The men came at 9 AM and they were finished by 4:30 PM. Just amazing. We had a new furnace and heat pump put in. The man in charge was very knowledgeable and the guys worked well together. They cleaned up all the scraps and hauled the old stuff away. Very happy with the installation process and the product.

I want to thank F&S Williams for doing such good work. We were having some trouble getting the right temperature of air from our vents. We had been told we needed an entire new system from another company here in town that would cost over 6500.00. But we then called F&S and they came and they fixed it for less than 500.00. It has been running great every since. Everyone from the person who answers the phones, to the man who did the service call, to the person who took my payment were wonderful to work with. Very efficient and Kind people.

These guys are great! They have always come out as soon as they can when we’ve called. They are honest and don’t try to upsell like so many other companies. They also know their stuff. We have a geothermal unit and they are very knowledgeable. A while back, before we started worked with F&S, we had someone install a compressor that very clearly didn’t have a clue. When it stopped working, shortly after installation and just after the warranty expired, we called F &S. They worked like hell to fix the mess the prior company left. They could have just told us to buy another compressor ($$$$) but instead, did all they could and fixed it. Every person that’s been out to us has been knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!!

Chris is the technician that has been to my house two times now. He’s wonderful! He takes the time to explain what’s going on and show you the issue if you want to get that in depth. I called at Vanessa Williams because after installing a Scentsy thermostat my air conditioner furnace quit working. It wasnt but a couple of hours before Chris was here professional went right straight to work probably within 30 minutes he had the problem solved very light gentleman and I was glad you came. Ive used FNS Williams this is the second time and Ive always been pleased with her servicemen. I will use them again in the future. Our AC went out during the hottest week of the year. I called F&S Williams and they sent Chris out within less than 2 hours. He found the issue and quickly made the needed repair. He explained everything clearly and gave preventative maintenance tips to prolong the life of our ac unit. The price was fair and the service was great. We have used F&S for a multitude of jobs throughout the years. They have been blessings to my family every time. The men who have installed attic bathroom exhaust fans, furnaces, plumbing, and just the basic tune ups have always been professional and knowledgeable. In our new home we have heat pumps and they talked us through how they work and what they do. They take the time to make sure every area is spotless before leaving (sometimes cleaner than when they arrived). I will never use another company. After some bad experiences these guys were a breathe of fresh air! 4 years later and they are my go to for peace of mind.

We noticed water on the floor in our basement adjacent to the water heater. We felt the top of the water heater and noticed that was the source of the water. We called F&S Williams and requested a service call. They responded the same day and were able to inspect the heater the next day. The water heater was the culprit. I received their quote and accepted it. They replaced my tank type water heater with a tankless water heater. I couldnt be happier. Since moving into our home 6 years ago we have used F&S Williams for multiple jobs around the house, and they have never disappointed.When our backup sump pump failed they were quick to come and replace both pumps without up-selling us. We had a leaky sink, and they came out to replace it because repairing it wasnt an option. Both jobs were completed by George. He was knowledgable, quick, and professional.We recently were having issues with our furnace. They reached out to our request once their store opened, stated they were going to try very hard to get to us but they had a busy day. Christopher was able to make it to our home at the end of the day, and had the issue resolved in about an hour without having to replace any parts. He was just as professional as our previous experiences with George, and was able to teach us about how to maintain our furnace.As repeat customers we will continue to call them for all our needs. Today I had a very thorough cleaning and preventive maintenance of my furnace and AC unit. Chriss gauges detected a small leak of gas at an elbow joint that hadnt been threaded correctly when the furnace was installed by another contractor 5 years ago, which he fixed. His gauges also proved a capacitor that was reading out of specs and starting to slowly fail. I decided to replace the capacitor rather than wait for a further downgrade of performance. Chris was very explanatory in all the work that he performed and I appreciated his knowledge and experience. I would definitely use F & S Williams again.

We have worked with F&S Williams for over 10 years. They are a wonderful company to work with. Their service technicians are polite, prompt and very knowledge. We have had them do everything from water heater repairs and installation to an AC installation to HVAC maintenance and installation of a Tesla charger. Their work is always done well and usually completed during the visit, the only exception being when parts need to be ordered or installation scheduled. My husband had just gotten out of the hospital and was bed ridden, I was referred to F&S, and Chris came out to check my heater. Three Technicians from F&S Williams worked very efficiently on installing a new gas furnace and ac system in our home in Brookston. The installation location in the basement was somewhat challenging but the furnace installed in a professional and high quality manner as was expected for a HVAC company in business for 70 years. The Techs were very polite and considerate. The following day I had a flexible liner installed in our tall chimney by two of the same Techs from F&S. They offered suggestions and kept me informed on the process. They were attentive to my concerns and questions during the whole process. I am very satisfied so far and the furnace is working to our expectations. I am confident that the ac system will also give us a satisfying performance during the next cooling season.

In the first week of February 2023 our old furnace shut down and needed replaced. We felt this was an emergency situation and we were quite panicked. We contacted F&S Williams and received a quote immediately. We accepted the quote and the next day the entire HVAC system was installed. We had heat that night which we were very thankful for. This is not the only time we used F&S. They have done our HVAC systems for 15 years and we are very satisfied.

I usually try to stay away from larger companies like this one in fear of high prices and being treated like a number. We were in a bind and F&S Williams was there to bail me out. I wish I would called them years ago. I cant say enough good things about the courteous and professional staff. They were very informative. They told us everything that previous contractors messed up and what the proper way to repair it was. There were no surprises, well except when they came the second day and brought water bottles with them! Not the cheap water bottles, the nice insulated ones. They interacted with with my family just like a family friend would. I always make it a point to ask the employees about their employers so I can get a good idea of the company as well. Nothing but praises of how great the company is to work for and how well they are taken care of. They arrived a few minutes before they said they would. In fact whatever they said would happen, did happen. I have never experienced this with a larger company. If you call F&S Williams you be will be nothing short of delighted you made the call! F&S Williams is my plumber for life and I will call them for their other services as needed!

He wore a mask, inspected everything, gave me lot of information (including telling me he would make sure I was on their coupon lists). He was investigate a water pressure issue, and determined it was the water softener but apparently they do it all, electrical, heating, cooling, etc. so I have their number saved now. The F&S crew did a fantastic job replacing my non-functioning furnace during the first cold spell of the fall! Lee, David and James were professional, competent and efficient. The price was in the ballpark with other companies, and Lee did a good job of explaining the problem with the 25 year old furnace that needed to be replaced and how to remedy its issues and be more effective. He was right. The new furnace works very well with the minor changes they made to the ducts and cold air returns.Even though it was late and Im sure they would have rather been home with their families when they finished and got the heat going, they cleaned the area better than they found it, and made sure I knew how to use the new thermostat before leaving. Im very satisfied with their work and have no problem recommending them to others.
