Donny was fantastic. Willing to come out the same day we called, friendly, professional, and fairly priced. He is very knowledgeable and makes it easy to understand what repairs are needed. After dealing with so many large companies it was nice to have someone that was an old fashioned handshake kind of guy.

I got to tell you, Ive worked with a lot of plumbers in my time, both personally and in the public building that I manage. Lots of them come and gone, but I think Im done looking for plumbers. Donny MacNeil is the best Ive ever worked with. He came in and did a very complicated project for us in a 150+ year old house, and he did it with a smile. He was early for work, got the job done on time, under budget, no complaints and was just friendly and easy to work with the whole time. My search for plumbers is over. Its Macs Plumbing and Heating for us, from now on. Just period. He was very affordable too, considering the job. If you are on the fence about who to choose, let this be a support for you, forget those other guys.
