    2nd time I’ve had to call TLH, for different issues and have been completely satisfied with the knowledge & kindness of the techs. They’ve been thorough and priced within reason. The first time I called, they were the 3rd plumber out here. The others didn’t have the equipment needed. TLH is ready & prepared! I call them 1st now!

    I had TLH out to install a comfort pump. For those who are unfamiliar with this, its a way to get hot water faster at the faucet (and hopefully waste less water waiting for hot water). Everything from the initial bid to the install work was very pleasant. The 2 guys that came to install were very nice and professional and fast. They also serviced my tankless heater while they were out. I would absolutely use their services again and recommend them to anyone.

    TLH is absolutely the best. I have been trying to get a plumber through my home warranty company American home shield to which they have not been able to locate a plumber in 2 days to come and fix a leak. I call TLH this morning and they had somebody out here this afternoon and they fixed the problem immediately. The two guys (Kile and Joel) that came out were professional, courteous and did a great job. I will definitely utilize TLH again for any of my plumbing needs and recommend them to friends in the local area.

    We had a leak from our fridge on waking up. It had leaked through the floor and into the 9and collapsed some of our drop ceiling tiles. I got the water to the fridge shut off, but didnt know where the leak was coming from. TLH said it may be an after hours call, but they were at our house by 1 pm. Isolated to the fridge and recommended a reputable appliance repair shop who were available the next day. We have used TLH in the past as well and they have always been responsive and fairly priced. We will continue to use TLH for any plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

    We called to have our hot water heater repaired. They fit us in their schedule very quickly. Joseph and Steven were very professional, polite, respectful, and knowledgeable.     I called TLH Plumbing after I had two other plumbers who were unsuccessful in unclogging my kitchen sink. Tyler can out on time and assured me he would unclog the drain. He had to replace a large section of pipe but when he left my sink was flowing perfectly. I can highly recommend TLH and I will definitely call them for any future problems.

    We called TLH Plumbing for a leak under our kitchen sink. I got to talk to Kayla who was very helpful and pleasant and was able to schedule us for just a few days out. Gary just came out to address the leak and not only did he fix it and fast, he was able to work on a weak kitchen sprayer, a loose hot water handle and a mess of dishwasher hoses under the sink. He was thorough and nice and was able to give us some advice on a couple of other issues as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a really good and honest plumber.     I had been dealing with a kitchen faucet issue for way too long. My neighbors recommended TLH Plumbing and Gary Harbin. Ive always heard word of mouth advertising is the best, and its true. I was very impressed with Gary and the service he provided. He was able to resolve the issue with my faucet and I would definitely use his company again. (And, thumbs up that he used shoe covers to come into my home. So many service companies will track anything through your house and just dont care. I appreciated that he cared.)

    When our 75-gallon gas water heater began to leak, I recalled that Tim, our trusted senior tech from Clark Heating & Cooling, had recommended TLH Plumbing, a family-owned company run by Gary and Kayla Harbin. The service manager, Derrick Waddell, came to our house the same day I called, and my wife and I were impressed by his expertise and cogency in talking us through the options of tank vs tankless water heaters. We also called another reputable company, but after talking and dealing with Derrick, there was never any question we would opt for any other company but TLH Plumbing. On Derrick’s recommendation, we chose a new model of the Rinnai tankless water heater. The installation was done on two separate dates, one for the set up and plumbing connection and the other for the venting of the unit. Hunter, Micah and Zach handled the installation with competence and courtesy. Hunter came on both occasions, and he is undoubtedly a superb technician and installer. He carefully worked on doing the copper piping for the unit, and the outcome almost resembles a work of art. Micah was also very competent, and he was very intrepid in doing the venting and hood on our very steep roof. All the people at TLH, including the receptionist Kristin, get the highest marks from us for customer satisfaction.

    New in a house, new washer installed, immediately splashed back from the drain pipe. The gents used eyes and cameras, and spent time in our very tight crawl space investigating and re-plumbing a corroded old galvanized pipe. They found an exterior drain that went all the way to the street-also clogged-we had no idea it was even there. They quoted a fair price on the work to be done, they were on time and efficient, but they did not leave until we could all see the system was working. Highly recommend!

    Two bad shut off valves stopped my Handyman husband from installing my new faucet a while back. Well, when the leak went from an annoying drip to water torture he called TLH Plumbing.     These guys are wonderful. I called them during an appliance install and the installers were having some issues connecting a dishwasher and refrigerator. I didn’t think I’d be able to get anybody out the same day to help, but within an hour or so Gary sent D.j. over to help. D.j.quickly solved both problems. As the day progressed and more issues arose, D.J. ended up coming back 2 more times and each time, he quickly and so politely solved each issue. Both Gary and D.j. are so polite and helpful. D.j. even took his boots off outside my front door every time he came to help. I couldn’t be more impressed with these guys. They will definitely be my go to people for any future issues.

    At 4:15 pm, Friday we realized that we did not have hot water. After checking the water heater, I called TLH for help. They asked us to send the information on our current propane water heater. They immediately started looking for a propane water heater. No one close by had any in stock. Early Saturday morning, they had found one about 45 miles from us and went to get it. By 12:00 on Saturday, we had hot water! I cant brag enough on this company!

    Called Friday morning before their opening time. Kayla returned the miscalled and was able to schedule the installation of a new water heater for that afternoon. Luckily for us because we had to disconnect the main water source. I was advised that the technician was on the way at the appointment time. The new heater was installed and working before dinner that night. Thank you!

    We had one of our hot water heaters leaking, it was freezing temps and Gary had someone out within a couple of hours. I knew they probably had a ton of work going on with freezing pipes and other things, but Gary and his crew bent over backwards to accommodate us and get our new hot water heaters installed. We greatly appreciate all their hard work and they definitely take care of their customers! Thank you TLH Plumbing!!

    I called TLH because my drain pipe in the laundry room was clogged and water was flooding the floor. I. Tried. Everything. So finally called them up. Within 4 minutes I had a call back and they had a plumber to the house within the hour (was about 35mins). Mind you, this was Saturday morning so that really impressed me. Ryan was very nice and professional. Extremely knowledgeable about what the issue could be. Got it fixed in about 20 minutes and I was on my way to doing laundry. I cant thank Ryan and TLH plumbing enough for getting me out of a sticky jam. Theyre my go-to plumbers for everything now just gained a new customer for life.
