    These gentlemen are great! This was the third AC business that looked at my central unit. The previous companies spent only a short time looking at the unit and one only spent 15 minutes and never bothered to look inside it. $300 down the drain! Dakota from Action spent time and truly cared. I highly recommend Action if youre interested in being treated fairly and professionally! Their my company from now on!

    I noticed an issue with my AC making a funny noise. I called Action and they were at my house in 45 min! They made my problem a priority and I truly appreciate that. Had me fixed within a couple hours! Then my technician gave me his cell to call if I noticed any issues. Great service.

    We had an issue with our ac unit and the team at Pioneer Heating & Air did a fantastic job assisting us. Eddie V came out to see what the issue was, even having to take multiple trips, he worked hard and figured out the source of our problems. Matt M then came out and got the issue fixed in no time at all. Thanks for helping us best the heat!

    Awesome experience! We discovered last night that our ac drain was clogged, and the basement floor was flooding. Could not find the source of the clog. 7:30 this morning I called and left a message on their after-hours line. Within minutes,I had received a call back, letting me know that I would be contacted by the service department once they opened. Sure enough, they called, and I explained our predicament. We were leaving the country the next day! We got scheduled in this morning. The technician, Matt W. kept me updated with his estimated arrival time. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He repaired the problem, plus did some additional work to prevent future issues. We are beyond grateful to have found this company, and to have such a great tech service our unit. And this was during the hottest week this year so far, so I know how busy they must be! We will definitely be using them again in the future!

    First off, I want to say that I initially tried to support small business by contacting a locally owned, and supposedly highly rated HVAC repair service that is located in Harriman. That person was a literal nightmare and he did not end up repairing my unit. So for my second attempt I contacted Action to repair my unit. The whole experience was great for me, and a world of difference from my previous experience. The company texted me to tell me who the technician was that was coming out and an estimated time frame was given. Dan arrived within the expected timeframe, and was kind, professional and knowledgeable. I ended up just needing refrigerant. The cost to fill it up, and pay the diagnostic fee was $400. I dont know if that is more or less than another company, but I was happy with the work that was performed. I would use this company again.

    Communication is very important to me. Action scheduled my service, confirmed it by text message. Reminded me the day before. Kept the appointment time. And sent me the name of the technician and his ETA. Amazing.The technician, Dakota, was clean, polite and very knowledgeable. He let me know what he was doing and why. And when he left I had cool air and peace of mind that the job had been done right.Dakota, and the entire Action team will always be my first call when I am concerned about my HVAC system.

    We called first thing in the morning and technician, Seth, was able to arrive the same day. Seth was able to quickly diagnose and fix our issue on the spot. I highly recommend Action and am extremely grateful for the efficient service.

    My experience with Action was the best service experience of my lifetime. I’m 70 years old and that covers a lot of ground. Salesperson Brian was the best. The two young install guys were super nice and considerate. They installed my entire HVAC replacement system in 3.5 hours. When they left you couldn’t tell that had even been here. Can’t say enough good things. Use Action for your HVAC needs.

    The installation of a Carrier Infinity system has just been completed. The installers, Rodney and Colton, did an excellent job. They arrived on time, immediately started taking out the old system, were neat, organized, and cleaned up well before leaving. I have used this company for several years for maintenance/service on multiple systems at two locations and have been 100% pleased with everyone from this company.

    Ive had 2 technicians out on 2 different occasions (separate issues) and each time was a great experience. Fixed the problem in its entirety without issue. Everyone Ive dealt with - from office personnel, phone reps, and technicians -have all been very helpful and professional. And on top of all that their fees are very reasonable. Nice to finally find a reliable hvac company.

    The repairmam showed up on time, completed the work timely, and was very professional.The only thing I did not like was the requirement that I sign a statement that essentially said the work was done correctly. I will not sign another one like that. If I knew the answer to that statement I would have done the work myself because I would have understood what the job required!!!

    I called @5am because our AC had stopped working the night before. I have a 78 year old mother who lives with me & she was getting sick because of how hot the house was. The gentleman told me that he would have someone return my call to set up a time for them to come out. The lady from the office called made the appointment for the same day. The tech who came out was awesome. I cant thank this company enough of helping me while I was in a bad situation.

    Action H&C has been servicing my heat pump since they installed it six years ago. I recently called regarding a concern and they scheduled a technician to check out the problem right away. Dan took his time troubleshooting the HVAC and did not try to rush through the job at all. Every tech that has worked on my heat pump has been very knowledgable and personable. They patiently and enthusiastically answer any questions I have and take the time to explain what they are doing and how each component works. I would absolutely recommend Action to anyone who needs a new HVAC unit or service.

They worked in ninety seven degree temperatures and eighteen inch attic space without complaints and completed the job on time. These valuable young men deserve a raise or a commission.
