A-Team replaced my heating and cooling system last month with mini-splits, and I cannot heap enough praise on them! From owner Mark, to Lexi who youll reach when you call, to Keith the installer and his helper (sorry, I didnt get your name), to the guy who took care of getting the building permit (again, my apologies for not remembering your name), I couldnt have asked for better service. Were there hiccups? Of course there were, but what in life doesnt have them? The important thing is everything, including the hiccups, were dealt with in a professional, bend-over-backwards for the customer, manner. After 20 years Im finally away from the incompetent, uncaring boobs at Kosco, and thrilled to be part of the A-Team family, and they truly do treat you like family! Hey A-Team, heres to the next 20 years, and hopefully beyond!

Ive been working with A-Team Comfort Systems for several years now, and remain very happy with their service and the quality of their work. They have always been always been responsive and reliable. Today Carl, who provided service in the past, was here to do maintenance on our HVAC system. As before, he worked with great efficiency, while assessing every aspect of the system. He is knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. All in all, Im glad to have found this company.Just want to update my earlier review of A-Team Comfort Systems. As in other areas, they acted quickly and efficiently to address an urgent plumbing problem. Robert did a fantastic job of diagnosing and repairing the problem right away. He was a pleasure to work with and confirmed my confidence in A Team Comfort Systems.

We had an excellent experience with A Team and our technician John. We needed someone to do a diagnostic on our Samsung minisplit and A Team was the only company we called that had confidence they could resolve the issue. The customer service was excellent- they were very clear and always followed up with us via phone. John was timely to all scheduled appointments which we appreciate. And, most importantly, they fixed our heat without breaking our bank! Very grateful for their service!

Im a property manager, and this was the first time weve used A-Team. They came highly recommended, and they have lived up to the recommendation.We had a broken HVAC system. I called in the afternoon, and they were there very quickly. The service person communicated very well with me about what the problem was, they got the part overnight, and they had the system fixed in no time.The cost was really reasonable compared with other big companies Ive worked with recently. I felt that they were honest about what they were doing, which I cant always say about a big company. And Lexi, the office person, was so helpful and personable. She was a wonderful person to work with.I will be calling the A-Team a lot in the future for my companys needs. This was a better experience than I could have hoped for.

I had new furnace, central AC and water heater installed by the A-Team last week (week before Christmas). Benjamin was wonderful, patient and worked with me on products, pricing and warranties. We started the quoting process late summer and he understood I needed to get a few quotes for comparison. He checked in but did not rush me.The service techs were respectful of my house, prompt, courteous and extremely efficient. I have been using Mark and his A-Team for over 17 years. I have not met a more honest individual than Mark. What he quotes you is the price. No hidden fees or surprises to increase your bill. He installed my furnace and all my duct work. The price was what was on the quote. If you schedule your annual service and they are going to be late you get a call to let you know. He does not let you sit around and wait for them. This team is professional and does the job right the first time. Never tries to sell you something extra. I have never been happier with a local business.

FIVE STARS FOR CARL - I am a story-teller. I like to hear the background of a story. So, here we go. I admit I should have been so much more aware and observant. I let our two propane tanks become empty. When I called my supplier yesterday, I was told that someone was to have come on automatic delivery last week to refill. So, it wasn’t all my fault (smile). But now I had no heat. And, the supplier did appear about three hours later. By having nothing “but sediment” or “air” left in the propane tanks, that affected the furnace. The supplier got the furnace going again yesterday after a total refill and I had heat into the evening; but this morning when I awoke, the house was COLD. This is the point of this story: when everything is working well, the furnace is invisible; but when something goes wrong, the furnace becomes front and center. This is the first week of December and it is important to remember that there is a furnace in the house and it needs care. I called the installer of this furnace and asked for help. Carl, one of the techs, arrived in the early afternoon with a happy face and obvious willingness to be helpful. Since I had not needed any kind of servicing – everything was working just as it should have been working – for the past five years (since before COVID), I had delegated the furnace to the invisible part of the workings of the house. We (he) got to work. The filter was filthy. I asked questions and he gave me answers about what I should have been doing for the past five years. We talked about the services that the installer could provide to preclude my having this happen again. He was very helpful and even enjoyable. I was very happy to pay the service fee and will look forward to having Carl reappear in the fall for my new annual servicing. I have kept a list of his suggestions. My furnace will appreciate this. And Carl will already know what he can anticipate. Five Stars for Carl.

Lexi quickly put me at ease with her patience and professionalism and set up an app for the next day.Carl called before his arrival and was updated on the situation. Words can not describe how impressed I have been with A-Team. We had a brand new HVAC split system installed in 2016 and had issues from day one. After years of trying to fix the issue with the original installer, including swapping the condenser and installing new split units, the issue was finally resolved by A-Team. Mark is a gem! He was patient, determined to help us and fixed our system in a matter of days. We finally have some relief from the summer heat! Incredible service and people all around.

Had an excellent experience with A-Team. Mark was super helpful and accommodating over the phone, and especially cant say enough good things about the technician Carl who came to do the work.He was friendly, professional, and extremely communicative and took his time to ask questions and get all the info he needed to figure out the problem we were having with our boiler and thermostats, determining we had an issue with our zone valves. He explained everything in detail and provided solutions, next steps if we ever had a problem again, etc. His work was excellent, and we havent had an issue since.A-Team will definitely be our go-to plumber from now on.

If you have a Rinnai tankless water heater, Carl from ATeam is who you need to call for service and repair!!!! I cant say enough about the excellent service they provided me! I had no hot water on Friday and unfortunately I called another well known company who charged me over $400 to come out over the weekend to only tell me they arent familiar with my system and had no clue what the problem was after an hour of just reading the manual 😡 I spent hours on the phone calling around to find a company familiar with Rinnai until I came across ATeam. Carl came out that same day and found the problem within half an hour! There was a leak dripping onto the control panel. Carl was able to dry it out so I could have hot water till it got replaced. I am so greatful for ATeam and to have hot water again after 4 days. Lexi in the office was so helpful and understanding, she even called the technician to ensure they were familiar with Rinnai systems to make sure I wasnt going to waste any more money trying to get my issue fixed! Great customer service all around, very knowledgeable, efficient and professional so what more could you ask for!! Call them now!

Like many people, we suffered frozen burst pipes from the recent ice storm. A-Team was our first call and thankfully the dispatcher was able to get us on the schedule for that very same day. Don was our technician and he was amazing. He was extremely professional, kind, warm, and patient. He was at our house until 9pm and came back to finish the job the next day. He never rushed or seemed impatient with us or our situation. He was thorough and thoughtful, explaining his process as he went and even checking with me to make sure his plan of action sounded good. I have always been very happy with our A-Team service, but Don truly impressed me. He was so pleasant to deal with, which was so appreciated during an incredibly stressful situation. Ill also add that Monica was very friendly and patient any time I needed to contact the office. Thank you, A-Team!

Got on the phone with the A-Team after power was restored to normal and they responded quickly to make the necessary and difficult repairs. We unfortunately had our pipes freeze and bust this winter. I originally called and used another plumber (JSP) but was unsatisfied with their services. My neighbor suggested I call the A-Team. I was so glad I did. They did a terrific job and redid the shoddy work of the first plumber. From the owner to the technicians (John & Carl) to the office staff (Monica) they were all GREAT. As a new home owner they explained to me the process and kept me informed along the way , simply stated they just provided a great service with the added bonus of not getting annoyed at my stupid new homeowner questions. Years ago Mark Anderson and his team installed my entire HVAC system. It wasnt a simple job as it required retrofitting an old farm house -- duct-work, water lines, lines refrigerant, etc. Also, the client (me) was fairly demanding and time-intensive.Throughout the whole process, Mark was patient, professional, and did everything he could to get me the information I needed to be comfortable with undertaking the project. He also extended himself to do the installation in a way that would satisfy the construction schedule as well as my cash flow. In addition to being exceptionally smart and knowledgeable with a great sense of humor, he was flexible and attentive.In addition to the HVAC, Mark and his team have also worked on plumbing issues high and low: from installing bathroom fixtures and ventilation, to servicing and repair of mechanicals like the water tank and on-demand heater in the basement.Recently, I decided it was time to add a new heat pump/AC to the system. Again, Mark was immediately responsive. Additionally, he was able to source the equipment and have it installed within two weeks of my deposit. His prices were in range with two other companies Id contacted -- and, again, his attentiveness and ability to get it done in a reasonable amount of time far exceeded anyone else Id spoken with.As for his techs: Jerry and Carl are great to work with. Knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. They were also: on time, communicative, efficient, and neat. I had paid for an estimate of what needed to be done through JSP, and they were awful, lied about the extent of the problems, tried to get me to replace my heat pump with a new unit for an astronomical amount of money. I then went to A Team Comfort and spoke with Mark Anderson, I paid for another estimate through A Team. Mark saved me a ton of money, properly fixed the unit and was all around a great experience working with his company. I will definitely be using A Team for my HVAC system in the future. DO NOT USE JSP PLUMBING AND HEATING!!

We used A-Team to install heat pumps (replacing a boiler) last year and they did a great job. Mark Andersons preview was spot on, and the technicians were efficient, collaborative and very responsive. A suppliers error delayed the job some, but A-Team was transparent and didnt add to the inevitable delay. We immediately signed up for maintenance. If possible, Im even more impressed by our experience this week after a storm took out our well pump. They responded quickly, were extremely helpful, gave clear explanations, and did everything they undertook in the time they said it would take. We couldnt have wished for a better experience.

Due to the recent ice storm, we lost power for five days. With no heat, we were concerned that our pipes might have burst. John A. came to our home and inspected the pipes in the crawl space and checked all the faucets. He explained things very clearly. We will also have A-Team replace our aging kitchen faucet and pipes. Thanks so much for coming to our rescue so quickly. We are glad that we called A-Team for assistance!
