I called for an urgent appointment after our boiler stopped working in the evening. The next afternoon Brian K. came out and he was excellent. He inspired confidence while quickly diagnosing and fixing our problem. He was very knowledgeable, invited us to observe his process, and explained what he was doing and how our components work. We had a different problem with our boiler last year, and of all of the techs we worked with Brian K. has been our favorite -- we will request him by name in the future if needed. Thank you!

I had a kitchen sink that was backing up. We called Mr. Rooter and D. Rohde and they responded right away. In less than 2 hours, the sink was fixed! Jordan came and was smart, efficient and quickly inspected the pipes and diagnosed the problem. He also took photos and videos to share with us. His estimate was on point. He solved the issue with the drain pipe causing the backup. He ran a test to make sure the sink was draining perfectly! He cleaned up after the work was complete leaving the kitchen and basement spotless. I highly recommend Mr Rooter and D. Rohde (Kingston)!!!! Great service! Courteous! Available when you need them!!

We had a large HVAC project replacing 2 older furnaces with heat pump systems. Everyone I interacted with was super nice, flexible, and very competent. Kevin H, CJ, Dwayne, and Ivan did the install over 4 days and were impressively considerate. They made sure I fully understood everything I needed to know about the new systems before leaving. Would definitely recommend.

Scott and Dan, thank you for your high craft and precision 🙏 The job was fairly complex since there was no curbside water shut off available. Scott and Dan used a freezing machine to install new gate valves and replace piping needing to get swapped. Tbh, the work that needed to be done created some anxiety since it was complicated and essential but thankful for these two pros for their swift and precise assistance. Will lean on these two for future plumbing work. Thank you guys 🤙

Kevin H. was very knowledgeable, informative and pleasant to work with. He provided an emergency service and restored our water on a Friday night. He explained what caused the issue and the options that were available to us to correct the issue. I would highly recommend Kevin H. for any and all of your plumbing needs. Also, the company responded exceptionally quickly when we called and reported we had no water when several other companies said they could not help us until the next day. Highly recommend this company and Kevin H.!

Jordan arrived roughly an hour after I called which was great since this situation needed emergency attention! Jordan thoroughly explained what he was doing for us and gave us some options and clearly stated what the charges would cover - no surprise fees or anything. We ended up going with the membership option as there are some nice perks and discounts!Highly recommend Mr rooter services if you need someone prompt and honest.

Brian did a fantastic job installing our expansion tank and upgrading our heating system. He replaced two radiator valves, and meticulously checked the other valves to ensure they were all working correctly. Brian was calm, professional, and courteous during the length of the appointment. He also went above and beyond by helping me understand the ins and outs of my heating system and how the different pieces fit together. I highly recommend Brian as well as all the professionals at D Rohde. Ive hired them multiple times for different jobs and have always come away impressed by the quality and craftsmanship of the work, and how friendly and professional everyone who works there has been.

My mother had a new well pump and pressure tank installed. Scott See was professional, courteous, patient (my engineer husband had lots of questions) and very knowledgeable. Scott was always on time and did the work in a timely manner. Additionally, we felt the price was very reasonable. My mom would definitely use D. Rhode plumbing again.One year later - What goes up definitely came down. On a routine plumbing check, D. Rhode did a small maintenance job for my mother that her family always does for her. The whole house water filter was changed for an inordinate amount of money and she supplied the filter. The next time the filter needed to be changed it was impossible to unscrew the housing. It is basic knowledge that the housing should be tightened only as much as is needed to prevent leaking. When D. Rhode was contacted about their mistake, they refused to return to correct it at no charge. I asked to speak to the supervisor/manager who refused. Terrible customer service. Refused to correct their mistake. Wont be using D. Rhode again.However, to put a bit of a positive vibe on this updated review, the person who answered the phone and tried to mediate between the supervisor and me was very kind and as helpful as she could be.

Brian and Tyler were on-time and efficient. They cleaned and tuned up our system, communicated every step of the way and were incredibly clean and organized. Actually, no one else has been as fastidious in terms of work organization and neatness. They went the extra mile and checked all our exposed insulated ductwork in the basement and resealed the tape where it had come away from the insulation. Just a great team. Really happy for D Rhode that they have these two pros. Happy to keep working with D Rhode (this is our tenth year I believe!)

Called D Rohde for an air conditioning service on my central air units after having another company not call me back. They squeezed me into the schedule quickly and had a clean and professional looking technician at my house within the day. He was able to get my downstairs unit working efficiently and identified a hazardous mold issue in my upstairs unit along with several other dangerous problems. Later that evening I received a call from D. Rhodes office explaining the severity of the issue and was provided with several quotes for different styles of replacement. After researching the prices, his were super competitive, and provided me with a full service replacement including removal of the dangerous old unit. The replacement happened within two weeks of my initial call to the company, and the techs replacing the unit were in and out within a day. I loved the fact that one company was able to do everything from routine service to full replacement while keeping me informed and not pushing me to make decisions I wasn’t comfortable with.
