I had a fantastic experience with Robert at 5 Star Plumbing. In my opinion, they should be called six-star plumbing. The team communicated effectively daily, letting me know when a plumber would arrive and when they were leaving. Robert ( owner ) was very hands-on, addressing all my questions and concerns regarding financing and the project. The team members, Tonya and Tracy, who answered the phone, were super friendly and always addressed every question or concern I had. I would recommend them to anyone in Louisiana with plumbing issues. Even though I was out of state, it felt like I was there in person. Thank you very much, Robert and the team.

A 5 star company indeed! We have called upon Robert and his team a few times and each time from start to finish, we have had a great experience. Heather is very pleasant to speak with over the phone. She is great at accommodating our schedule and keeping us updated if delays occur for any reason. The technicians that came out were the utmost professionals, also keeping us informed of their progress (complete with pictures and videos) each step of the way. We had 3 different issues handled by A 5 Star Plumbing in one day. The service technicians were the utmost professionals (down to the footwear coverings they wore in our home)! The work that needed to be performed to resolve each of our 3 issues was explained in detail and an estimate was provided for each individual issue before work began. They were prepared and had each item (parts and tools) needed to complete each each job on their vehicle! I had a ballpark idea of what it would cost. The other plumbers were 300% higher, neither had all the items on their truck to do the job — Logan and Jonah were on time, reasonable quote and read to go. Cannot recommend them enough. From our first contact with Tracy Hyman Hebert the Office Manager on Facebook where I was seeking out recommendations and she along with others responded; she was very personable and calmed my stress after answering all my questions. On appointment day Logan and Jonas did an exceptional job. Well mannered and respectable. They knew what they were doing and Logan was very nice at answering the questions I asked. They were also good enough to wait on the Water people from Coteau to come fix what was leaking on their side. It was expensive but like I told Logan, sometimes you just have to do what needs to be done to get passed the problems you’ve encountered. The whole experience was like a kid in a candy store. I was ecstatic when he turned the water on. They have my utmost respect and I’m happy I went with you. You’re in my contact list now as well as on my refrigerator and happy to give you a referral. Thanks again. Let me say that these guys are the epitome of professionalism and bed side manner. My daughter lost some very important jewelry in the toilet. Long story... I called 5 star on a Sunday to see if they could come by and try to fish it out. It was pretty expensive and we we were actually not going to do it. We we just going to cut our losses. But the lady on the other end of the phone, Heather informed us that if we could wait until Monday then it would be during business hours and that it would be much cheaper. She gave us the price and we jumped on it. #1 She was amazing on the phone and didnt try to push the overtime cost on us. They called very early on Monday morning and got us an appointment. They were QUITE early for the appointment but called and messaged us along the way to make sure that it was ok that they came as early as they did. #2 Very communicative and showed up early! When the techs got there, they put booties on their feet, were very well dressed and introduced themselves. My techs were Logan and Jansen. If you get these 2 guys, man youre in for a treat! These 2 guys were AWESOME!!!! Friendly, informative, upfront about all the costs that we may or may not incur depending on what we asked them to do. #3 Professional, transparent, and friendly! For the next hour or 2 the 3 of us worked together to retrieve most of my daughters jewelry. We werent able to get everything but it was most definitely not for a lack of trying. If you need a plumber call these guys. I havent had such a pleasing service experience in A LONG LONG time. Thank you 5 Star plumbing for everything! My daughter and I greatly appreciate your help!

Very pleased with the service that we received today. No one ever wants to replace their water heater but the 27 year old unit was in bad shape and starting to fail.It didnt leave without putting up a fight, however, and I was impressed with the professionalism, dedication and meticulous attention to detail - even though the job took much longer than expected.Time will tell with our new unit but so far I would recommend A5 Star Plumbing and the experts who worked so hard for us today.

Our water heater was found to be leaking really bad late yesterday evening. I contacted 5 Star and they were able to have two people out to my house at 8am the next morning. Once it was found that my water heater needed to be replaced completely I was explained my options and what work was needed very clearly. They were able to remove the old one and replace it with a new one up in my attic within 3-4 hours all in the Louisiana heat. I couldn’t be happier with the work that was done and they have gained a customer for life. Thank you!!

My appointment was initially scheduled for a Friday afternoon, but I was called early Friday morning to let me know their technician could not make it. The technicians arrived within the scheduled window and were very friendly. They inspected my toilet and let me know what was going on with it and provided me with a price. They completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after. They also inspected other plumbing equipment in my home and informed me of another issue I should address in the future. My only complaint is that the inspection fee is in addition to the price to fix the issue. My experience in the past with service companies is they charge an inspection fee for their time in the event you do not get any work done but if you have them fix the problem the inspection fee counts toward the total price and is not in addition to the total price.

This is a great company, I spoke personally with the owner on my water pressure issue and then the team that fixed the problem were amazing. I had lUS and another plumber look at it and they thought it was a clog in the lines but concluded there was not enough pressure coming into the house. Judah from Five Star figured out that the problem was with the water meter and one of the lines not being fully open. It had been that way for years and had gone unresolved, finally now fixed in just a couple hours. I’m so thankful and will be using 5 Star from here on out.

I needed a new water heater to replace my 20 year old water heater. I had talked to Robert about replacements and we had discussed several different types of water heaters and I decided on a Rheem hybrid heat pump water heater. A Star 5 Plumbing found the water heater I wanted and came to install it. Judah and Janson were here all day. They were respectful of my house and me. They are both polite and friendly and hard workers. The water heater configuration posed a problem getting it into the attic but worked on the problem until they came up with a great solution. Since I can no longer get into the attic, I was delighted that Judah took photographs so I could see the finished installation including pictures of the serial number and the product info. They were patient in answering all my questions and explained how to use the app to use the features of the water heater. A 5 Star plumbing is my go to plumbing needs. They are fantastic.

That included re-running a new gas line to the road and re-plumbing all the gas lines under the house. They went above and beyond to help us. We are grateful that they actually helped us. We have used Robert with A5 Star plumbing at our home and at our office. These guys are amazing. The work they do is warrantied and great quality. One thing my wife said is that she felt comfortable having them at our house. Thats a big deal in this day and age. If you want it done right these guys are who you need to hire.

Robert and his team of professionals did a complete drain, sewer, & venting replacement system, installed a new hot water tank, and installed all new water lines through out the house up to the fixtures. Our home is almost 40 years old and we it had pvc pipes. OK back then, BUT after all those years of fixes it was time for an upgrade. He told us about the advantages of using PEX pipe. It had the longevity and possibilities we were looking for and we decided to upgrade to that! Part of their install is insulating all the pipes!! AWESOME..!Roberts crew, over the course of 3 1/2 days, did a fantastic job! My family remained onsite for the whole process so we can attest to their smooth and efficient process.Since completion, about a month, we have noticed improvements! This company has been a pleasure since contacting them. Customer service and client relations are important to me. It shows a business, means business. It shoes that it can and will complete a job they task themselves to. When I first called, the young lady I spoke with was pleasant and informative. The owner and his crew that came out to my shop were neat, organized, professional and worked efficiently. They had to cut a hole in the wall and did it very neatly. They cleaned up after they were done and I am excited to do more business with this company as the future may dictate.
