Thank you Joey for scheduling Jason to fix my moms clogged washer drain in Plains!! I discovered the issue on Sunday. At 8am on Monday I called Bellio Plumbing based on their positive Google reviews. We hadnt needed a plumber for years as my dad normally fixed everything and so we did not know who to call. Joey said that they had availability between 10-12 on Monday...same day. Perfect! Jason called at 9:45 that he was enroute and I explained everything that I knew from my Sunday troubleshooting. He listened patiently to my details. Jason arrived and got the drain cleared. He also corrected an error in the piping that my dad made a few decades ago! Jason was knowledgeable, courteous, and conscientious! Thank you Jason! And thank you to Jasons 2 apprentice helpers too! I will definitely call Bellio again when a plumbing issue arises. The Bellio team exceeded my expectations.

Bellio Brothers has to be the best plumbing firm in NEPA. They are outright professional, no-nonsense and deal with the issue head-on. My first experience with them over 10 years ago endeared them to me, as 3 of their men worked up until midnight on a New Year’s Eve trying to get my gas furnace back to life. They ended up having dinner with my wife and I as they worked their hardest to patch up the furnace so we’d have heat because of the holiday.Couldn’t speak more highly of a plumbing firm in the Scranton WB area.

Better than 5 stars! Joey, a cheerful lady, answered my call and immediately scheduled Jason and Dillon to handle my plumbing problem. These two really nice gentlemen politely answered questions, fixed a leak, and quickly took care of two other issues. The bill was very reasonable. I contacted Bellios for a hot water baseboard heating system repair and new bathroom/kitchen plumbing. Seth came out and gave us a detailed estimate as promised. The work started on time , Seth and his team stayed committed to the job until all the work was done and ensured we were completely satisfied. All appropriate permits were pulled and Seth even showed up to support us during the final inspection to make sure we passed with flying colors! We are very grateful to Seth and his team for excellent work and customer service, this allowed our vision for our home to become a reality but most of all have reliable plumbing that will last for years! This plumbing company is amazing. Seth Bellio is always courteous and prompt to explaining what was done which most companies dont do. Joey, (female) customer friendly employee (phone personality) is always there with her chipper voice and scheduling expertise. Bellio plumbing THE BEST. I am an out of state landlord and every so often something needs repair and this company is on speed dial for me which gives me piece of mind.

I called and told them I had a leaky pipe. They sent out someone to estimate it that day and while he was here he said it was a light day and just offered to fix it on the spot! That was great news for me because I can’t move forward with the rest of my repairs till it’s done!Update! Today we discovered a gas leak in our house. Same as last time! I called them and they got someone to my house within 15 minutes. They fixed the leak and saved my family from not having heat! I once again cannot recommend this company enough!

Just came and fixed a clog in our toilet. Amazingly helpful with fixing the clog and providing us with information. Also, assisted with unclogging the bathtub as well and giving us some information about that issue. We have had issues with our toilet since we moved in and they let us know that it was very old and to think about replacing it at some point. However, was not pushy at all with making us feel like we needed to do that today. We plan to replace the toilet sooner than later though and will 100% use them to assist with that! Very professional!Adding additional info from a second visit for an issue we had:We had a pipe that had a pinhole leak and was replaced by them. Always great with customer service and the quality of work done. Also, they are always happy to share information to better your systems down the road with little things you can do as a homeowner. Will always recommend!

These things can often be pretty costly. Much like everything in life. I walked into a situation where neglect had taken its toll like Id never seen before. Fortunately I found all the other reviews for Bellio. Within a 2 -3 week span and with very little notice I was able to have a sink, toilet, water heater and stove safely and adequately installed. The best part of it all was the fact that youre dealing with humans here. I needed insight or simple advice when it had come to this house. Seth and Co. offered the best possible answers to any questions I had. Pricing was more than reasonable. Flexible even. Especially having the peace of mind to accompany such. Ill definitely be calling Bellio again.

Weve had Seth work on our steam heating system a few times now and have had nothing but great experiences each time.More recently, weve had them replace our water heater that kicked the bucket on a weekend. Getting an answer and a reply almost immediately on a Saturday really helped make the whole situation a lot less frustrating.On top of the great work, Seth has also given us advice on how to maintain our old heating system.Highly recommended.

We called our plumbers and they never responded. We went online and was impressed with the Customer Reviews. When I called and spoke with Joey, my first impression was WNDERFUL! Joey is the first impression I received as POSITIVE. They sent someone who diagnosed and fixed the leak and was very professional! We called again for another problem in another part of the house. Again, the technician was prompt, courteous and professional. This time, we were not charged, because the leak was coming from the fridge and it is still under warranty! This is called honesty and integrity!!! Thank you.

This past Saturday, my husband and I had a messy situation at our home due to our Water Heater leaking water all over our basement floor. After calling several other plumbers, Bellio was the only one to answer our call and offer weekend service . Within 1 hour of making the call we had a technician in our driveway. Problem was fixed & service was excellent. Bellio is your best choice in the NEPA area.

My water heater was much more broken than I thought, and the guys they sent out had to run for parts about 3 times, however, the prices were fair, the guys were professional, and it took 2 and a half hours, but they were very patient with me being nosy. I just moved to the area with my family and we had a rotten water pipe in the basement that flooded the basement. I called C.W. Shultz to fix it and they never showed! We didnt have ANY water!!! I called Bellio Plumbing and Seth showed up in less than 10 minutes!!!!!! He was so kind and fixed everything so quickly! He made sure that we knew what work we would eventually need done but took care of everything we needed done right away and I finally have water! I have dealt with many plumbing and heating companies both in Pennsylvania and New York but none compare to Bellio Plumbing and Heating. Their courteousness and professionalism is incredible. From the initial call to Joey in the office to the guys on the field all you get is exceptional service. I have used them twice in Pennsylvania and will not consider another company. Its unfortunate I cant use them in New York as well.

I spoke with Joey and she said she would try to have someone pick-up the job the following day to avoid the overtime rates. Mike called at 7:30 the following morning to know if he could swing by early. Mike went by, diagnosed the problem, called me, and then proceeded to complete the work. Joey and Mike were both friendly, straight forward, and easy to work with. What else could you ask for? I have have a new plumber in Wilkes-Barre.

AWESOME !!! Came into work this morning to find that I had no heat. Only 20 degrees out. Called Bellio and spoke with Joey, and within 15 minutes had two technicians, Mike and Frank at my door. Major furnace and boiler malfunction on Christmas Eve was something I was sure would ruin our holiday plans. Seth and his guys replaced our expansion tank and got the furnace running again in just a couple hours.
