    Ive used Swift several times. Theyve helped unclogged drains and installed my house water filter system. They respond quickly and are always in the service window. The plumbers are very professional and helpful. They always answer all my questions. When Ive called around their prices are competitive for the area. They even give a veterans/military discount, which is awesome!

    Lloyd was able to trouble shoot and fix a leaking shower which meant working in a crawl space. He also was able to figure out how to access plumbing so I will now be able to fix reversed hot/cold water handles. Plus, he gave me information and an estimate for an overdue hot water heater.     I had an anode tube replaced on a water tank and adjustments made to sink stoppers. Learned some useful things about recirculating lines. Very happy with thoughtful removal of tank to outside to change so that water would not leak into house floor. Nice touch.

    Kelsen and Kylie worked wonders. My washing machine outflow pipe kept overflowing. Turns out cast iron pipes clogged with 75 years of gunk were the cause. They replaced the pipes in the house and crawl space with PVC, so I can once again do laundry. They explained everything they did, and put up with my million questions. Polite and professional, and extremely tidy. They are now my go-to plumbing team!

    I have benefitted from the services provided by this organizations staff four times before this review. This is my latest review of the company:I contacted Swift Plumbing & Heating, in March 2024, to report that the plumbing for the garbage disposal that had been installed by one of their plumbers, in late August 2022, had flooded the cabinet under the sink and was continuing to leak. I told the staff person that I expected the efficacy of the plumbing to last much longer than 1 1/2 years. The staff member voiced concern and scheduled an appointment to have a different plumber fix the problem. That plumber told me that the previous plumber had configured the pipes by the book; however, Swift Plumbing has since determined that the plumbing method was insufficient. The plumber said that he would cover the previous work under a warranty, even though it had been over a year since the work was completed. He replaced all of the pipes and built a much stronger configuration. The work cost me nothing. The plumber was friendly and professional. I was gratified that Swift Plumbing & Heating could be counted upon to do the right thing without a hassle. I will continue to call on the company when I need help.

    Had a broken pipe in our attic. Called several plumber recommended by our neighbors. No one returned our calls for two days. Finally someone recommended Swift. They put us on the next available tech. Andrew called shortly after and said he would be here in 20 minutes. He was neat and very professional and Kayla also was a great help.     We started our boiler and the upstairs zones worked well. However, on a Friday afternoon when guests were about to arrive for the weekend, I realized the downstairs zones were not working. Shortly before 4:00, again on Friday, I called the office. Someone came out within the hour, fixed the issue and were gone within 30 minutes. I do not know how Swift could have handled this better.     Have used Swift Plumbing since 1990, everything from new construction to repair. We always have had great quality, friendly service, and committment to customer care. The Swift team always focuses on helping their customers and giving the best technical serviceCalled because we had no hot water. We got an immediate response and scheduled same day. Friendly and thorough evaluation by the plumbers who said it would be a warranty service call. After they checked out the water heater thoroughly and determined that in fact it was a bad circuit breaker and not the heater they still -0- charged for the call out. Amazing customer service and a genuinely friendly staff at Swift!

    At my mothers house we had a pipe break in the garage due to freezing. Our next door neighbor recommended Swift Plumbing.I called Swift on Friday afternoon and they scheduled me for 12:00 - 3:00 the follow Monday.They arrived at 12:10 (a nice surprise).Lloyd gave me an estimate on the cost after I showed him the problem, he then asked if I was over 65, Im 70 and he gave a me a 10% discount.As they took off the insulation foam we discovered the pipe was broken in many places (pipe was hanging from the garage rafters and was 40-45 long) we found it supplied a rarely used hose bibb.Lloyd then offered the less expensive option of capping the pipe in lieu of replacing it. This option I gladly accepted.As we were writing the check, My mom asked how much it would cost to clear a sink drain, Lloyd says lets have look at it, opens the cabinet puts a bucket under and disconnects the pipes, runs a rod down the drain, the obstruction plops out and he puts pipes back together, runs some water to test the drain , asks has the water flow always been this slow, unscrews the screen holder on faucet finds three screens, puts back one and the water flows swiftly. (NO CHARGE)If you have read this record of our experience carefully I do not think you will be at all surprised to hear that we heartily recommend Swift Plumbing.Thanks guys

    I was having problems with my kitchen sink so I called Swift Plumbing this morning. I had a technician here by noon. The Swift Technician was Corey. Corey looked at my sink problem, let me know there were two possible solutions and went to work. He also let me know the prices of the two solutions. He worked quickly and made sure my kitchen was left clean. I would have to say my experience with Corey was the best I have had since I bought my house. Very efficient, friendly and informed.     We really appreciated the professional attention and more than adequate repairs on 5 issues at our homes today. Lloyd came to our home as a fill in for another plumber who had a big job going.     When I moved in to my condo, its Rinnai tankless water heating system was not working, with the result that my showers consisted of alternating bouts of 30 seconds of hot water followed by 45 of cold. Swift Plumbing never charged me anything for several repair visits because while they could temporarily solve the problem, they never permanently resolved it. They finally installed a new Rinnai system at about half the price of what my condo association’s preferred plumber at the time would have charged, and the system has worked perfectly ever since. This business has integrity, expert plumbers and pride in its work. Everyone I’ve ever dealt with there has been courteous, personable and helpful.

    Bowen was terrific. I thought I had a leak from the pipes under my kitchen sink due to putting something in my garbage disposal. It was actually a loose screw on the retracting hose on my sink faucet. Bowen was terrific. He immediately found the problem and went even further to explain details about how to clean my garbage disposal, etc. He was polite, happy, articulate and considerate. I now have Swift as my plumber of choice in my Iphone contacts for any future plumbing needs.     We had a few gas leaks in our water heater and also our fireplace and I had asked for a recommendation for a good plumbing service. A lot of people had recommended Swift Plumbing and Heating. I actually first contacted them on Facebook and Corina had responded very swiftly. She gave me all the information I needed and when I called to schedule she was nothing short of amazing when it came to customer service. She was so nice and understanding of my lack of plumbing knowledge when trying to schedule this appointment.Trever and Cody were the plumbers that they sent and they were amazing. Super professional, they even took off their shoes when coming into the house, which they didnt have to do! My two year old was there with me and Trever kept talking to her and making conversation with her, which she appreciated! She kept asking if they had fixed her bath (we had no hot water temporarily ) and he happily was able to tell her that they had fixed it! She was so excited. I appreciated all the work that they had done, they worked in a very timely fashion, were very professional, and I would definitely have them come back for my future issues!

    Swift Plumbing installed a gas line for a new stove and a propane fireplace. The technicians were marvelous. They were on time (actually a bit early) and were pleasant and competent. We have used them for both our required overflow testing and just recently when our garbage disposal reached a violent end to its natural life at the hands of a small spoon. Swift honored the coupon that I had thrown out days before, and was able to get to us in less than 48 hours. Before replacing the unit, Trever went out of his way to see if he could fix it without having to replace the entire thing. Friendly and knowledgeable service, and a quick job very well done.     We called Swift after several days of struggling with a hard-to-find leak under the sink. They arrived in less than a day, after calling to let us know when they would be there. They found the leak in less than 10 minutes and fixed it immediately, then made some other adjustments in the pipes under the sink to make the area more usable. Fast, friendly, and effective -- and much less expensive than we expected. We will call them sooner next time.

    I used Swift in the past for gas plumbing when we switched over to a propane heat stove and gas range. They were great. We are in the midst of a remodel which included removing a lowered ceiling in our dining room.
