Our A/C went out Memorial Day afternoon. High for that day and the last several days was in the 90s. We called Royal Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning first thing the next morning. They were there by Noon. Diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and had the A/C going again. Found out that it was covered under our warranty. Only thing we had to pay was a diagnostic charge. What a deal! Couldnt be happier. We have had this service technician before. His name is John. Always takes care of us and is very professional, polite, and courteous. Hope he is paid well.

Very professional and they always called to remind me about the annual check. Also the fact that they always send the same workers is very nice because they know how to work around your house, plus you can trust them. Rob and John are very polite and they always explain whats going on. Every time they do a great job!

My scheduled appointment needed to be rescheduled due to weather. The representative rescheduled my appointment that was convenient to my work schedule and immediate. They arrived promptly, assessed the situation. They are very knowledgeable and took care of the situation. After 10 years the Geothermal failed. Not an (Edwards install). They recommended a gas system, so happy. My monthly Bills are halved.

Very professional very very helpful the Technician walks you through the steps explains how the part works and tells you why it’s not working anymore and he gives you options on what he could do and what’s best for the unit or whatever he’s repairing.. Very helpful honest kind and respectful all around great service and will definitely call back and encourage others if they ever ask well who did you call thanks for everything

The service man was friendly and efficient, I was dissappointed that I was charged the service call cost and the full repair cost. Since I went ahead with the repair the service call fee should have been waived for a 20 min fix in my opinion.
