, and had the job 100% complete by 4pm. They did a great job and the folks they used are great. THANK YOU ANDERSON!!

    I had a to call around to find a plumber to make a smaller repair for me on my water heater connection , always leary as I do most work myself and havent had great dealings in thepast with other companies I have used. I called approx 5 companies, Andersons being one of them. Just like the rest , they were busy. They actually informed they were booked until Monday - 5 days away, but they could put me on the call list if anything opened up. I was shocked when they called back 2 hours later and let me know they had someone on their way. The plumbers showed up ,Carson and Alicque . 2 younger gentlemen with positive attitudes . They came in and looked at my situation and I explained what I was thinking for the repair and Carson mentioned he another/faster solution if I would be interested. I listened to his idea and I was sold, not only a much faster repair time ,but would help me out the future when I would need to change or replace my water heater . The techs worked fast and were respectful , even took my old water heater away for me . Then I get the bill, I was actually in shock as to price , IN A GREAT WAY!! I was expecting a much higher price as the field of plumbing is a definite skilled trade and they were able to fit me in in such short notice. Long story short, I am very pleased and will not only recommend Anderson Plumbing to anyone who wants a plumbing referral but they are also now my go to plumbers .

    Anderson Plumbing is the best in town! Dont let the marketing of other companies fool you. When it comes to word of mouth marketing (the best kind) Anderson is who you should be calling.We contacted them for some issues with our kitchen sink. Their schedule was very accommodating and the tech that they sent to our home was very professional and courteous. It was a quick fix and pricing was very reasonable.On top of the work that they do in their business, they also do an outstanding job supporting the Greater Lafayette community. Their participation in the Isaiah 117 is a trust testament to the work their doing to improve the community around them.

    Great Experience!We had a broken water line into our finished basement we could not shut off. I contacted several plumbing companies that I explained details too. Like gallons of water per minute already filling the basement and no way to shut the flow off. Anderson Plumbing was the only company who said they would be there in 20 minutes. They finally got the connection kinked off and water off. They also had an excavation team set up and a remediation team set up to dry out the basement. They did an excellent job. Fixed the broken valve. We had water and our basement drying out by late afternoon.They earned my trust and business going forward!

    Our jacuzzi tub in the master bath had a small leak that left water stains on the ceiling below in the finished basement. I went to Anderson Plumbing with pictures and a description of the situation. Office Manager Teresa was wonderful, and passed the information on to Stan, the Service Manager. He called and prescribed a series of steps that I could do myself to hopefully determine the cause of the leak. Following these steps and talking to Stan a few times identified and solved the problem, and at no cost to me! I have used Anderson Plumbing in the past for repairs and installations.     I forgot to post earlier.Dale came out to our lake home, had 1936 galvanized water lines. We couldn’t run more than one fixture at a time. Dale gave us a reasonable estimate in a speedy fashion. His crew did nice work and cleaned up very well. We didn’t need to be present, saved me a 3 hour trip. I highly recommend Anderson Plumbing. Will recommend to all my neighbors.

    They did a great job running our gas line for our stove in our new house. Process was quick and simple and everything was explained to us before we signed the contract. Install was done while I was at work and you wouldnt have known they were in the house doing work if the sign wasnt in the front yard. Will definelty use them for our next plumbing needs!

    The guys that came to fix my blocked sewer were fantastic. Then a couple days later installed a clean out. My house is over 100 years old and have the pipes to prove it, but they were able to fix fast and for a great price. Front staff is wonderful, they help you to not feel all the anxiety when you have 7 inches of sewer water in your basement!

    Zane and his crew are very responsive to even the most specific of needs. I needed my faucet and soap dispenser in the kitchen to match the existing colors for the sink, counter, and the back splash.     Had a leak under my concrete slab. Sam promptly came and gave me a reasonable estimate. Came back a few days later (got me in earlier than initially scheduled which was nice) to fix it. He and Nathan had to go through a wall and jackhammer through concrete to reach the leak. They fixed it, filled the concrete, and cleaned everything up nicely all within a day. Even neatly cut the drywall out so the painting folks could put it back and save me some money on the replacement. Would use them again!

    I recently needed a toilet replaced and decided to use Anderson Plumbing after receiving price estimates (over the phone). Anderson wasnt the cheapest but since I had done prior business with them and was satisfied I decided to select them again.I was told the price for the job would be $140, which included $125/hr for labor and $15 for gasoline payment. Plus, the job would start 15 minutes prior to arrival; once the plumber called your phone, 8:26 in my case.Upon arrival, at 8:40, Norbert took 45 minutes to install my All-in-one toilet. After finishing at 9:25, he told me that now, he needed to go to his van to prepare an invoice. When he returned at 9:35, I was told to pay $225 dollars, significantly more than $140.I was charged $29 for parts, which he decided were superior to the parts included with the toilet kit. Then, he told me that I was being charged $55 dollars additional since he took 10 minutes to write the invoice!So, at Andersen Plumbing they make the customer pay for their commute, gasoline, and the time it takes to write an invoice.Edit: I spoke with the Office manager who told me theyd remove the $55 charge. They addressed the issue and resolved it. Plumbing work was also very good.

    I had a pipe burst in a home I just bought, flooding the kitchen. The person who answered my call got me calmed down, talked me through assessing whether the situation was emergent (it wasn’t), and told me what to do to protect from further damage, mitigate current damage, and gave an estimate of what it would cost to fix the pipe. I called back a week later to book an appointment. The lady who helped me book gave me a great idea of what to expect, explained how billing worked, and was super personable. They gave me a two hour window and said they would call when they were headed my way. The service tech called an hour into the window and arrived about 30 min later. He was very professional and personable and talked me through all my options (they had to cut a hole and we had options about where). He was able to give me lots of information about general plumbing maintenance and upkeep (I’m a pretty clueless first time home owner). The report took less than an hour and my final bill was less than 2/3 of the amount I was quoted. They also managed not to wake my kids. I am very impressed with the punctuality, professionalism, and genuine kindness demonstrated by everyone I interacted with at Anderson. Highly recommend.

    Anderson plumbing really held up to the 24/7 Emergency Services. We had a toilet issue with the main drain, called at 4:30 on a Saturday and with an hour a guy was at our house addressing the issue. The guy was very polite and fast. Unlike other companies who claim to be 24/7 until you tell them the issue.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

    First review: Called on a Saturday and needed emergency service due to a drain backing up in our basement. Showed up when they said they would. Very professional. Worked through the issue and avoided any major repairs. Stayed within the hour charge that was stated on the phone. Will definitely use again and call if another emergency comes up. Can’t recommend enough!We have used them multiple times over the last three year and each time we are satisfied. Won’t allow another plumber in my home. They keep the same technicians year over year which tells me they treat their staff with respect and value their feedback.

    Called Anderson plumbing for a replacement of an old two-knob shower faucet. Appointment was made quickly and was given per-hour pricing up front. Robert came out and explained my options and potential costs for repair. I was able to ask questions and chose the right option for me (invoice 08797). Robert was prompt, professional, and courteous; he completed the job well and cleaned up his work space. I would definitely recommend Anderson plumbing.

    We recently bought a house that was built in 1868, which makes for some interesting plumbing issues. We had Anderson out to replace old, rusting galvanized pipe going to the bathroom on the 2nd floor. Gilbert came out and gave us an estimate, then schedule the work for a few weeks later (this was a big job). The estimate was very reasonable for the amount of work being done, and the final cost was very close to the estimate. Two guys were here for a day and a half for the job. They were friendly (to me and my cats), professional, and did quality work. Throughout the job they called me up to show me what they were doing, how it was going, etc. so I never felt in the dark about what was happening. Once they got the wall open, they found my sewer vent was completely rusted through and made it a priority to get back out just a few days later to replace that pipe. They were honest about the work that did and did not need done. Additionally they were very thorough in cleaning up after the job, even just for the night between the two days they were here.I also appreciate that throughout the process everyone I interacted with at Anderson was happy to talk to me about the job and work, rather than my husband. This has not always been the case with vendors Ive worked with in the past. I highly recommend Anderson Plumbing.

    Saved the day! I bought a toilet elsewhere and was going to have it installed by Anderson Plumbing. After removing the old unit and positioning the new base, it was discovered that the new toilet from elsewhere did not have all the pieces! When I went back to that store, they didnt have them and couldnt get them for a week! Anderson reached out to their suppliers and found me the missing piece saving the day (and at least a week). They bring new meaning to the word service and were outstanding in its delivery! Highly recommended...

    My experience was great. Robert Jones was the employee who worked to fix our water heater when several components needed replaced and was willing to go above and beyond, ensuring our manufacturer warranty was still intact for just 12 more days.     On a day when everyone else was either not handling clogged drains, or booked up til Tuesday. Andersons came through for us.When I first reached out they advised that the augur the drain crew uses was frozen due to the cole, but they would let me know if anything changed.I wrote them off an continued calling around, with zero luck or hope. Andersons then called me back, said we think it is thawed enough, we cant promise anything but we are 5 minutes away and we will try our best. Sure enough, 5 minutes later they arrived. And got me back up and flowing.All in all completely satisfied with the service, would definitely use them again.

    My first call was to Anderson Plumbing because they came so highly recommended. Stan took the time to talk over all of the issues I was having with my current water softener which was way past its lifespan. He asked a lot of questions and really took the time to listen to me. He asked that I bring some water samples in, which I did and they tested and recommended a softener that was within my price range. I also had a pipe that had burst from an outdoor faucet that needed to be fixed.On the day of installation, Robert and Alex came in, both very professional, explained things in great detail and were very courteous. They did a great job and cleaned up before they left. I will be recommending Anderson Plumbing to friends and family!

    I needed a new utility faucet and water lines to my washing machine. I had bought a faucet a few weeks prior, but the night before my appointment I realized it was the wrong type. Anderson had exactly what I needed. My mistake caused them extra last-minute work, but Robert was right on time and he did the job neatly and quickly. Absolutely amazing service from ALL who worked on our home today. Not only did they provide excellent service, but they gave us options! This was something the Peterman Brothers did not do. The Peterman Brothers told us we had only one way of fixing our blockage by tearing our driveway out and digging up our neighbors yard and they wouldn’t even touch the standing water in our basement or fix our problem for a week from when we initially called them.     Update (7/20/16): Anderson Plumbing saved the day for us! The day before we were set to leave for a week long family vacation, we found our water heater leaking all over the basement floor. I called, explained the situation, and had a service tech (Steve) at my door a short time later. He checked the heater and recommended replacing it due to a crack in the tank. The estimate was great and he did the job the same day. Four hours later we had a brand new water heater and our vacation plans were back on! Thank you.I called on a Friday morning and spoke with the service manager, Gilbert Guzman, about a problem with a bathroom sink. Even though they already had a very full schedule, he took down my name and number and promised to try to work me in. So, imagine my surprise when Gilbert called back just an hour later and asked if he could stop by to take a look at the problem. Even better ,he was able to fix the issue within a very short time AND showed me exactly what he did in case it recurred! I will definitely use Anderson Plumbing again in the future and would recommend them.

    Robert and Sutton (technicians) installed two new toilet fixtures in our home yesterday and they performed excellent work.     UPDATE: Dale Anderson, President of Anderson Plumbing came out to check on the problem himself. The spigot was malfunctioning (as Andrew & I guessed) & he replaced it right then & there. He also waived half of our bill (over $1k), especially after learning we are a non-profit. Our hydrant now works perfectly & Im even back to the same great pressure we were used to with the old one! Im sad we had the frustrations with Shannon, but Dale is incredibly kind & was very unhappy with all that happened and did more than I would ever expect to make it right. We are very thankful for the positive outcome after the rather frustrating experience.Absolutely horrible work. We had a busted pipe & opted to replace an old spigot (because the handle was broken). Well spigot doesnt work below freezing. I called right away to get this addressed & they came out when it was above freezing to say it works. Well of course it works above freezing, but I need to to work 24/7. Then about 2 weeks later I emailed a video to saw a crack that is now in the spigot. Never heard back, so I called today & was told Im just an idiot who broke it. So on top of doing a horrible job, Shannon felt the need to insult me too. Stay far far away from this man. Youll spend thousands for nothing.

    Anderson Plumbing is the only way to go! Our home needed completely re-plumbed, which included concrete work, moving drains and appliances, and new shower units. Gilbert came to our home three times before the job started to ensure we were all on the same page. They provided 100% of all the materials even the fixtures and shower/tub units! The job was projected 4 days, and due to unforeseen circumstances, the crew worked 6 days including late evenings and even 9-4pm to finish the job on Saturday, December 23rd. Bill was the crew lead and he was excellent to work with - daily, he kept us informed on the progress and explained the issues along the way. Not to mention, their prices were unbeatable! No added costs for the extra days & the shower/tub units were included in the initial price, plus installation. They kept the house cleaned and were conscience of the hardwood and carpet floors.     I can highly recommend Anderson Plumbing for any plumbing job; our experience with them was top rate, from our first call-in to their office, all the way through the completion of a difficult and tricky plumbing job. The office staff were courteous, helpful and attentive for each phone contact, each e-mail contact, and most definitely each time we visited at the office. The crews which came out to our home to assess the job, determine what was the most expedient plan for repairs, and then those who saw all the work through were the best. They were careful and tidy in our home, quick and diligent in the work, helpful in explaining everything to us all along the way, and skillful in representing us with other professionals who had to be called-in at various times during the job. The plumbers, excavators, assistants and supervisors all completed their tasks most professionally, responsibly and with great consideration for our needs.     Had a backed up drain a day before Thanksgiving. Earliest they could make it was Monday. A few minutes later, called back because a slot had opened up - they were able to come in on the same day.     Called at 6 in the morning due to flooding, previously installed primary AND backup sump pumps failed (installed prior to purchasing the home). He was there within an hour, fixed the primary so we could take care of the emergent water issues. Then came back 3 days later to install backup, both of which have worked excellent since then. Although the battery backup system itself is quite expensive, the primary pump and his labor were very reasonable. Gilbert was extremely polite and helpful with the process when many contractors might see an emergency situation as an opportunity to take advantage of people financially.I would highly recommend these guys!

    Contracted them to install gas line for a new stove. They arrived on time for the estimate, provided a written estimate within 60 minutes, confirmed appointment for work and showed up on time to do the work!     The tub spout in the kids bathroom was broke and I tried to change it until realizing that the adapter was not going to come off without getting broke, so I decided to find a plumber. Tim quickly discovered the cold-water supply value had a leak, and he quickly replaced that value with a higher-quality one.     Ive been having issues with my water heater recently but dont know anything about them. I asked some friends if they new a good plumber that wouldnt cost an arm and a leg to check it out. A couple of them said they used Anderson plumbing and were really happy them, so thats who I called. Dale came to check it out right away and to my surprise instead of trying to sell me a new water heater (because mine is pretty old) he said it just needed a $50 part and itll be good to go. Dale had the part I needed in his truck and had my water heater running like a champ in no time. Very professional and friendly, also it was a lot cheaper than I had thought it would be.     Water started running down our furnace ductwork in the laundry. It only happened when we were taking showers & when we stopped taking showers no ductwork water. Voilà shower leak above the laundry ceiling. Builder said home warranty expired 10 years ago, 2-10 Home Warranty referred me to their ONLY plumbing contractor who was “too busy” & declined, builder’s plumbing subcontractor was also too busy, & referred me to Anderson. Anderson scheduled an appointment the next day, Justin arrived on time, surveyed the situation, talked to 2-10 for authorization & explained that he didn’t know what was entailed until he cut a hole in the laundry ceiling. 2-10 authorized the work, Justin cut a hole in the laundry ceiling, discovered that the master bathroom shower drain nut was not tightened, repacked the drain, and tightened the nut. He also discovered a very minor amount of water was getting around the shower valve escutcheon & sealed that. I was impressed with Justin’s workmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism. Next plumbing disaster, I’m skipping the builder, 2-10 & their sub, the builder’s sub & going straight to Anderson. They understand plumbing & happy customers!

    Had a stopped up kitchen sink drain . They cleared it and showed me that part of the drainpipe was angled up and probably was the reason for the clog to build up over time. On second job they replaced that part of the drainpipe and cleaned out the vent pipe which had debris from the roof causing a decrease in air flow. Very professional and friendly.

He was very honest and tried to walk us through a few ideas to see if it warranted a visit. He then politely said, I will just come by and look it is on my way home. He then looked all over and decided where in the wall he thought the water was coming from. He made a small cut and sure enough he was right! Fixed the pipe and insisted on cleaning up. He let my son help him look at the issues and was extremely professional.Bill was even reasonable on emergency hours. Very impressed with this company, especially Gilbert.     Water heater problems started saturday. Called some other place Monday morning first thing. Tuesday mid-afternoon they still havent called. However, Monday mid-afternoon I was talking with a friend who had a good experience with Anderson Plumbing. He loves his tankless hot water system they installed. So I called and they put me on the list for first thing today (not an existing customer but no hot water is still an emergency to them!!). Two smart young gentlemen showed up bright and early today with lots of parts and tools. The son of one of the owners was lead and he was a perfectionist so we got along just fine. Leak check - no leaks first time. Install went perfectly. Unit works great and has a 15 year warranty. I will recommend these folks to everyone!!! Thanks Anderson :)
