    Josh came out soon after I called because we had a clog in our pipe leading out of the house. He came back to install a external clean out on New Years Eve. I had to text him New Years day because we had another clog. He came out that day and cleaned it out again. I will definitely do business with them again. He was polite, professional, and upfront about the price.

    I am so glad I found Josh a few years ago. I had to call him out to Wolf Park very late at night due to a septic problem that would have shut us down had it not been remedied. He was the only one who answered the phone and Im so glad he did.Since then I have called on Josh many times for problems big and small, at work and home. He gets the job done quickly, cleans up, and has a great attitude the whole time. He takes responsibility for making sure he is doing the best work and solving the problem, not just making the easy fix. Communication, timeliness, and affordability are all top notch. Highly recommend!

    We had josh come out to give us a quote to replace ALL of our piping/plumbing underneath and inside the house. When he told us he could fit in it in in a few days, we jumped on the opportunity! He worked tirelessly for 3 days straight and I did not know plumbing could be beautiful until he replaced everything. He always answered, and text back right away. And his work was wonderful!

    A nice local plumber (not a franchise). Called to have a drain unclogged, and Josh came out within a couple hours. Used a camera to identify the tree roots in my pipe that were causing the issue. I opted to replace the pipe myself, but it was very helpful to know where my issue was. I will be saving his phone number in case I need any help in the future!

    Called Lickity Split out for a quote to fix an outdoor hydrant. Logan came at the appointed time, explained what needed to be done, and gave us the estimate which I was able to approve online. Logan went to get the replacement hydrant and parts, was back in 1/2 hour, and went to work. The job was more difficult than expected due to ground water and soil conditions but he was able to get is all done and working by the end of the work day. He even wrapped the new hydrant with protective tape to help rust resistance.

    I had a toilet clogged for a few days now. I called many places here in Lafayette IN they all told me that they were not going to make it until Friday (today is Monday) :( I called Lickity Split Plumbing, they communicated with me through text that they were on their way. They came within a few hours. The customer service was great and they were able to fix my clogged toilet within about 15-20 mins. I know that plumbing issues can be a bit pricey but Lickity Split gave me a decent price as well.

    Josh was the only plumbing company which answered the phone after hours, and was willing to come the same night!All other companies ignored the fact that I had an emergency, and refused to schedule my job until the following week... What good does it do to advertise 24 Hour emergency service, if you dont really offer 24 Hour emergency service?!?!When other companies refused, Josh came to the rescue and had our Hot Water fixed in less than an hour. His prices were extremely fair, and very competitive; ESPECIALLY considering he came out at 11pm on a Friday night all the way to Benton county.I seriously couldnt ask for more, received 5 star service across the board, I highly recommend his company!

    Call Ed Josh thinking I had an exterior pipe on water heater leaking. He diagnosed and found that my over flow valve just needed tightening. Asked what I owed for service call and he said he wasnt going to charge anything having not done anything.When has a service company come out and not charged for a service call. This guy earned all my future business and all referrals. Youre a good guy Josh. World needs more like you.
